Abstract

Gadgets that are used excessively and not controlled can have a negative impact on psychology and children cannot smoothly socialize or communicate with their surroundings. Preschoolers experience a process of rapid physical, motor, intellectual, emotional, language and social development. Gadgets are equipped with features such as social media, video, audio, images and games so that children are addicted and become lazy to move or do activities. This situation can affect a child's development. a number of related articles that the use of gadgets can increase the delay in language development in children. The purpose of this study was to estimate the magnitude of the effect of using gadgets on language development in children by conducting a meta-analysis on the same number of articles.

Abstract

Unwanted pregnancy in adolescents is a global problem that needs attention. Undesirable impact on all adolescents for the entire life of adolescents. Physical, economic, and social impacts will affect the future of adolescents. The purpose of the study was to determine the unwanted impact on adolescents. The research method is a scoping review using a search engine in the PubMed and Science Direct databases from January 2013 to December 2021. Based on the results of the scoping review, the theme was found: "the impact of unwanted pregnancy on adolescents". Keywords: Unwanted Teen Pregnancy, Physical Impact, Economic Impact, Social Impact

Abstract

Background: Language disorder is a disturbance of understanding or disruption of the use of oral or writing symbol system or other symbol system. Inability in content or language content is part of a categorized aphasia as difficulty finding words, naming an object and categorizing. One of the prognostic factors that affects the recovery process in aphasia patients is a biographical profile consisting of gender, age, and educational status . Objective: to know the relationship between biographical profiles and naming abilities in Aphasia patients at Government Hospital. Method: This research is a quantitative research by using Rule Of Thumb sampling technique. Respondents in this study amounted to 30 respondents. The statistical test used was Spearman'rho Test and Mann – Whitney test. Results: The results of Spearman's rho test between age and naming ability obtained sig 0. 265 with r value or correlation - 0. 210. Mann Whitney test results between the gender with the ability to name the results obtained sig 0. 088. Mann Whitney test results between the status of education with the ability to name the results obtained sig 0. 490. Conclusions: There is no association between biographical profiles and the ability to name in patients with Aphasia

Abstract

Unwanted pregnancy in adolescents is a global problem that needs attention. The experience of adolescents after experiencing an unwanted pregnancy includes many aspects. The experience of the family in dealing with unwanted pregnancies, the experiences of the environment around adolescents related to the future of adolescents, and the experiences of adolescents in accessing health services. The aim of the study was to find out the experiences of adolescents who experienced unwanted pregnancies. The research method is scoping review using a search engine on the PubMed and Science Direct databases in the last 10 years. Abstract

Low back pain is a disorder that occurs in the lower back area due to pinched nerves, muscle tension, herniated nucleus pulposus, disorders of the spine and joints, low back pain can cause discomfort and interfere with one's productivity, there are many factors that affect low back pain such as age, ergonomics when lifting goods, work position, Body Mass Index, riding a motorcycle. This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional study design. The research subjects included members of the Bekasi City Association and the people of Pamulang. Data analysis was performed using the chi-square test and ordinal regression. The results showed that the risk factors for low back pain had a significant relationship such as age, body mass index, ergonomics, exercise habits, work, and motorcycle driving value p <0.05. Body mass index, which is obtained due to low exercise activity, ergonomic factors when working lifting goods and when driving can trigger the sensation of lower back pain, while risk factors such as smoking habits, gender, years of service have no significant relationship where the value of p> 0.05 , because smoking and years of work are not a very determining factor, as well as gender in this study more men, whereas based on previous research women are more at risk of developing low back pain.

Abstract

Premarital sexual behavior often occurs during adolescence. Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood. This period allows deviations to occur. Uncontrolled premarital sexual behavior can result in unwanted pregnancies which will damage the future of teenagers and their environment. This deviation is closely related to teenagers' lack of knowledge regarding reproductive health. Reproductive health knowledge is not only about changes during puberty, but also about the limits of relationships with the opposite sex. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between reproductive health knowledge and premarital sexual behavior among teenagers. The research method uses a cross sectional design with a questionnaire measuring instrument that has been tested for validity. Using the Pearson test with 95 respondents.
