Abstract

Unsur Satuan Operasi Koarmatim merupakan komando utama operasi TNI yang bertugas untuk mendukung operasi militer maupun latihan militer. Satuan operasi Koarmatim diawaki oleh prajurit-prajurit TNI AL dengan berbagai keahlian. Setiap prajurit mempunyai motivasi yang berbeda dan berusaha mencapai semangat kerja dengan berbagai upaya. Penelitian ini berusaha menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan semangat kerja prajurit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksploratif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Peneliti melaksanakan survei kepada prajurit Koarmatim untuk mendapatkan data mengenai pengaruh motivasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh semangat kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, pengaruh motivasi terhadap semangat kerja dan pengaruh kompensasi terhadap semangat kerja. Berdasarkan analisis dan pengujian hipotesis data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan kompensasi baik secara langsung maupun melalui semangat kerja dapat mempengaruhi kinerja prajurit secara signifikan.

Abstract

The objective of this research are to compare performance of syariah banking performance which use profit and loss sharing system and conventional banking performance which use interest system by CAMEL approach that including valuation of capital aspect, asset quality aspect, management aspect, earning aspect, and liquidity aspect. Beside that, to identify the most distinguishable performance variable between syariah system and conventional system. Data exploited in this research is secondary data alike financial ratios on publication of bank's quarterly that ezposed on Indonesian Central Bank's website (htpp://www/bi/go/id). The result of this research show that performance of syariah banking and conventional banking have been better, sharia banking have reached the higher LDE, ROA ratio significantly otherwise conventional banking performance was better than CAR. Sharia banking performance was better than conventional banking performance based on LDR, and second was NPM.

Abstract

Abstract This type of research is explanatory research, the approach used is a quantitative approach with a total sample of 117 officers. The objectives of this study are 1). To prove and analyze whether work experience and level of education simultaneously have a significant influence on the performance of health care workers at Dr. Slamet Martodhirdjo Pamekasan Regency. 2.) To prove and analyze whether work experience has a significant effect on the performance of health care workers at Dr. Slamet Martodhirdjo Pamekasan Regency. 3.) To prove and analyze whether the level of education has a significant effect on the performance of health care workers in Dr. Slamet Martodhirdjo Pamekasan Regency. The results showed that 1.) Work experience, level of education and professionalism simultaneously had a significant influence on the performance of health care workers at Dr. Slamet Martodhirdjo, Pamekasan Regency, the truth is proven and the hypothesis is accepted. 2.) Work experience has a significant influence on the performance of health care workers at Dr. Slamet Martodhirdjo Pamekasan Regency. 3.) Abstract

To prove and analyze whether promotion has a significant effect on the performance of Pamekasan Police personnel. 3.) To prove and analyze whether the provision of compensation has a significant effect on the performance of the Pamekasan Police personnel. 4.) To prove and analyze whether work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of Pamekasan Police personnel. The results showed that 1.) Job promotion, compensation and work discipline simultaneously had a significant effect on improving the performance of Pamekasan Police personnel. 2.) Promotion has a significant effect on improving the performance of Pamekasan Police personnel. 3.). The provision of compensation has a significant effect on improving the performance of the Pamekasan Police personnel. 4.) Abstract

The purpose of study are 1). To describe work experience, commitment, motivation, and professionalism of employees in Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. 2) To view and analyze work experience, commitment, motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee professionalism in Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency 3). To view and analyze work experience, commitment, motivation partially significant effect on employee professionalism in Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. 4). To find out which variables between work experience, commitment, motivation have dominant influence on employee professionalism in Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. This type of research is explanatory research, the research approach uses a quantitative approach, data analysis uses SPSS. The research sample was 35 employees. The results showed that : 1). Simultaneously, work experience, commitment and motivation have a significant effect on Employee Professionalism in Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency, it is evidenced by the calculated F value of 1.706 with a significance level known from the sig value of 0.001 (less than 0.05). 2). Partially, work experience, commitment and motivation have a significant effect on Employee Professionalism in Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. 3). Based on the test results, it is known that motivation affects the professionalism of employees in Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency; evidenced by the t value is 1.741 with a significance level of 0.001 (less than 0.05).

