Abstract

The culinary business in the form of fast food has fierce competition because of the large number of fast food restaurants that sell similar foods. Nowadays, technology and information are needed, including in the culinary business. The presence of Go Food and Grab Food services, which are food delivery food delivery features developed by the Gojek and Grab applications, is very helpful for culinary entrepreneurs in running their businesses. The method used is systematic literature review. Based on the search, 6 journals and articles have been collected to extract and synthesize their contents. The results of the study found that the influence of the existence of the digital food buying and selling platform has a strong impact in increasing the profit of the food culinary business business. The things that affect are e-service, self-service, promotion, advertising, and covering a wide market. Keywords: Business, Digital, Digital Platforms
