Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of training, leadership and discipline on the performance of Infrastructure and Public Facilities Handling (PPSU) officers in Kapuk Village, Cengkareng District, West Jakarta. The population in this study was 71 employees from the Infrastructure and Public Facilities Handling section of Kapuk Village with a sample of 71 respondents. The data collection method in this research uses a survey method with the research instrument being a questionnaire. The sampling method in this research uses a non-probability method. The data analysis method was carried out using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model. The results of this research state that training and discipline have a significant positive influence on employee performance in the Infrastructure and Public Facilities Handling section of Kapuk Village, Cengkareng District. Meanwhile, leadership has an insignificant positive effect on employee performance in the Infrastructure and Public Facilities Handling section of Kapuk Village, Cengkareng District, West Jakarta.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan, kepemimpinan, dan disiplin terhadap kinerja petugas Penanganan Prasarana dan Sarana Umum (PPSU) Kelurahan Kapuk, Kecamatan Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 71 karyawan yang berasal dari bagian Penanganan Prasarana dan Sarana Umum Kelurahan Kapuk dengan sampel  yang digunakan sebanyak 71 responden. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuisioner. Metode penarikan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode non probabilitas. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model Partial Least square. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa pelatihan dan kedisiplinan memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada bagian Penanganan Prasarana dan Sarana Umum Kelurahan Kapuk, Kecamatan Cengkareng. Sedangkan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada bagian Penanganan Prasarana dan Sarana Umum Kelurahan Kapuk, Kecamatan Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to empower financial literacy to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kota Bambu Selatan Urban Village, Palmerah District, West Jakarta, through stock investment training. This training was held to increase the knowledge and understanding of MSME players regarding the importance of stock investment as a way to support the sustainability of their business. The methods used in this program include socialization, workshops, and intensive mentoring. The training participants are MSME players who have an interest in learning about stock investment. During the training, participants were given materials on the basics of stock investment, the use of fintech applications for stock transactions, and strategies for managing business finances. The results of the training showed a significant improvement in participants' financial literacy and ability to invest in stocks. Most participants stated that they were more confident to start investing in stocks after attending the training. The program successfully achieved its goal of improving the financial literacy of MSME players and is expected to contribute positively to their business sustainability and growth in the future. The success of this program is also indicated by the high level of participant satisfaction with the materials and methods used.
