This study aims to analyze the profitability of the coffee shop business "Baba Budan" so that it can be known in detail the amount of profit each month earned business coffee shop "Baba Budan" in the culinary area on the wheel road in Manado City. Data used in this study primary data obtained by conducting direct interviews with business owners using questionnaires, and secondary data obtained from literature studies in the form of literature, written sources or documents that have relevance to this research. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, using business profit analysis, then continued with analysis of Return of Cost Ratio, then presented in table form. The results of this study indicate that the business coffee shop "Baba Budan" gives monthly profit of Rp. 4.208.028,2, with R / C ratio of 1,45. So it can be concluded that the culinary business is a profit to run because the value of R / C more than 1. This shows that every Rp. 1 production costs incurred by coffee shop owners are able to provide cash in the form of revenue of Rp. 1,45. Where the total revenue is still greater than the total cost of production and this business for each month.

This study aims to analyze the profit received by the owner, producer and seller of the business "Saraba" in "Stevanny Restaurant" in the Boulevard Area of Manado City. This research was conducted from July to September 2018. This study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by using interview techniques directly to the owner of the restaurant. Secondary data in this study comes from books available at local bookstores in Manado City, the internet such as google scholar to access articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities which was related to profit analysis. Data collected in this study are presented in table form and then described and analyzed using the profit analysis formula. The results showed that the profits obtained in one month of the production process in September 2019, which is for 30 days where every day one production process is carried out so 30 days the production process is carried out by the businessman "Saraba" in "Stevanny's Restaurant" in the Boulevard Area of Manado City for Rp. 5,609,481 per month.*jnkd+eprm*.

This study aims to determine the contribution of housewives to the income of farmer families in KieÂ ici Village, Mother District, West Halmahera Regency. This research was conducted for three monthsfrom October to December 2018. Data collection methods used were primary data and secondary data.Â The data taken is primary data using direct interview techniques and questionnaires for 30 farmerÂ housewives. While secondary data was obtained from the Kie ici Village office, books available in storesÂ and the internet such as google cendekia to access articles from various scientific journals and thesesÂ from other universities related to the topic of this research namely the contribution of housewives to theÂ family. The results showed that the contribution of housewives' income to farmer households in Kie iciÂ village in general housewives were able to contribute, at 39.68 percent, to family income which could beÂ categorized as sufficiently fulfilling the family's need to live.*eprm*

The objective of this research is to analyze the profit received by Bella Farm in one productionÂ of Oyster Mushrooms for three months. The research was conducted in December 2018 to FebruaryÂ 2019, starting from preparation to preparing the report. The data used are primary. Primary dataÂ was obtained from direct interviews with oyster mushroom business owner Bella Farm. WhileÂ secondary data was obtained from the North Sulawesi Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Service,Â the internet through Google in the form of journal articles and theses related to this research. DataÂ collected in this study are presented in table form and then described and analyzed using profitÂ analysis. Profits are obtained from the difference between revenue and costs incurred. The results ofthe research showed that Bella Farm in Mokupa Village, Tombariri Sub-district, Minahasa RegencyÂ received a profit of Rp. 24.714.705 per one-time production process for three months at a cost of Rp.22.185.295 and the value of R / C cost revenue is 2.11, which means that Bella Farm has a profit.*jnkd+eprm*

This study aims to determine the benefits of tofu industry. This research was conducted at the tofu factory UD Makmur Sentosa in Kleak Urban Village, Hamlet V, Malalayang Sub-district, Manado City. The data collection method in this study used primary data collected through direct interviews with 2 business owners (husband and wife) and the entire workforce of 5 workers based on a list of questions prepared previously. Total respondents were 7 people. Secondary data obtained from the internet through Google Scholar to get articles from various scientific journals and theses from other universities related to research topics on the Profit of the business of Tofu Factory. Data collected in the form of data characteristics of business actors, raw materials, production, capital, and production costs. Tofu business UD. Makmur Sentosa is a small business that began operating in 2000 using its own capital. The amount of soybean raw material used in one month is 7,910 kg and produces 1,582 buckets of tofu, and produces a profit of Rp.41,811,780. So getting an R / C ratio> 1 is 1.49, it means that in March 2019 the UD tofu business. Makmur Sentosa experienced profits so this business was worth the effort.*eprm*

This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of the "Potato Modoinding" french fries business in the city of Manado. This research was carried out in April 2018. The data used are primary data obtained from interviews with owners and business actors (two people) in the form of data: the amount of production, selling price, and investment costs. Data analysis was performed using Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B / C Ratio), Payback Period (PP) and Sensitivity Analysis. The results showed this business was feasible to operate with a value of NPV = 14,045,877, IRR = 0.7623%, Net B / C Ratio = 2.309065, PP = 5 months. The business feasibility limit is when the price of potato raw materials rises by 55%.*eprm*
