Abstract

Learning media is one of the means that can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of teaching and learning activities. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of using instructional media on student learning outcomes in mathematics. Data is collected through related journals for review. The method used in this study is the SLR (Systematic Literature Review) method. Researchers collect accredited national journal articles sourced from the Google Scholar database with the help of the Publish Or Perish application. The articles used in this study were 16 articles from accredited national journals at Sinta 1 to Sinta 4 obtained from Google Scholar and Publish Or Perish. The articles collected are only articles published in the 2018-2022 timeframe. The results of the study indicate that the use of learning media in learning mathematics is very influential in generating interest and motivation in students and has an impact on student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Dunia pendidikan yang semakin berkembang pesat dan semakin kompleksnya persoalan pendidikan yang dihadapi bukanlah tantangan yang tidak boleh dibiarkan begitu saja, akan tetapi harus memerlukan pemikiran yang membangun demi tercapainya kualitas yang baik. Persoalan yang dimaksud diantaranya adalah kompetensi mengajar guru. Guru professional merupakan kemampuan guru dalam menjalankan tugasnya sebagai pendidik yang memiliki kualifikasi, kompetensi, kepribadian yang baik, mengembangkan etos kerja yang bermutu tinggi, berdedikasi serta mampu membuat inovasi atau trobosan baru dalam dunia pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu seorang guru harus meyakini bahwa pekerjaan yang dilakukan haruslah professional dalam upaya terciptanya proses dan hasil pendidikan yang berkualitas. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara yang dilakukan peneliti terhadap 2 orang guru matematika di MAN 2 Sungai Penuh.metode yang digunakan peneliti adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Dan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru matematika MAN 2 Sungai Penuh sudah menjalankan dengan baik perannya sebagai pendidik dalam mengajar dan membimbing peserta didik, serta telah cukup baik dalam menjalankan tugasnya secara profesionalisme sebagai guru atau sebagai pendidik. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan oleh 7 indikator mengenai frofesionalisme seorang guru. The world of education which is growing rapidly and the increasing complexity of the educational problems it faces is not a challenge that should not be allowed to go unpunished but requires constructive thinking to achieve good quality. The problem in question is one of the teacher's teaching competence. Professional teachers are the ability of teachers to carry out their duties as educators who have qualifications, competence, and good personality, develop a high-quality work ethic, are dedicated, and can make innovations or breakthroughs in the world of education. Therefore a teacher must believe that the work done must be professional to create quality educational processes and outcomes. Data were collected through observation and interviews conducted by researchers with 2 mathematics teachers at MAN 2 Sungai Penuh. The method used by researchers is a qualitative descriptive research method. And using data source triangulation techniques. The results showed that the math teacher at MAN 2 Sungai Penuh had carried out his role as an educator in teaching and guiding students well, and was quite good at carrying out his duties professionally as a teacher or as an educator. This is shown by 7 indicators regarding the professionalism of a teacher.

Abstract

The publication of the results of mathematics education research has increased and developed from time to time, especially in accredited national journals. This study aims to provide an overview of research trends in mathematics education published in Mosharafa : Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika which accredited on grade Sinta 2 and to identify opportunities for future mathematics education research. This research is a scoping literature review using the five-stage framework of Arksey & O'Malley. A review was conducted of 90 articles in the field of mathematics education published in Mosharafa : Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika in 2021-2022 period. Based on the results and discussion, it shows that the trend of mathematics education journals (2021-2022) in Mosharafa : Jurnal Pendidikan Matematika is the dominant research topic used, namely regarding the ability to think mathematically, while research topics that are minimally used include book analysis. The dominant research subjects used were junior high school students, while the minimum was the general public. The dominant research methods used are qualitative research and quantitative research. While the recommendations that the dominant researcher suggests are regarding further researchers being able to apply, develop and examine more deeply the research that has been carried out and the next researcher should apply new and interesting variations to the research that will be carried out.

Abstract

Abstrak: Rendahnya penalaran matematis siswa dapat mempengaruhi kualitis serta prestasi akademik siswa, oleh sebab itu diperlukan cura untuk meningkatkan penalaran matematis tersebut. salah satunya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar serta meningkatkan penalaran matematis siswa, siswa harus banyak melakukan latihan soal-soal maupun menyelesaikan tes mengenai penalaran matematis. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa kelas XI SMAN 2 kota sungai penuh dengan materi limit fungsi aljabar. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara obsevasi, wawancara, dokumuntasi dan pemberian soal tes. Data yang diperoleh lalu dianalis secara kualitatif dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data serta memberikan kesimpulan. Dalam penelitian ini subjeknya terdiri dari 21 orang siswa kelas XI MIIA 3 SMAN 2 Kota Sungai Penuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa kelas XI MIIA 3 SMAN 2 Kota Sungai Penuh dengan materi limit fungsi aljabar berdasarkan rubrik penskoran termasuk kedalam kategori cukup baik dengan mendapatkan persentase 76,19% dengan kategori sangat baik, persentase 14,29% dengan kategori baik, dan persentase 9,52% dengan kategori cukup, serta tidak ada siswa dengan kategori kurang dan sangat kurang. Sedangakan hasil analisis tiap butir soal berdasarkan indikator dengan persentase 80,95%, 85,71%, 80,95%, 90,48%, 80,95%, dan 85,71% dengan rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 84,125% dengan kategori tinggi.
