Abstract

Politeknik Harapan Bangsa Surakarta (Polhas) is one of the colleges in Surakarta city. This college has lecturer and staff to help the students. The duties of this staff are to arrange the classes schedule and the duties of the lecturer is carrying out the learning require a schedule to be able and find out what courses are taught. This college are required to have a Lecture Schedule System in addition to avoid collisions between teaching hour and lecture room. Another reason is to regulate learning and run effectively and efficient. Polhas has an online lecture schedule system but there are several features that must be improved, added, and removed to the system. Finally, the college can reuse the system as much as possible. Based in the background study the researcher finds the formulation of the problem is How to develop a classes schedule for Polhas which originally already exist and can be used by the campus with the latest feature. The limitations of the problem made by the researcher in the form of room classes and hour, parties in needed (admin, lecture and student) and a system made by online. To develop the schedule lecturer is using the PHP programming language and SQL database.

Abstract

Jebres district is one of the areas under the leadership of the local government of the city of Surakarta. Jebres subdistrict office has a function to carry out the duties of some of the authority of the city government in its work area, which includes the fields of government, economy, development, people's welfare and the development of people's lives and other public service affairs handed over by the Mayor. One of the services is public service on the collection of E-KTP and KIA. E-KTP and KIA from Surakarta City Hall are handed over to each sub-district. The list of E-KTP and KIA located in the sub-district is not inputted back into the system, so when people want to take the E-KTP or KIA but they don't have the item, they have to look in the recap list provided by the City Hall and then look back to the E-KTP place. and KIA are stored, or to the DUKCAPIL room to re-confirm that the item doesn’t exist. With the creation of this system, it will make it easier for public services to take E-KTP and KIA, and it will not take long to provide services. Based on the description of the background, it can be formulated the problem to be solved in this research is "How to design and create a recap information system for E-KTP and MCH in Jebres District". Limitations The problem that the author discusses in the study focuses more on the process of inputting E-KTP and MCH data already in Jebres District. Using the method of data collection and software development using the waterfall model. This system application is web-based using the CodeIgneter framework and the PHP programming language and MySql database. The results of this study are the flowchart of the developed system, context diagram, DFD, schematic diagram and the resulting system.

Abstract

Real Work Practice (PKN) is one of the academic activities that must be followed by all students in study programs at the Teaching and Education Faculty (FKIP) Sebelas Maret University Surakarta (UNS). The implementation of Internship is an obstacle for FKIP UNS which has students from various regions and these students choose their own place for the Internship. FKIP UNS will find it difficult to monitor students in carrying out PKN if the accompanying lecturers have to visit one by one where students carry out PKN. This makes the goal of FKIP UNS in providing work experience in the real world not well achieved. From the problems above, the researcher proposes to design a web-based PKN data management information system at FKIP UNS. The formulation of the problem that the researcher will solve in this study is, "How to design an information system for PKN data management at FKIP UNS". Boundary The problems that the researchers discussed in this study focused more on the process of recording PKN data within FKIP UNS. The method used to design PKN data management information systems at FKIP UNS is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall model. The programming language used to design PKN data management information systems is PHP Native and the MySQL database as data storage media. This study aims to design a system that can facilitate the management of PKN activities at FKIP UNS, reduce the risk of errors occurring in PKN data management, and present PKN report information quickly, precisely and accurately. With the implementation of the PKN data management information system, PKN activities can be well documented and easy to monitor.
