Abstract

Analysis of Financial Performance at the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency. The formulation of the problem in this study is the Financial Performance of the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency. The problem in this study is how the Performance of the Revenue and Expenditure Budget at the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency for the 2019-2021 Fiscal Year is viewed from the effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio. The purpose of this study was to determine the Financial Performance of the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency for the 2019-2021 Fiscal Year in terms of the effectiveness ratio and efficiency ratio. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. Sources of data conducted in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is ratio analysis, where in the ratio analysis technique there are two formulas used to calculate the numbers, namely effectiveness and efficiency. The results showed that the Financial Performance of the National Land Agency of Tana Toraja Regency when viewed from the level of effectiveness, in 2019 with a value of 83.18% and in 2020 with a value of 90.66% and in 2021 with a value of 93.57%. efficiency in 2019 with a value of 20% in 2020 with a value of 10% and in 2021 with a value of 6%.

Abstract

The Toraja Church Youth Fellowship (PPGT) is an inseparable part of the church's organizational structure. PPGT has various work programs designed to foster enthusiasm and direct the young generation to become an independent generation in various aspects. Entrepreneurship seminar activities in the Sub Theme: Identifying Wants or Needs aim to provide financial education for the younger generation so they are able to manage personal finances through self-identification of whether they buy goods because they really need them or just because they want them. This activity is attended by more than ± 25 people. The method used is lecture, discussion and question and answer. The result of this community service activity is that the young generation is able to define what wants and needs are and is able to identify needs or desires in making decisions to purchase a product.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness and efficiency of using the 2019-2021 budget at the Tana Toraja Regency Transportation Service. This type of research is descriptive quantitative where the author observes, records, analyzes and presents the results of the data obtained on the research object. Data analysis techniques use the ratio of Effectiveness and Efficiency Ratio. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that based on the results of calculating the ratio of budget effectiveness in 2019, the performance of budget management at the Tana Toraja Regency Transportation Office is considered effective with achieving the criteria of 99.45%, in 2020 it is 91.78% and in 2021 of 93.27%. Meanwhile, based on the results of budget efficiency calculations in the budget management section of the Tana Toraja Regency Transportation Service it is considered very efficient, with the achievement of criteria of 46.71% in 2019, 32.71% in 2020 and 1% in 2021.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of earnings per share and return on assets on stock prices (studies at PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk). The research problem in this study is whether Earning Per Share (EPS) and Return On Assets (ROA) partially and simultaneously affect the stock price at PT. Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk. The research method uses the Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique with SPSS version 26. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that partially the Earning Per Share (EPS) variable has a positive and significant effect on stock prices, the Return On Assets (ROA) variable has no effect on prices share. Simultaneously the EPS and ROA variables affect stock prices. The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study is 0.810, meaning that EPS and ROA affect stock prices by 81% and the remaining 19% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

The Onion Chips Business is one of the snack food home industries as the basic ingredients for making them are easy to get on the market. The justification for selecting the business object offered is a type of food that is delicious, tasty and easy to obtain, nutritious and economical. There is no innovation in the management of the garlic business itself. So this activity aims to develop the garlic business into processed onion chips and provide new knowledge in marketing products in Tampan Bonga Village.
