Abstract

This study aims to determine the service user satisfaction index towards services at the Makale SAMSAT office, Tana Toraja Regency. The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis with the calculation of the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) at PERMENPAN RB Number 14 of 2017. The data collection techniques were carried out using observation, questionnaires and documentation techniques. The results of the study were based on the calculation of the Community Satisfaction Survey of the 9 elements that had the highest IKM value, namely facilities and infrastructure with an SKM value of 8.4 and an IKM conversion value of 85 in good category. While the element that has the lowest IKM value is the element of service costs/tariffs getting an SKM value of 2.773 and the IKM conversion value of 69.325 is in the poor category. Overall, the IKM value at the Makale SAMSAT Office service unit is 3.093 with an IKM conversion value of 77.85 which means the service quality at the Makale SAMSAT Office, Tana Toraja Regency is at the 'B' or "Good" level.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of service, facility and tourist attraction on visit decision to visit Sa’pak Bayo Bayo Tourism Object in Sangalla, Tana Toraja. The result of t-test show that service variable does not have a significant effect on decision to visiting the tourism object. Otherwise, facilities and tourist attraction variables partially had a positive and significant effect on visit decision. The result of F-test show that all the independent variable simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on visit decision. The results of this study can be used by tourism object managers in developing and improving the quality of tourist objects in terms of services, facilities and tourist attractions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant effect of product quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in Sepu'ta Sewing Business in Rantepao District, North Toraja Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling of 80 respondents, with testing using the SPSS application program. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression method. The results of this study indicate that product quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Likewise, the consumer satisfaction variable has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Furthermore, this study states that there is no effect of product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The direct effect of product quality is 0.419 greater than the indirect effect of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty 0.282. It is hoped that with the results of this research, the Sepu'ta Sewing Business will pay more attention to product quality so that it can increase the level of customer satisfaction and will also foster customer loyalty. In addition, it can improve product quality and other variables to determine which factors are more influential as other variables to determine which other factors are more influential as intervening variables on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The Toraja Church Youth Fellowship (PPGT) is an inseparable part of the church's organizational structure. PPGT has various work programs designed to foster enthusiasm and direct the young generation to become an independent generation in various aspects. Entrepreneurship seminar activities in the Sub Theme: Identifying Wants or Needs aim to provide financial education for the younger generation so they are able to manage personal finances through self-identification of whether they buy goods because they really need them or just because they want them. This activity is attended by more than ± 25 people. The method used is lecture, discussion and question and answer. The result of this community service activity is that the young generation is able to define what wants and needs are and is able to identify needs or desires in making decisions to purchase a product.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the promotional mix for the use of sMartCU in the member businesses of the Sauan Sibarrung Credit Union in Toraja. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method with survey techniques. The descriptive qualitative method is research that attempts to provide proof of the truth of facts that occur in the field, situations based on a theoretical framework and the problems raised. The data collection techniques used were interviews and observations. The data processing technique used begins with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the research results, it was found that the use of sMartCU is very influential in introducing products to the people who are marketing targets, and providing value exchange based on the benefits provided by the product. The marketing tools used are advertising, sales promotions, events and experiences, public relations and publicity, and online marketing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of price, facilities, location, quality of service on consumer decisions at Toraja Heritage Hotel. Data collection procedures from this research are observation, questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis technique is quantitative with multiple linear regression tests. The conclusion of this study is that the variable facilities have no effect on consumer decisions and the variables price, location, and service quality have an effect on consumer decisions in Toraja Heritage Hotel.

Abstract

The research aim to measure the community satisfaction index as service users and improve the quality of public services. The data was obtained by observing and distributing questionarires to the public using birth certificate processing services with asample of 65 respondents. The types of data used in this research are promary anf secondary data. Data analysys techniques is descriptive quantitative method by calculating the percentage of aech category of answers based on PEMENPAN No 14 of 2017. The result of the research show that the community satisfaction index at the Lembang Nononga Selatan, which can be seen from the 9 indicators in accordance with PERMENPAN No 14of 2017 with the average service quality at the conversion value of the community satisfaction index of 85,475

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world in the midst of the digital era has resulted in setbacks in various aspects, especially the education and entrepreneurship sectors. Edupreneurship based on local wisdom is expected to be one of the answers and solutions to increase the rate of economic growth affected by the post-pandemic. Through learning that focuses on local values, ideas, and culture to create a character who is resilient, wise, skilled and innovative so as to produce new business opportunities and breakthroughs. The Edupreneurship course is compulsory and is taught in semesters three, five and seven at the UKI Toraja English Study Program as a form of manifestation of the vision and mission of the English study program. The general purpose of the Edupreneurship course is that after the end of learning this course, students are expected to be able to master and practice values and attitudes related to entrepreneurship education. For example, characters with integrity, enthusiasm, not easy to give up, accomplished, independent, earned, and test-resistant in facing various conditions. To achieve these general goals, of course, various aspects of the learning process must be considered and prepared by teachers. These things are the elaboration and achievement of specific objectives of each sub-topic of the material, teaching and learning activities, the use of media and teaching tools, the implementation of teaching strategies, and up to the evaluation stage. The result of the purpose of this research is to identify the strengthening of students' learning needs in facing the digital era through edupreneurship based on local wisdom. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. This research will focus on efforts to create entrepreneurship education products based on local wisdom values. In collecting data, researchers will use qualitative research instruments. After conducting data analysis, the researcher will draw a conclusion about "Edupreneurship based on Toraja Local Wisdom as Strengthening the Learning Needs of Students in the Digital Era".