Abstract

Abstract

Holilah, 2021. Performance Improvement Influenced by Competence, Motivation and Work Discipline (Performance Study of Employees of Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency). Postgraduate Program at Wijaya Putra University, Surabaya. This research includes explanatory research. The research method used is the survey method, which is the method used to obtain information through requests for information to respondents by using a questionnaire as the main data collection tool. The sampling technique used is total sampling, meaning that the sampling technique is the same as the total population, there are 64 respondents in this study. The aims of this study were to: (1) examine and analyze the simultaneous/simultaneous effect of competence, motivation and work discipline on employee performance in Pademawu Subdistrict, Pamekasan Regency, (2) to examine and analyze the relationship between the influence of competence on employee performance in Subdistrict Pademawu, Pamekasan Regency, (3) to test and analyze the relationship of the influence of motivation on the performance of employees in Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency, (4) to examine and analyze the relationship between the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees in Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Competence, motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect the performance of employees in Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency with a calculated F test value of 4,556 with a significant level of 0.04. (2) Competence has a partial effect on employee performance in Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency with a t-test value of 2.638 with a significant level of 0.03. (3) Motivation has a partial effect on employee performance in Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency with a t-test value of 1.822 with a significant level of 0.04. (4) Work discipline has a partial effect on employee performance in Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency with a t-test value of 2.852 with a significant level of 0.02.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan reputasi perusahaan, kompensasi jaminan sosial dan kinerja karyawan melalui semangat kerja di PT. Cipta Mapan Logistik Surabaya. Untuk membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh reputasi perusahaan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi jaminan sosial terhadap kinerja karyawan, semangat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, reputasi perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan, kompensasi jaminan sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat karyawan, semangat kerja sebagai variabel intervening antara reputasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan semangat kerja sebagai variabel intervening antara jaminan sosial terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Cipta Mapan Logistik Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah explanatory research dan pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertempat di PT. Cipta Mapan Logistik Cabang Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh karyawan PT. Cipta Mapan Logistik Cabang Surabaya yaitu 118 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Quota Sampling. Dari 118 eksemplar kuesioner yang disebarkan, sebanyak 80 kuesioner yang kembali, sedangkan 38 kuesioner tidak kembali. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan rancangan penelitian, analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Reputasi perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi jaminan sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Semangat kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Reputasi perusahaan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Kompensasi jaminan sosial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat karyawan. Semangat kerja sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh antara reputasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Semangat kerja sebagai variabel intervening berpangaruh antara jaminan sosial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Reputasi Perusahaan, Kompensasi Jaminan Sosial, Semangat Kerja dan Kinerja

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja, etos kerja, pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling berjumlah 49 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dari karyawan PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya dan data sekunder yaitu data absensi karyawan PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa Karyawan di PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya memiliki disiplin kerja, etos kerja, pelatihan, dan kinerja yang tinggi. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya. Etos kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya. Pelatihan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Brataco Cabang Surabaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat partisipasi, sikap dan perilaku, kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat terhadap pendapatan PBB di Kecamatan Benjeng Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling berjumlah 115 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diambil langsung dari petugas desa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa tingkat partisipasi, sikap dan perilaku, kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat di Kecamatan Benjeng Kabupaten Gresik termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Tingkat partisipasi petugas Desa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan PBB Desa di Kecamatan Benjeng Kabupaten Gresik. Sikap dan Perilaku Petugas Pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan PBB Desa di Kecamatan Benjeng Kabupaten Gresik. Kondisi Sosial Ekonomi Masyarakat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan PBB Desa di Kecamatan Benjeng Kabupaten Gresik.
