<![CDATA[ABSTRAKRespon masyarakat merupakan sebuah reaksi, tanggapan, penilaian dan sikap yang terjadi karena terdapatnya stimulus atau rangsangan yang diberikan oleh komunikator tentang apa yang dirasakan, dilihat dan diamati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan respon masyarakat Desa Racitengah tentang peraturan yang mewajibkan penggunaan hijab di SMA Negeri 1 Sidayu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teori Konstruksi Sosial Peter L. Berger digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 95 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik persentase. Hasil yang telah diperoleh menyatakan tentang adanya respon masyarakat Desa Racitengah meliputi tiga indikator yaitu respon kognitif, respon afektif, dan respon konatif. Berdasarkan hasil angket dari ketiga indikator tersebut menunjukkan bahwa (1) Respon Kognitif (pengetahuan) masyarakat sebanyak 88,42% dalam kategori cukup. (2) Respon Afektif (perasaan) masyarakat sebanyak 61,05% dalam kategori netral. (3) Respon Konatif (tindakan) masyarakat sebanyak 86,31% dalam kategori netral. Kata Kunci: Respon, Masyarakat, Hijab ABSTRACT Community response is a reaction, response, assessment and attitude that occurs because of the existence of stimuli or stimuli provided by the communicator about what is felt, seen and observed. This study aims to describe the response of the Racitengah Village community about the regulations that require the use of hijab in SMA Negeri 1 Sidayu. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. Peter L. Bergers Social Construction Theory is used in this study. The sample in this study amounted to 95 respondents. Data collection techniques are done using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used percentage techniques. The results that have been obtained stating the existence of the response of the Racitengah Village community include three indicators namely cognitive response, affective response, and conative response. Based on the results of the questionnaire of the three indicators show that (1) the Cognitive Response (knowledge) of the community as much as 88.42% in the category enough. (2) Affective responses (feelings) of the community as much as 61.05% in the neutral category. (3) Constructive response (action) of the community as much as 86.31% in the neutral category.
