Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to study whether organizational commitment, motivation, and good work coordination simultaneously influence significantly on the performance of employees of Lenteng Sub-District, Sumenep Regency, and to find out variables related to organizational commitment, motivation and significant partial cooperation with Lenteng District employee support. Sumenep Regency. This research was conducted at the Lenteng District Office in Sumenep Regency with a total sample of 34 people. The type of research used in this study is explanatory research (explanatory research). The main research used is quantitative and equipped with descriptive. The results of the study showed that simultaneously, organizational commitment, motivation and work discipline were significant towards the performance of employees of the Lenteng District of Sumenep Regency. Partially, organizational commitment, motivation and work discipline are significant to the performance of employees of the Lenteng District of Sumenep Regency. Motivation has a dominant and significant influence on the performance of employees of Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Sumekar Sumenep Islamic People Financing Bank (BPRS). The purposes of this study are 1). To describe the organizational commitment, compensation motivation and performance. 2). To find out whether organizational commitment, motivation and compensation have a simultaneous influence on the performance. 3). To find out whether organizational commitment, motivation and compensation have a partial effect on the performance. 4). To find out which variables among organizational commitment, motivation and compensation have a dominant influence on the performance. The results of the study show that: 1). Simultaneously, organizational commitment, motivation and compensation have a significant effect on the performance of Sumekar Sumenep Bank Islamic finance (BPRS) employees, 2). Partially organizational commitment, motivation, compensation partially have a significant influence on the performance of employees of the Bank of Islamic finance (BPRS) Sumekar Sumenep. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted at the Regional Finance Agency Pamekasan Regency with a total sample of 62 people. The results showed that simultaneously, leadership style, work discipline, and organizational citizenship behavior had a very significant effect on employee performance. Partially, leadership style, work discipline, and organizational citizenship behavior have a significant influence on the performance of employees of the Regional Financial Institutions Pamekasan Regency. Thus, it can be said that all independent variables partially have a significant influence on the performance of employees of the Regional Finance Agency Pamekasan Regency; and the work discipline variable has a very dominant influence in influencing the performance of employees of the Regional Finance Agency Pamekasan Regency. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research was conducted in Fraud Prevention of National Health Insurance Providers with a total sample of 31 people. The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out a description of Internal Control, Organizational Commitment and Individual Morality on fraud prevention, 2) To find out whether Internal Control, organizational commitment and individual morality have a simultaneous effect on fraud prevention, 3). To find out whether Internal Control, organizational commitment, and individual Morality partially influence fraud prevention. The results showed that internal control as a relative strength of the individual in identifying his involvement in the organization. Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is 1) To know and test how the description about leadership style, organizational culture, motivation and work performance of employees, 2) To know and test whether leadership style, organizational culture and motivation influence simultaneously to the performance of employees, 3) To find out and test whether leadership style, organizational culture and motivation partially influence on employee performance, 4) To know which among the leadership style, organizational culture and motivation that dominant influence on employee performance. Based on the results of data analysis found that simultaneous, Leadership style (X1), Organizational culture (X2), Motivation (X3) have a significant effect on the performance of employees of Saronggi District Office of Sumenep Regency, as evidenced by the value of F arithmetic with significance value less than 0.05. And based on the results of data analysis using t test found that leadership style (X1) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Similarly organizational culture (X2) and motivation (X3) also have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) To know the motivation, work environment and organizational culture simultaneously have an influence on the performance employee, 2) To know the motivation, work environment and organizational culture partially have influence on apparatus performance of employee, 3) To know among the motivation, work environment and organizational culture that has a dominant influence on the performance of employee. Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the work environment, motivation, work, and job satisfaction of teachers and employees at SDN 005 Penajam and to find out the contents of work for teacher job satisfaction, the influence of the work environment on teacher satisfaction, and the effect of work on teacher performance. teacher work environment. This study uses a quantitative approach and type of explanatory research. The population in this study were all teachers of SDN 005 Penajam. The research sample was played by 30 teachers. The results of this study indicate that work and work environment are significant towards teacher job satisfaction at SDN 005 Penajam. Work motivation and work environment are significant towards teacher performance at SDN 005 Penajam. Performance has a significant effect on teacher job satisfaction at SDN 005 Penajam. Work motivation and work environment have a positive effect on job satisfaction through teachers at SDN 005 Penajam. Keywords: work, work environment, performance, job satisfaction
