Abstract

Abstract This study examines the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) in the Stockfit Section at PT Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi Regency. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative research research method, the unit of analysis in this study is the stockfit section at PT Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi Regency regarding the implementation of occupational safety and health, data collection by observation, documentation, interviews, Focus Group Discussion, resource persons ( Informants), The data analysis technique in this qualitative research uses the Miles & Huberman analysis technique. Data analysis activities are several steps according to the theory of Miles, Huberman and Saldana, namely analyzing data with three steps: data collection, data display, data reduction and conclusion drawing and verification. Based on the results of research on the implementation of occupational safety and health in the stockfit section at PT Pratama Abadi Industri, Sukabumi Regency, the provision of personal protective equipment given to each employee is complete and appropriate and good. However, there are still work accidents that occur in the workplace, caused by the equipment used at work. Due to the lack of awareness and knowledge of workers to use personal protective equipment, it causes many accidents in the work environment. Accidents that can hinder or disrupt the production process and degrade the company's image. To anticipate work accidents, in the stockfit section at PT Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi Regency, we are given masks, gloves, safety shoes as foot protectors when carrying out production activities, namely boots, Welder Glasses are used for machine maintenance. If the machine is damaged, employees are equipped with welder glasses as eye protection when using welding tools. So the company carries out work safety efforts that are deemed necessary by employees, even in the lowest employee class. Although productivity is not fully influenced by work safety. Treatment or provision of insurance for employees, Provision of occupational safety and health guarantees in the stockfit section at PT Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi Regency has been carried out properly. Where the company registers all permanent employees as members of BPJS Employment insurance as an effort to improve employee welfare. Abstract

ABSTRACT Lecturers are one of the pillars that determine the success of educational activities at universities. The existence of lecturers must always be given serious attention, considering that the success of the learning process is very difficult to achieve if the role of the lecturer is marginalized. Components that support the success of the learning process, lecturer performance must be maintained and improved. This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment at the Ariyanti Academy of Secretary and Management. The method used in this research is a survey approach and the nature of this research is explanatory research (explanation). The number of samples in this study was 61 lecturers, using the total sampling technique (population = sample). The data analysis method used is path analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Commitment, and Organization

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out about the implementation of digital marketing and its influence on consumer buying interest in products from Java Seven, a shoe marketing company and goods for men and women operating in the city of Bandung. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method, with primary data collection using questionnaires, field studies, and interviews, while secondary data is collected through literature and literacy studies. The results of research data analysis show that Java Seven has optimally implemented digital marketing by utilizing website marketing, e-mail marketing, social media marketing, and building several online stores on several global and local platforms. Digital Marketing has a significant effect on consumer buying interest of 36.5% and the rest are other factors not examined.

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti pengaruh Bauran Pemasaran, Relationship Marketing, dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen di Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dari 131 konsumen BSI dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa setiap faktor secara individu memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen. Manajemen yang efektif terhadap elemen-elemen Bauran Pemasaran, implementasi strategi Relationship Marketing, dan memastikan Kualitas Pelayanan yang tinggi berperan penting dalam meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen. Pengaruh bersama dari faktor-faktor ini secara signifikan mempengaruhi Loyalitas Konsumen. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi BSI dan organisasi serupa dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kepuasan, kepercayaan, dan loyalitas konsumen. Kata Kunci: Bauran Pemasaran, Relationship Marketing, Kualitas Layanan, Loyalitas Nasabah, Bank Syariah Indonesia Abstract This study examines the influence of the Marketing Mix, Relationship Marketing, and Service Quality on Customer Loyalty in Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Data was collected through surveys from 131 BSI customers and analyzed using statistical techniques. The findings reveal that each factor individually has a significant positive impact on Customer Loyalty. Effective management of the Marketing Mix elements, implementing Relationship Marketing strategies, and ensuring high Service Quality play vital roles in enhancing customer loyalty. The combined influence of these factors significantly affects Customer Loyalty. These findings provide valuable insights for BSI and similar organizations in developing effective marketing strategies to foster customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty. Abstract

Perkembangan Industri perhotelan semakin pesat seiring dengan peningkatan dalam industri pariwisata; Namun, di sisi lain, industri perhotelan menjadi salah satu sektor yang sebagian besar menambah beban terhadap lingkungan. Akibat banyaknya masalah lingkungan yang dihadapi oleh industri perhotelan, maka ada peningkatan kapasitas untuk memenuhi ekspektasi terhadap masalah lingkungan dan menerapkan praktik bisnis yang berkelanjutan salah satunya penerapan praktik Green Human Resource Management untuk mencapai keunggulan serta persaingan industri. Saat ini Green Human Resource Management telah menjadi strategi bisnis utama bagi organisasi yang substansial di mana Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia memiliki peran aktif dalam lingkungan kerja. Green Human Resource Management adalah program yang membantu menciptakan tenaga kerja hijau yang dapat memahami dan menghargai budaya hijau dalam suatu organisasi yang membutuhkan keterampilan teknis dan manajemen tingkat tinggi pada karyawan. Berlandaskan teori pandangan berbasis sumber daya, praktik Green Human Resource Management terdiri dari beberapa faktor diantaranya (green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green performance assessment, and green compensation) yang dapat mendorong kinerja lingkungan di industri perhotelan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat implemetasi Green Human Resource Management mendukung kinerja lingkungan industri perhotelan serta melihat dimensi praktik Green Human Resource Management dalam mendukung kinerja lingkungan yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi literatur (dokumen) yang dihimpun dari data yang dipilih sesuai dengan kriteria.
