Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di SMP Al-Huda dan implikasi manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di SMP Al-Huda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Wali Kelas dan dua orang Guru mata pelajaran yang terdiri dari Guru bahasa indonesia dan Guru matematika. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Manajemen kelas baik berupa pengaturan siswa maupun fasilitas fisik di dalam kelas di SMP Al-Huda sudah baik. Pendekatan manajemen kelas yang mampu meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di SMP Al-Huda yaitu adalah pendekatan permisif, pendekatan instruksional, pendekatan perubahan perilaku, pendekatan sosioemosional dan pendekatan kerja kelompok. Sedangkan pendekatan otoriter dan pendekatan intimidasi tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap minat belajar siswa sedangkan pendekatan plural dan elektis sangat tergantung kepada waktu dan kondisi saat aplikasinya dan implikasi pendekatan manajemen kelas dalam meningkatkan minat belajar siswa di SMP Al-Huda juga sudah berjalan dengan baik dan benar sesuai prosedur manajemen kelas, baik secara teori maupun praktiknya di lapangan. Dan juga memberikan perubahan energi bagi siswa sehingga mereka lebih cenderung semangat dan minat dalam mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran di dalam kelas

Abstract

Indonesia as a multicultural and multiethnic country has ploblematics related to moral degradation in addition to Indonesian society has a non-comprehensive understanding of the relationship of religion and culture. The purpose of this study to analyze the paradigm of social education and then evaluate the theories of social education in the perspective of the Qur'an. Describes the process of infiltration of the values of the Qur'an in the model of social education and its relevance to efforts to minimize social conflict. This research is Library research literature research, explorative approach to the natural setting and interpret phenomena related to the meaning of social justice in the perspective of the Qur'an. the results showed that the Qur'an teaches social education. First, the implementation of social justice education through the concept of justice without discrimination. Second, the implementation of social justice education through inclusive education. Third, the implementation of social justice education through Gender equality education. Fourth, the implementation of social justice education through leadership. Fifth, the implementation of social justice education through the economy. The distribution of social justice education is very important. An educator must provide education regardless of the economic status of his students and their parents. Talking about distribution means we are talking about public policy revenues and expenditures.

Abstract

This study aims to make women more aware of their role as social beings. Most among women only know their role as housewives, but many education experts consider this to be incorrect because women have a major role in education. Prophet Muhammad, once said that the first upbringing of a child lies in a mother. This role was once played by a hero mobilizing education for a woman, namely R.A Kartini, who rebelled against the ignorance experienced by women. In addition, Hamka has the perspective that the role of women greatly influences one's success. Therefore, this thesis, entitled The Role of Women in Hamka Education, uses the library search method. By using the library search research method, this research is classified as Library Research (library research) with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques by collecting data or materials related to the theme of discussion and problems taken from library sources
