Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the promotion strategy in increasing the number of students at SMK Pati Rantelemo. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive type of research that is to provide evidence of truth according to the theory and issues raised through observation, interviews and documentation. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data, then analyzed according to the theory of Milles, Huberman and Saldan, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions and verification. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be seen that the promotional strategy carried out by SMK Pati Rantelemo in increasing the number of students has been carried out as much as possible, using the concept of a promotional mix, namely Advertising which includes (billboards and brochures), Sales Promotion (free entry fees and registration fee), Individual Sales (all school members participate in promoting the school), Publicity/Community Relations which includes (holding outreach to nearby churches), and Direct Selling (listing the school's telephone number on brochures and banners).

Abstract

The church is a community, like organizations in general, the church has an important role in the lives of its congregation members. In the organizational structure, each church has an intra-ecclesiastical administrator. The Administrators of each congregation will be representatives of each congregation. PPGT Class PPGT OIG Nonongan Salu conducted an entrepreneurship seminar with the aim of providing knowledge, motivation and preparing Christian youths who are independent and become agents of change for themselves, the congregation and the nation. Entrepreneurship seminar activities in the Sub Theme: Smart Ways to Turn Problems into Business Opportunities. This activity is attended by more than ± 30 people.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the financial performance of PT Kalbe Farma before and during the pandemic. This research is quantitative. The results showed that the liquidity ratios which included current ratios were 4.35, 4.12 and 4.45, quick ratios were 2.90, 2.98 and 3.01, cash ratios were 117%, 164% and 176% indicating Kalbe Farma's financial performance was liquid before and during the pandemic. Solvability ratios include debt to asset ratios namely 17.76%, 19% and 17.14%, debt to equity ratios namely 21.30%, 23.46% and 20.69% indicating that financial performance was in good condition before and during a pandemic because the industry average is above the ratio value. Profitability ratios including GPM indicate that the company's financial performance is in good condition, namely 45.25%, 44.33% and 42.79%. for NPM 11.21%, 12.11% and 12.31%, ROA is 12.52%, 12.40%, 12.59% and ROE is 15.19%, 15.32% and 15.20% shows that financial performance was not good before and during the pandemic. Activity ratios include inventory turnover 3.3, 3.5 and 2.9, receivables turnover 6.12 times, 5.8 times and 7.4 times, fixed asset turnover 2.5, 2.4 and 2.6 while total asset turnover of 1.1 and 1.02 respectively shows that Kalbe Farma's financial performance is not good enough in managing its assets both during the pandemic in 2020 and 2021 and before the pandemic in 2019

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of celebrity endorsement, brand image, environment and psychology on purchasing decisions for Scarlett Whitening case study on Management Study Program students, Indonesian Christian University, Toraja. The type of research used is quantitative research. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with questionnaire data collection techniques distributed with the help of google form. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 28 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) celebrity endorsements and brand image have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the t-count value of celebrity endorsements of 0.150 with a significance value of 0.881> 0, 05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.019 while the t value for brand image is 0.405 with a significance value of 0.687>0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.054. (2) environment and psychology have an effect on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the environmental t value of 2.441> t table 0.279 with a significance value of 0.019 <0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.299 while the psychological t value of 2.118> t table 0.279 with a significance value of 0.040 <0.05 and the regression coefficient has a positive value of 0.351.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of earnings per share and return on assets on stock prices (studies at PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk). The research problem in this study is whether Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return On Assets (ROA) partially and simultaneously affect the stock price at PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk. The research method uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique with SPSS version 26. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that partially the Earning Per Share (EPS) variable has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, the Return On Assets (ROA) variable has no effect on prices share. Simultaneously the EPS and ROA variables affect stock prices. The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study is 0.810, meaning that EPS and ROA affect stock prices by 81% and the remaining 19% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The implementation of this Mentoring activity is carried out by assisting in Marketing, Financial Management and Independent Business Development which is carried out by the Toraja Church Youth Fellowship of the Buntu Lemo Congregation which is managed independently for the needs of the PPGT organization. This community service activity method has several stages, including initial surveys, interviews with partner groups to find problems and solutions offered as well as assistance with marketing and financial management. The PPGT Buntu Lemo Congregation's independent business includes several types of business, including: tent rental, sound system rental and dance studio and decorations. Strengthening the marketing strategy of the PPGT Mandiri Business of the Buntu Lemo Congregation to be able to compete in marketing products and managing finances correctly and regularly will make the business better.
