Nilai-Nilai Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter dalam Kumpulan Cerita Anak "Semut Raksasa" Karya Ani Rostiani Dkk. Berti Nurul Khajati; Nani Solihati; Imam Safi'i

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian mengenai buku kumpulan cerita anak Semut Raksasa karya Ani Rostiani dkk. ini dikaitkan dengan teori pendidikan karakter menurut Thomas Lickona, Ki Hajar Dewantara, dan Lawrence Kohlberg. Penelitian ini menggunakan paparan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode analisis isi yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Tabel tersebut dianalisis secara induktif menggunakan teknik triangulasi berdasarkan temuan fakta-fakta. Penelitian terhadap kumpulan cerita anak Semut Raksasa karya Ani Rostiani dkk. memuat lima unsur penguatan pendidikan karakter dengan proporsi seimbang. Terdapat 5 poin unsur religius , 5 poin unsur nasionalis, 5 poin unsur mandiri, 5 poin unsur gotong royong dan 5 poin unsur integritas yang diwakili berbagai subnilai. Subnilai-subnilai yang tersebut memiliki kesesuaian dengan teori pendidikan karakter menurut Thomas Lickona, Ki Hajar Dewantara, dan Lawrence Kohlberg. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kumpulan cerita anak Semut Raksasa karya Ani Rostiani dkk. memuat unsur-unsur yang dibutuhkan dalam upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter sehingga layak digunakan sebagai materi pendukung dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia khususnya bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Kata Kunci: cerita anak, Semut Raksasa, Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter Abstract This research on the collection of children's stories Semut Raksasa by Ani Rostiani et al. is related to the theory of character education according to Thomas Lickona, Ki Hajar Dewantara, and Lawrence Kohlberg. This study uses descriptive qualitative exposure with content analysis method presented in tabular form. The table was analyzed inductively using a triangulation technique based on the findings of the facts. The research on a collection of children's stories Semut Raksasa by Ani Rostiani et al. contains five elements of strengthening character education with balanced proportions. There are 5 points for the religious element, 5 points for the nationalist element, 5 points for the independent element, 5 points for the gotong royong element and 5 points for the integrity element represented by various sub-values. These sub-values "‹"‹are in accordance with the theory of character education according to Thomas Lickona, Ki Hajar Dewantara, and Lawrence Kohlberg. From this research, it can be concluded that the collection of children's stories Semut Raksasa by Ani Rostiani et al. contains the elements needed in an effort to strengthen character education so that it is suitable for use as supporting material in learning Indonesian, especially for elementary school students. Abstract

Penelitian terhadap kumpulan cerita anak Semut Raksasa karya Ani Rostiani dkk. menghasilkan data analisis yang memuat lima unsur penguatan pendidikan karakter dengan proporsi seimbang pada lima poin yaitu unsur religius, nasionalis, mandiri, gotong royong dan integritas. Subnilai-subnilai yang terdapat dalam wacana yang dianalisis memiliki kesesuaian dengan teori pendidikan karakter menurut Thomas Lickona, Ki Hajar Dewantara, dan Lawrence Kohlberg. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian maka dapat diketahui bahwa unsur penguatan pendidikan karakter yaitu religius, nasionalis, mandiri, gotong royong dan integritas masing-masing terdapat dalam lima judul cerita dari sembilan judul yang diteliti. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa kumpulan cerita anak Semut Raksasa karya Ani Rostiani dkk. memuat unsur-unsur yang dibutuhkan dalam upaya penguatan pendidikan karakter sehingga layak digunakan sebagai materi pendukung dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia khususnya bagi siswa sekolah dasar. Based on the research findings, it can be seen that the elements of strengthening character education, namely religious, nationalist, independent, mutual cooperation and integrity are contained in five of the nine titles studied. From this research, it can be concluded that the collection of children's stories Semut Raksasa by Ani Rostiani et al. contains the elements needed in efforts to strengthen character so that it is appropriate to be used as supporting material in Indonesian language learning, especially for elementary school students.
