<![CDATA[Abstrak Salah satu karakteristik novel teenlit adalah bahwa mereka selalu berkisah tentang remaja, baik yang menyangkut tokoh-tokoh utama maupun permasalahannya. Para tokoh remaja tersebut hadir lengkap dengan karakter dan masalahnya; pertemanan, kisah cinta, impian, khayalan, cita-cita, konflik, obsesi, ketidakpercayaan diri, ketidakstabilan mental atau psikologis, dan lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi struktur kepribadian id, ego, dan superego tokoh utama berdasarkan teori psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud serta mendeskripsikan permasalahan remaja yang berpengaruh pada psikologis remaja dalam novel Surat-Surat yang Tak Pernah Dikirim karya Miranda Malonka. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif. Maka teknik pengumpulan data dipenelitian ini di antaranya membaca dan mencatat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan struktur kepribadian Sylvia dan permasalahan remaja yang terjadi dalam novel. Berdasarkan struktur jiwa, Sylvia lebih dominan id daripada ego dan superego. Sementara permasalahan remaja yang terjadi pada Sylvia dan teman-temannya di antaranya terdapat masalah strict parents, insecurity, dibanding-bandingkan, depresi hingga percobaan bunuh diri, serta hamil di luar nikah. Abstract One of the characteristics of teenlit novels is that they always tell stories about teenagers, both concerning the main characters and their problems. These teenage characters come complete with their characters and problems; friendships, love stories, dreams, fantasies, goals, conflicts, obsessions, self-doubt, mental or psychological instability, and more. The purpose of this study was to identify the main character's id, ego, and superego personality structure based on Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory and to describe adolescent psychological problems that affect adolescents in the novel Surat-Surat yang Tak Pernah Dikirim by Miranda Malonka. This research was conducted using qualitative research methods. So the data collection techniques in this study include reading and taking notes. The results of this study show the structure of Sylvia's personality and the adolescent problems that occur in the novel. Based on the structure of the soul, Sylvia is more dominant than the ego and superego. Meanwhile, the teenage problems that occurred to Sylvia and her friends included issues of strict parents, insecurity, comparisons, depression to suicide attempts, and pregnancy out of wedlock.]]>
