Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture into Innovative Behaviour in PT Bank Danamon Indonesia. Sample data were taken from questionaires that were distributed among employees of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia. Data were analysed with structural equation modeling (SEM). The result shows that transformational leadership and organisational culture have signficant impact toward innovative behavior in PT Bank Danamon Indonesia. It is advisable that further research might use more in depth information in order to have more comprehensive and significant information. The results of the t-test results of all the variables that affect the innovation, companies can improve organizational culture with a characteristic which is upheld by the organization and become a role model for the organization. Transformational leadership is concerned with the interests shared by explaining the importance of the company's goals so that members willing to subordinate his personal interests. In terms of internal and external situation of the organization, transformational used in terms of strategic and not raw.

Abstract

Jurnal ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh ketigavariabel (motivasi, disiplin dan kepemimpinan) terhadap produktifitas kerja dalam pencapaian target yangdiberikan oleh suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Dari hasil analisa data dan pengujian hipotesis terhadap185 Personal Banking Officer (PBO) dengan sampel 65 PBO di Jakarta dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa untuk hubungan tiga variabel bebas ; motivasi, disiplin dan kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama sangatmenentukan produktifitas kerja sebesar 40,8% kemudian variabel disiplin dan kepemimpinan secarabersama-sama sangat menentukan produktifitas kerja sebesar 40,8% sedangkan variabel bebas secaraterpisah adalah variabel kepemimpinan dengan presentase sebesar 34,9% jika dibandingkan dengan keduavariabel bebas lainnya. Dengan demikian motivasi, disiplin dan kepemimpinan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap produktifitas kerja PBO.

Abstract

The study aims to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leaders, academic culture on of the Sustainability Organization Performance  of University Lecturers in Indonesia of the Corona Virus (Covid-19) era. This study use quantitative research method with survey technique to respond the test hypotheses that have been formulated. The respondents are 150 lecturers, the sampling technique used was cluster random sampling technique. The instrument of transformational leader, academic lecture and Sustainability Organization Performance  were validated with the product moment correlation, while reliability was measured by the Alpha Cronbach. Hypothesis testing using path analysis. The results of data analysis using path analysis, showed that, (1) there is the effect of direct transformational leaders on the lecturers Sustainability Organization Performance , (2) there is the effect of direct academic culture on the lecturers Sustainability Organization Performance , and (3) there is the effect of direct sinergic transformational leaders on the lecturers academic culture. Implications of research efforts to bring down the lecturers Sustainability organization Performance , the effectiveness of sinergic transformational leaders must be increased, the improve the effectivity of academic culture.           Keyword:  Sinergic Transformational Leaders, Academic Culture On The Sustainability Organization Performance

Abstract

Objectives: The main objective of business is the achievement of sustainable organizational performance, including higher education. But in the process, many obstacles are faced by an organization. Sharing knowledge is a way to help employees in solving problems faced in the world of work. This study examines the mediating role of knowledge sharing to mediate the influence between academic culture and professional competence on sustainable organizational performance.Methodology: The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 380 respondents, the data in this study was analyzed using the SEM-PLS approach to explore the consistency of the findings on the correlation between variables.Finding: The findings show that knowledge sharing is able to mediate the influence of the variables of academic culture and professional competence on sustainable organizational performanceConclusion: The results obtained are that knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on organizational sustainability performance, knowledge sharing is found to fully mediate the relationship between academic culture and organizational sustainability performance, and knowledge sharing is found to partially mediate the relationship between professional competence and organizational sustainability performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze (1) the effect of Domestic Market Obligation, DMO, implementation and partial, Domestic Price Obligation, DPO, implementation on Indonesian palm oil exports and (2) the effect of simultaneous DMO implementation and DPO implementation on Indonesian palm oil exports. The results of the Pearson correlation test on the variables of DMO implementation and DPO implementation had a powerful/close relationship with palm oil exports. The regression test results, simultaneously with the F test and partially with the t-test, show that the implementation of DMO and the implementation of DPO have a significant effect on Palm Oil Exports.

Abstract

Pada era informasi saat ini, strategi informasi yang efektif menjadi aset penting bagi pelaku bisnis, terutama Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Strategi ini membantu mendukung keputusan bisnis yang berkelanjutan, terutama di tengah kondisi ekonomi yang belum sepenuhnya pulih. Dampak dari kondisi ekonomi ini meluas, termasuk penurunan daya beli konsumen akibat kurangnya informasi yang relevan baik bagi pengusaha maupun konsumen. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, diperlukan pendekatan yang jelas dan terstruktur dalam menyampaikan strategi informasi yang tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan internal organisasi tetapi juga meningkatkan keterlibatan dan kepuasan konsumen. Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pengetahuan tentang strategi informasi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis secara berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi pelaku UMKM. Hasil dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai strategi informasi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja bisnis.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap employee engagement pegawai pada kantor pusat BPJS Kesehatan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 175 responden pegawai BPJS Kesehatan. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap employee engagement. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style, motivation and internal work environment on employee performance at Best Western Mangga Dua Hotel. The sample used was 106 respondents. The sampling method uses Saturation Sampling. The method of collecting data uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This study proves that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Internal Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, training and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol. Tbk Ocean Dream Samudra Unit. The population in this study is Employees of PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol. Tbk Ocean Dream Samudra Unit. The sample used was 118 respondents. The sample withdrawal method uses Nonprobability Sampling. Data collection methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses SPSS 23. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Ocean Dream Samudra employees

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepribadian, lingkungan keluarga, dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap intensi berwirausaha (studi kasus pada siswa-siswi kelas xii SMK Bina Insan Mandiri). Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 256 siswa kelas xii. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 156 responden, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel random sederhana. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepribadian berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel intensi beriwirausaha. Lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel intensi berwirausaha. Pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap variabel intensi berwirausaha.
