Abstract

The objectives of the study were to describe the planning, implementation, observation and reflection, to evaluate and identify the constraints and solutions at each cycle and also to find out the learning outcomes achieved with scientific approach through the discovery learning model for 2nd grade students at SMP 2 Kudus. It was a descriptive qualitative study. The research result showed that the students’ activity was enough on the first cycle and good on the second cycle. The average mean score of the written test on the first first cycles B- and A- on the second cycle. If it was seen from the minimum completeness criterion (KKM), there were 19 students with the percentage of acquisition was 55% on the 1st cycle and there were 32 students with the percentage of acquisition was 93% on the 2nd cycle. The observation results showed that scientific approach gave improvement of students’ activities on the first cycle and the second cycle. The results obtained from the use of scientific approach through the discovery learning model to improve the activity was good, but it needs to be observed continuously on students’ attitudes, skills and knowledge in school life.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat gaya hidup yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa apakah dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan yang telah diterima dikeluarga dan financial literacy mereka. Serta pengaruh financial literacy sebagai mediasi untuk pendidikan ekonomi dikeluarga terhadap gaya hidup. Sampel dipilih berjumlah 334 dari populasi 2040 mahasiswa Universitas Indraprasta PGRI Jakarta. Teknik analisis data menggunakan path analysis.Deskripsi data diperoleh bahwa 60,78% mahasiswa pada kategori sedang  untuk pendidikan ekonomi dikeluarga, 47%  mahasiswa pada kategori tinggi untuk financial literacy dan 58% mahasiswa memiliki gaya hidup tinggi. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa (1) pendidikan ekonomi mempengaruhi gaya hidup sebesar 6,4%, (2) financial literacy mempengaruhi sebesar 3,7% terhadap gaya hidup dan (3)  pengaruh pendidikan ekonomi dikeluarga melalui financial literacy terhadap gaya hidup sebesar 1,9%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa financial literacy tidak meningkatkan pengaruh pendidikan ekonomi dikeluarga terhadap gaya hidup. Hasil penelitian akan digunakan sebagai salah satu acuan dalam penerapan perkuliahan kewirausahaan.

Abstract

This research aims to prove: 1) the differences of students’ readiness in choosing a career in students in schools that apply KTSP curriculum with students in schools that apply kurikulum 2013; 2) the differences of the influences of supporting family environment with unsupporting family environment for students’ career choosing; 3) the influence of curriculum that receives family support for students’ career choices. The samples of the study were 355 students from 12 schools in Depok. Data analysis tool used two way anova with interaction. The prerequisite test used normality test and homogenity test. The result of the research shows that: 1) there is no significant difference of curriculum used in school to the students’ career choice readiness, 2) there are significant differences between students who have supporting family environment with students who have less supporting family environment to students’ career choice readiness, 3) there is a significant difference when schools with curriculum work together with family environments to support students in choosing their careers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keterampilan mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA Negeri se-Kota Malang yang di kontrol dengan variasi sumber belajar.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh guru ekonomi Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri se-kota Malang. Proses penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik simpel random sampling. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji Lanjutan untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis varian dua jalur dengan interaksi  dan dilakukan uji lanjutan uji beda t-test.Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan oleh guru dengan keterampilan mengajar tinggi dengan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan guru berketerampilan mengajar rendah, (2) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan oleh guru dengan sumber belajar bervariasi dengan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan oleh guru yang menggunakan sumber belajar tidak bervariasi, (3) tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan oleh guru dengan keterampilan mengajar tinggi menggunakan sumber belajar bervariasi dibedakan dengan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan oleh guru dengan keterampilan mengajar rendah menggunakan sumber belajar bervariasi, (4) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan oleh guru dengan keterampilan mengajar tinggi menggunakan sumber belajar tidak bervariasi jika dibedakan dengan hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan guru dengan keterampilan mengajar rendah menggunakan sumber belajar tidak bervariasi, (5) tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan oleh guru yang menggunakan sumber belajar bervariasi dengan keterampilan mengajar tinggi jika dibedakan dengan hasil belajar siswa dari guru yang menggunakan sumber belajar tidak bervariasi berketerampilan mengajar tinggi, (6) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang diajarkan oleh guru yang menggunakan sumber belajar bervariasi dengan keterampilan mengajar rendah jika dibedakan dengan hasil belajar siswa dari guru yang menggunakan sumber belajar tidak bervariasi berketerampilan mengajar rendah, dan (7) keterampilan megajar guru berinteraksi dengan variasi sumber belajar dan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The phenomenon that occurred in some cities shows that the mosque has many additional functions besides the means of worship, such as a place of education and other social activities. Dian Al-mahri Mosque has been functioned widely and gives impact to the community. The impact of tourism can be divided into positive and negative. The purpose of this study is to know the impact from existence of Kubah Emas Mosque (Dian Al-Mahri Mosque) as tourism site in social, culture and environment that are happened in people in Meruyung area. The descriptive qualitative method was used in this study, data collect used observation, questioner, related documents and from key informant which was the urban village head of Meruyung. The research result show social impacts that were felt by people around Meruyung as the spiritual feeling so they are still istiqomah, it was proven by people who came for Hadits study, istighotsah and tausiyah as well as Dakwah. There are a lot of tourists that come by using vehicle, it is impacted directly to the environment, because there are a lot of emissions as well. It makes air pollution and also the traffic around that area. Another impact is garbage from the existence of this tourist site impacts the environment. It is known that the committee of Dian Al- Mahri Mosque have minimalized the negative impacts that are possibly happened. For example, there is a garden as neutralizer of air pollution from the emissions of vehicles and they also forbid the street seller come into the mosque area to make less garbages.Copyright (c) 2017 by KARSA. Abstract

