Abstract

Currently, the problem of the lack of understanding of SMEs regarding digital promotion in Ngamprah District has resulted in the product being less exposed to the wider community. The purpose of carrying out this activity is so that industrial players in this area can digitize their products without knowing the location so that the wider community can buy products and the effect of course on the ngamprah community itself. The form of activity in community service is the provision of materials offline, namely a team of lecturers from the Faculty of Economics and Business who came directly to Ngamprah District by providing materials related to Digital Marketing to SMEs. Through this activity, a fairly good understanding was obtained from the participants of the socialization and workshop regarding the preparation of digital marketing, social media marketing, the benefits of digital marketing and the use of social media features.

Abstract

Ethical leadership as a process helps connect the ethical elements of various leadership theories. This research is the result of a literature riviu of various studies and theories that can support leadership theory. Three processes will be explained here starting from conceptualization, definition and steps in the process of ethical leadership in this study, namely conceptualization, definition, steps of the ethical leadership process. Leadership styles according to several sources of experts have different meanings so that they have positive and negative sides.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of workload and compensation on job satisfaction of Non ASN Employees at the Ngamprah District Office, West Bandung Regency. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The results of the study from the calculation of the coefficient of determination of Workload and Compensation on job satisfaction of non ASN employees at the Ngamprah District Office were 65.6%. Based on the t-test and F-test, it was found that there was an influence of workload on job satisfaction, there was an influence of compensation on employee job satisfaction. In the simultaneous test, workload and compensation had an effect on job satisfaction of non ASN employees at the Ngamprah District Office. Conclusion, Workload, compensation have an impact on job satisfaction. Keywords: Workload, Compensation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This research aims to understand the relationship between organizational culture and transformational leadership style on job satisfaction of State Civil Service (ASN) employees in the agricultural infrastructure and extension section at XYZ agency. The research method used is quantitative with a sampling technique using the entire population as a sample. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using descriptive and associative techniques as well as multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 program. The research results showed that partially, organizational culture and transformational leadership style had an influence on employee job satisfaction. Simultaneously, these two variables also influence the job satisfaction of employees in the agricultural infrastructure and extension department at XYZ agency. The conclusion is that the importance of good organizational culture and transformational leadership style in increasing ASN job satisfaction, especially in the agricultural infrastructure and extension environment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis Pengaruh Beban Kerja, dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Department Produksi Spinning Di CV.Y. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif denganjenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bersifat explanatory research. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada CV.Y yang berjumlah 171 orang, Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 171 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian uji f dimana f hitung 388,822 > 3,055 dengan tingkat signifikan < 0,05 menunjukkan secara simultan Beban Kerja Dan Sres Kerja secara bersamaan memilikipengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada CV.Y. Hasil penelitian uji t dimana Beban Kerja yang memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV.Y, Stress Kerja yang memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan CV.Y. Hasil analisis koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai Adjusted R2 sebesar 0.822, artinya variasi variabel Beban Kerja, dan Stres Kerja adalah sebesar 82.2%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 17.8% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya.
