<![CDATA[AbstractThe establishment of a Limited Liability Company must be proven by a Notary Deed and used as an attachment to the registration of the PT. Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia trademark as legal evidence in legal evidence. This thesis uses a normative juridical approach. The data source is in the form of secondary legal materials and data analysis is qualitative. The results of the study indicate that the legal consequences that arise for the home industry that falsify the PT. MubarokFood Cipta Delicia by the judge the defendant was found guilty and sentenced. The judge's consideration regarding the facts and constitutes a violation of the law by the defendant, namely the registration of the PT. Sumber data berupa bahan hukum sekunder dan analisis data bersifat analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akibat hukum yang timbul bagi home industry yang memalsukan Merek PT. MubarokFood Cipta Delicia oleh Hakim, terdakwa dinyatakan bersalah dan dijatuhi hukuman. Pertimbangan hakim tentang fakta dan merupakan pelanggaran hukum yang dilakukan terdakwa yaitu telah didaftarkannya merek PT. MubarokFood Cipta Delicia pada Direktorat Jenderal Hak Kekayaan Intelektual (dahulu Direktorat Jenderal Hak Cipta, Paten, Merek)-Kementerian Hukum dan HAM, sehingga ada pengakuan hak dari negara atas mereknya.
