Abstract

Tata Pemerintah Kota Prabumulih adalah kantor yang mengelola perencanaan, pembinaan, dan pemantauan seluruh kantor pemerintahan. Keberadaan Tata Pemerintahan sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat, terutama dalam memberikan informasi GIS kantor pemerintah yang ada di Kota Prabumulih. Proses Pemetaan pada tata pemerintah Kota Prabumulih saat ini dalam hal pemberian sistem informasi lokasi kantor pemerintahan hanya memberikan informasi pemetaan wilayah saja serta belum mempunyai sistem pemetaan kantor pemerintahan Kota Prabumulih menggunakan Web dan masih belum efektif disaat ada kantor pemerintahan baru ataupun pindah lokasi danbelum menggunakan Sistem khusus dalam memberikan lokasi kantor pemerintah yang ada di Kota Prabumulih. Sistem informasi ini dibangun agar dapat memberikan kemudahan pemerintah dan masyarakat agar dapat dengan mudah mengelola dan mencari lokasi kantor pemerintah di Kota Prabumulih agar lebih tepat dan akurat.

Abstract

Karang Bindu Village is located in Rambang Kapak Tengah Prabumulih sub-district, South Sumatra. Led by the village head Mr. Iin Saputra. The administrator of Karang Bindu village has difficulties in collecting tax data, such as recording taxpayer data and proof of tax payments which are still being made manually. Therefore, it is hoped that there will be an application that can help admins in the tax data collection process. To obtain clearer information the author conducted research using qualitative descriptive methods. Where in this research the author used two data sources, namely, primary data and secondary data. In addition, data collection techniques were obtained from interview scripts and direct observation of the object of research and by looking for references through books or journals. After conducting this research, the authors collected the data obtained and then the authors resolved the existing problems by producing a "Web-Based Tax System Application in Karang Bindu Village". This application is made using the php web programming language, the database used by Mysql and the final report using a printable pdf, and using Vscode to edit the programming language.

Abstract

Pajak merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan negara. Sebagai warga negara yang baik, setiap badan usaha wajib melakukan pelaporan Surat Pemberitahuan Tahunan (SPT) Badan sebagai kewajiban perpajakan. Namun banyak wajib pajak yang kesulitan dalam melaksanakan kewajiban ini karena kurangnya pengetahuan tentang bagaimana cara membuat laporan keuangan yang benar dan sesuai dengan ketentuan perpajakan. Proses pelaporan pajak yang masih menggunakan cara manual di kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama kota Prabumulih membuat wajib pajak harus menghabiskan waktu yang cukup lama untuk mengisi laporan keuangannya secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi pembuatan laporan keuangan yang dapat membantu wajib pajak dalam pelaporan SPT Tahunan Badan pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Prabumulih. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mempermudah proses pembuatan laporan keuangan bagi wajib pajak dengan menyediakan fitur-fitur seperti input data transaksi keuangan, perhitungan pajak, dan pembuatan laporan keuangan secara otomatis. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga menjamin keamanan data dengan menggunakan protokol keamanan dan enkripsi data. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi ini, yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian, dan implementasi. Hasil penelitian ini berupa aplikasi yang dapat membantu wajib pajak dalam pelaporan SPT Tahunan Badan secara efektif dan efisien. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu mengurangi kesulitan dan ketidaknyamanan dalam proses pelaporan keuangan dan meningkatkan kualitas pelaporan SPT Tahunan Badan pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Prabumulih.

Abstract

A letter is a means of written communication written on behalf of a person or on behalf of the organization used to convey the information to the intended party who has the need for the activity, whether for the need individual or organizational needs. Jungai village is one of the villages located in the District of Rambang Kapak Tengah. Correspondence activities in the Village Jungai has not been well accommodated such as complicated data storage, the problem of finding documents takes a long time. In contrast, the current village apparatus required to be able to work quickly, precisely and accurately, but it has not been provided applications that can accommodate correspondence activities. In doing This research uses qualitative research whose aim is to describe what is currently in effect. So that data will be obtained which supports the preparation of research reports. Meanwhile in this research The method used by the author is a qualitative descriptive method is a research method that utilizes qualitative data and explained descriptively with the aim of describing or explaining results from existing research. Software development methods The author uses the Waterfall model. Meanwhile, analysis tools and designing using UML (Unified Modeling Language) consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams and activity diagrams. This application can provide convenience for people with circumstances or conditions that are currently impossible came directly to the Jungai Village office to make a letter.

Abstract

The web-based PKH fund processing application is a web-based application design aimed at distributing Family Hope Program (PKH) aid funds to the village head's office so that they can be distributed quickly and accurately. This application has features that include data collection, aid recipients, announcements or information on disbursement of aid regarding the Harapan Family Program (PKH). The advantages of using this PKH fund processing information system application are minimizing the risk of data errors and optimizing the time and resources involved in the PKH fund processing process.

Abstract

In the current digital era, the use of information technology has become an important need in various fields, including in wedding administration. The web-based wedding administration application at the Sungai Rotan District Religious Affairs Office is a web-based application design aimed at optimizing and simplifying the marriage administration process at the Religious Affairs Office in the Sungai Rotan District area. Weddings are an important moment in people's lives, and to ensure a smooth administrative process, this application aims to provide modern and efficient technological solutions. Thus, it is hoped that this application can provide better services to prospective brides and grooms and increase public satisfaction in arranging their weddings through the Office of Religious Affairs.
