Abstract

Bank Sampah Prabumulih yaitu suatu lembaga pemerintah kota Prabumulih yang menjadi tempat menabung sampah bagi masyarakat kota Prabumulih. Penelitian ini berisi mengenai perancangan dan pembuatan suatu aplikasi untuk mengolah data keuangan berbasis website, untuk memudahkan para staf dalam melakukan penginputan data keuangan. Sebelumnya pengolahan data keuangan pada Bank Sampah Prabumulih, masih dilakukan menggunakan microsoft office excel yang menurut penulis masih memiliki kekuarangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk membantu mengelola data keuangan yang ada pada Bank Sampah Prabumulih, dengan mengajukan saran merancang suatu aplikasi pengolahan data keuangan berbasis website, dengan harapan nantinya pengolahan data keuangan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang digunakan untuk meneliti pengolahan data keuangan pada Bank Sampah Prabumulih. Kesimpulan dari aplikasi pengolahan data keuangan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat diimplementasikan dan sudah terkomputerisasi. Kata kunci : Pengolahan Data, Aplikasi, Keuangan CodeIgniter, PHP dan MySql

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Tanah Abang Kecamatan Pali adalah sebuah Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri yang berada di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, bertepat di. Jalan Lingkar Tanah Abang Kabupaten. Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir. Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Pengelolaan data Inventaris barang di SMK Negeri 1 Tanah Abang Kabupaten Pali masih Menggunakan cara manual yakni menyimpan data berupa lembaran-lembaran kertas yang rentan akan terjadi kehilangan apabila lama tersimpan didalam lemari penyimpanan. Berdasarkan latar belakang d atas maka penulis membuat rancang bangun inventaris data barang berbasis web pada SMK N 1 Tanah Abang Pali yang diharapkan dapat membantu SMK N1 Tanah Abang Pali dalam menggelola dan menyimpan data inventaris.

Abstract

Pada Kantor Desa Sukarami saat ini penyusunan realisasi anggaran yang berjalan tanpa menyusun realisasi anggran dalam melakukan pengelolaan anggaran dana desa. Sering terjadi permasalahan-permasalahan yang timbul yaitu sering terjadinya kehilangan data laporan keuangan anggaran dana desa yang tidak terarsip dengan baik. Dalam melakukan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif yang tujuannya, adalah untuk mendeskripsikan apa-apa yang saat ini berlaku. Yang mana metode ini terdapat langkah mendeskripsikan, mencatat, analisis dan menginterprestasikan kondisi yang saat ini terjadi.hasil dari landasan teori dan lingkungan pengembangan Aplikasi Realisasi Anggaran Dana Desa Sukarami menggunakan website, maka dalam bab IV ini penulis membahas mengenai hasil dan pembahasan dalam merancang Aplikasi Realisasi Anggaran Dana Desa Sukarami. Dalam melakukan pengodingan penulis memakai php dan untuk database menggunakan xampp.Setelah Aplikasi Realisasi Anggaran Dana Desa ini dibuat admin akan berperan lebih banyak dalam melakukan penginputan data perencanaan dan realiasi yang akan di rekap dan di ekspor ke Pdf, yang kemudian akan dijadikan laporan akhir. Aplikasi ini dibuat berguna untuk mempermudah pemerintahan Desa Sukarami dalam kegiatan realisasi Anggaran Dana Desa

Abstract

Aplikasi Pengolahan Land Service Administration (APLSA) merupakan sebuah solusi teknologi informasi yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan proses administrasi pertanahan di Desa Rambang Senuling. Penelitian ini menghadirkan sebuah platform perangkat lunak yang di desain secara khusus untuk mencatat, mengelola, dan memonitor segala aspek terkait kepemilikan, penggunaan, dan perubahan lahan di wilayah desa tersebut. APLSA memungkinkan pengumpulan, penyimpanan, dan analisis data pertanahan secara digital, menggantikan metode manual yang telah digunakan sebelumnya. Penggunaan teknologi ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi kesalahan penginputan data, meningkatkan kecepatan akses informasi, serta mendorong transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan lahan di Desa Rambang Senuling. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan APLSA berpotensi memberikan berbagai manfaat bagi masyarakat desa, pemerintah setempat, dan pihak terkait lainnya. Diantaranya adalah peningkatan efisiensi pelayanan administrasi pertanahan, pengurangan biaya operasional, dan peningkatan kualitas data yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat.

