Abstract

Telefon genggam atau smartphone bukan lagi menjadi barang mahal bagi masyarakat bahkan perangkat ini menjadi kebutuhan penting termasuk bagi anak usia dini. Frekuensi penggunaan smartphone bagi anak usia semakin meningkat ketika pandemic COVID-19, karena perangkat ini dibutuhkan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran secara online. Bagi orang tua adalah penting untuk menerapkan regulasi bagi anak mereka dalam pemanfaatan smartphone salah satunya adalah pengaturan aplikasi-aplikasi yang dapat diakses oleh anak-anak. Pedampingan bagi anak usia dini tidak dapat dilakukan sekali saja. Agar mereka benar-benar dapat menjadi bijak dalam memanfaatkan perangkat smartphone mereka. Sehingga dilakukan pendampingan melalui pengarahan beberapa kali bagi mereka. Pedampingan juga untuk membantu membiasakan anak-anak agar memahami batasan waktu, jarak pandang, dan lainnya ketika mereka memanfaatkan smartphone.

Abstract

The hospital's Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and High Care Unit (HCU) systems are very important systems and are always used, so it is necessary to know the extent of their performance. Thus, the study aims to provide reference for xyz hospital regarding the condition (performance) of the current ICU and HCU patient systems. COBIT 5 is an information system capability evaluation framework with the build, acquire and implement (BAI) domain. Domain BAI focuses on developing, acquiring, and implementing information systems, applications, and services. It covers the entire IT project life cycle, starting with the planning and requirements gathering phases and continuing through the design, development, testing, and deployment phases. This study also uses qualitative approach with literature studies and quantitative approach for data analysis to measure capability level. Research respondents were heads and staff from the IT, ICU, and HCU divisions. The results of this study describe the level of capability achieved by hospitals in the BAI Domain, with an average score of 3.30 at the established level. This level illustrates that the application of information technology can achieve process results that are in accordance with the wishes of raft xyz management. This stage also illustrates that the xyz hospital has an information technology process that has been standardized thoroughly to achieve all processes. The results of this evaluation can also be guideline for the xyz raft house to make improvements and improve the performance of the ICU and HCU patient systems in meeting the needs of intensively treated patients.

Abstract

Wabisabi drawstring bag business is an entrepreneur in the field of fashion accessories that do not yet have stalls on e-commerce. The ordering and payment process can only be done through social media. In practice, this process takes a long time. In addition, the product management process is not accompanied by categorization in accordance with its category which can make a long product search. This research aims to build a system that has a function as a catalog and can handle transactions online. System development is carried out with the System Development Life Cycle using Rapid Application Development prototyping methods. In addition this study uses the Unified Modeling Language as a modeling of the system. Program development on this website-based application using PHP Framework Laravel 7. The results of this study in the form of a website application for customers and staff. Based on the results of product testing and evaluation stated in accordance with user needs and can be used as a transaction tool.

Abstract

The development of technology and science is very rapid, thanks to technological developments that spread information about photography. Media in promoting photography services at this time are still few and there are no application devoted to Freelance Photographers. One solution to this problem is to create a marketplace application specifically for Freelance Photographers to be able to market photography services. On the other hand, this application can be utilized by people who are looking for photography services. Freelance Photographer's special marketplace application is built with the waterfall method with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The purpose of building this marketplace application is to expand opportunities for Freelance Photographers to get work projects, as well as facilitate people who need documentation services in finding photographer services in accordance with their desires and the appropriate budget.

Abstract

DKV Daily is a community or organization engaged in visual design located in Cipete area, South Jakarta, which does not have a product contest yet. The design process and design can only be done verbally or by telephone. In practice, this process takes a long and long time. Besides this manufacturing process is not accompanied by a complete catalog, but only through social media. This study aims to build website applications that provide benefits to the DKV Daily in facilitating the search for designers who want to open up opportunities in a design according to the needs of consumers. System development is carried out with the System Development Life Cycle using prototyping methods. In addition this study uses Unified modeling language as a modeling of the system. Program development in this application uses PHP, HTML, and CSS. The results of this study are in the form of a website for Clients, Designers, and Admins. Based on the results of testing and evaluation, the product application is declared in accordance with user requirements and can be used as a graphic design product application.

Abstract

Robotics Education Center is a company engaged in education that aims to improve the mechanical and motor skills of children. In the management of absence, Robotics Education Center employees have problems in managing attendance data. Robotics Education Center requires a long process in processing attendance data in and out so that errors occur in making reports. Therefore a new system was made to make it easier to do attendance data processing, to reduce data input errors on the report. The web-based system includes employee data, position data, and employee attendance data. The researcher developed the system using the SDLC method and the Prototype model. The results of this study are the employee attendance system that can be used by the Harapan Indah Robotics Education Center, and has been tested using black box testing to find out the functions of the system can run as expected.

Abstract

Knowing the Air Quality index is important. Humans sometimes forget about this and keep doing their activities without realizing it has polluted the air. Pollution activities can endanger human health and can cause death. Therefore, in this study, researchers want to implement a geographic information system to visualize air quality data in Jakarta in real time. The purpose of this study is to display the air quality in Jakarta in real time to the people in Jakarta in the hope of creating a sense of concern for the level of air quality. This research uses research and development research and prototype system development methods. The result of this research is a GIS website that displays the value of air quality in Jakarta in real time and information about the development of air quality in Jakarta so far.

Abstract

Stocks are a very attractive investment instrument, especially among millennials today. All too tempted when you see a big advantage without learn the basics will be disaster if something goes wrong. This study aims to make novice investors have a place to learn without having to pay by implementing a chatbot application as an intermediary. Chatbots who have knowledge about stock investment are expected to be a good support system for investors beginners, and can be used anywhere and anytime without a time limit. In making chatbot researchers using the dialogueflow platform. The output of this research is an android application called my assistant. System development is carried out using the prototyping method and Unified Modeling Language (UML) as the model. Based on research testing and evaluation, the system created can interact well without any problems.

Abstract

Majujaya Furniture is a company that still uses manual business process recording techniques. Starting from sales, purchases, to inventories, they still use the traditional method, which is recorded using manual invoice and receipt. This has led to many problems such as the difficulty of finding inventory data which still available and also the inaccuracy of the data due to too many invoices and receipts are made. Therefore, an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for sales, purchases, and inventory of goods is very suitable to solve these problems. The stages of implementing this ERP begin with interviews and observation, identifying the business processes in the company, select the ERP application, configure the ERP application module, and finally carry out the implementation and testing. The results of this study indicate that the ERP software that has been selected and implemented, IPOS 4.0 can solve problems in Majujaya Furniture.

Abstract

Picnic Again is a travel agent that offers travel services. This travel agent has been running for a long time and has a very attractive travel package. The registration system is still through on social media, which when registering becomes effective. As for when registering there was a surge, namely the number of customers who registered. In this study, research used a prototype to design this website, which can overcome the problems in this travel agent. Data sources obtained by research through observation and interviews make it easier for research to create this website. Through the implementation and evaluation of the system through blackbox testing, it can be concluded that the website designed by the research was succsessful and ran without error. This website designed by research alleviates the problem and facilities service of Piknik Again become more efficient and effective.