When the teaching and learning process suddenly changes from classical to distance learning (PJJ), it is necessary to adjust the methods and media with the learning materials. Distance learning has limited learning tools and media that can be used, such as instant messaging applications, video recording and video conferencing. Entrepreneurship courses are taught using video and instant messages and are expected to achieve learner goals, making students have an interest in becoming an entrepreneur after graduation. The use of learning media during PJJ needs to be seen on the level of its influence on learning objectives, therefore it is necessary to see whether there are differences in the level of student entrepreneurial interest based on video and instant messages. There were 128 students who received entrepreneurship courses as the research sample and the t-test method was used to determine whether there was a difference between the two media. The test results show that the level of student interest in entrepreneurship is in the low category and there is no difference in the effect of the use of video and instant messages on student interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The population of entrepreneurs in Indonesia has increased from 1.6% to 3.47%. The number of women who work in the field of entrepreneurship is now 2.4 times more than men although the businesses for women tend to be smaller and grow more slowly than those for men. There are some constraints causing women to be reluctant to practice entrepreneurship, such as limited information, lack of profiles to imitate, limited access to business finance, lack of experience in doing business, and a low level of confidence to start and develop a business. Low level of education and ideological barriers of women related to the household, known as the "triple burden of women", are also among the constraints. The independent variables of this research were social condition variables (X1 ) and economic conditions (X2 ) while the dependent one was the number of Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (SMEs) (Y). The research population was the social and economic conditions and the number of SMEs from 27 districts of West Java. The samples were limited to only the data from 2016 – 2020 (5 years). The data analysis technique used for this research was panel data regression analysis. The results show that social and economic conditions have a positive and significant impact on the number of SMEs in 27 districts in West Java with an R 2 2 score of 99%. Abstract

Ketika semua lulusan bergantung pada sektor usaha yang telah ada akan menjadi beban perkembangan ekonomi namun dengan kemampuan setiap individu yang berbeda-beda merupakan peluang tidak terbatas bagi dirinya untuk menjadikan kemampuan tersebut menjadi sumber pendapatan. Beberapa universitas telah memasukan matakuliah kewirausahaan dikurikukulum akan tetapi pembelajaran kewirausahaan berfokus pada menciptakan wirausaha secara umum, belum berfokus untuk mengkaitkan keilmuan utama dan peluang usaha. Penguasaan teknologi bagi peserta didik berlatarbelakang informatika merupakan modal daya saing yang kuat terutama di era industri 4.0. Seorang wirausaha akan menggunakan apa yang dimiliki sebagai modal usahanya, bagi lulusan teknologi informasi, manajemen informasi dan informatika dapat menggunakan ilmu mereka dalam dunia usaha, sektor yang menggabungkan kedua hal tersebut dikenal dengan nama teknopreneur. Tujuan penelitan adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan pengaruh dari motivasi internal dan eksternal terhadap minat teknopreneur mahasiswa. Sampel berjumlah 200 adalah mahasiswa berlatarbelakang informatika dan telah mengikuti pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Analisis mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode Anova dua arah dengan interaksi Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terhadap perbedaan pengaruh ketika kondisi motivasi internal tinggi atau rendah terhadap minat teknopreneur. Terdapat perbedaan pengaruh ketika kondisi motivasi eksternal tinggi atau rendah terhadap minat teknopreneur, namun tidak terjadi interaksi antara motivasi internal dan eksternal

Abstract

The value of credit disbursed to businesses continues to increase every year, but when a pandemic condition occurs, it is seen that the amount of business credit granted by the bank each month fluctuates. West Java Province is the province with the largest population, namely 49.94 million people, administratively the government is divided into 27 districts/cities. The aim of the research is to determine the condition of business credit in every district and city during the pandemic. The type of research data is secondary data originating from the Bank Indonesia and BPS of West Java province. Quantitative research and descriptive methods with sample data are MSMEs business credit in districts and cities in West Java from April 2020 to April 2021. The results obtained by credit to small and medium enterprises have increased but credit to micro enterprises is decreasing every month. Business credit is part of financial capital and is one of the factors that determine the amount of output, so that the addition of business credit is expected to be a factor driving economic growth and ultimately absorb labor.