Abstract

The population service system has been widely developed by the government to support services to the community, one of the media used by the government is information technology media. The rapid development of technology has greatly influenced people's lives, especially in Indonesia. The Kemang Tanduk village office is the place where village government and population administration services are carried out, especially in Kemang Tanduk village. Population administration services at the Kemang Tanduk village office are still manual, that is, people have to come to the office directly, such as people who want to get a moving certificate, arrival certificate, business certificate and letter of incapacity, they are required to bring their family card as a condition, then the office administration department receives the data and record in the population administration archive book manually. In conducting this research, qualitative research was used, the aim of which was to describe what is currently applicable. So that data will be obtained that supports the preparation of research reports. Meanwhile, in this research, the method used by the author is a qualitative descriptive method, which is a research method that utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively with the aim of describing or explaining the results of existing research. The software development method that the author uses is the Waterfall model. Meanwhile, analysis and design tools use UML (Unified Modeling Language) consisting of use case diagrams, class diagrams and activity diagrams. This application can provide convenience for people with circumstances or conditions who cannot come directly to the Kemang Tanduk Village office to write letters.

Abstract

South Prabumulih Prabumulih City is one of the government institutions located under the auspices of the Prabumulih City Government. The method of managing population burden at this institution still uses manual plants which causes frequent errors resulting in inaccurate data. The aim of this research is to build a user application using the District Office is obliged to process population administration data using research methods using descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of observation interviews and library studies device development methods using the Waterfall method in terms of system design used by users class diagrams diagrams and building activities using websites with language XL programming and print reports using the PDF document format

Abstract

PD. Petro is one of the government institutions located under the auspices of the Prabumulih City Government. How to record monitoring reports at this institution is still using the manual method which causes frequent errors, resulting in inaccurate data. In addition, the manual method must go through a long process and requires a relatively long time, as well as less secure data storage. The purpose of this research is to build an application website to make it easier for PDs. Petro is in the process of recording monitoring reports because they are well computerized and easy to use. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection in the form of observation, interviews and literature study. The type of data consists of qualitative data and the source data consists of primary and secondary data. The device development method uses the prototype method. System design tools used are use case diagrams, class diagrams and activity diagrams. This application was built using a website with the PHP programming language and MySQL database.

Abstract

The Sungai Rotan District Office is located at Jalan Harapan No. 02 Desa Sukarami Kec. Sungai Rattan Kab. Muara Enim. After conducting research at the Sungai Rotan District Office, it was found that problems regarding the processing of social assistance (bansos) data were still manual. Where employees of the Sungai Rotan District Office still store social assistance (bansos) data, still in the form of files or notes in agenda books and do not have a database where when searching for information, they have to open files or agenda books that are old and take quite a long time. In making this final assignment, the authors designed a social assistance program where research was carried out by observation or interviews. The programming used is Sublime text 3 using the mysql database. The tools in designing this system are Unified Modeling Language (UML), Use Cases, Class Diagrams, Activity Diagrams. So that it can replace a system that is less effective and efficient. It is also hoped that this will facilitate reporting to the sub-district office and report social assistance data.

Abstract

The Yii framework is a high-performance, component-based php framework for developing large-scale web applications. In schools the system implemented at SMK Negeri 2 Prabumulih still uses a semi-manual method, namely using MS-Excel as there is no data storage media, inventory data has not been integrated. This is the background for this research. Inventory of assets is an activity of recording assets or goods as well as managing asset data owned by the organization in a professional manner for the sake of smooth operations. The results of this study are in the form of an inventory system design with the Yii framework using the UCD (user centered design) concept which is expected to help solve the problems that occur. By using an inventory system that can help infrastructure, school principals, and teachers in obtaining and managing inventory of goods correctly and in a faster time. In designing this system using the user centered design method with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) system modeling tool, which consists of use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams.

Abstract

Repository information system is a system used to manage the filing of student thesis collections to make them neater, safer, easier to manage and accessible again. At the Prabumulih University Library, the process of accessing theses is still done manually by searching for and reading available theses at the Prabumulih University Library. This is the background for this research. In collecting data, researchers used qualitative descriptive methods including direct observation, interviews and literature study. So that data is obtained that there is no available access that makes it easy for students to read the full text of the thesis online. The result of this research is in the form of a web-based thesis repository information system design which is expected to help resolve the problems that occur. Using a repository information system can help library staff and students in obtaining and managing student thesis collections carefully, precisely and in a faster time. In designing this system, it uses the Extreme Programming (XP) method with Unified Modeling Language (UML) system modeling tool.
