Abstract

Kata kunci: Kebisingan, Stres Kerja, Keselamatan KerjaNoise is one of the physical hazards that are often encountered in the work environment, where the noise can cause psychological disorders and work stress. This research is observational analytic with cross sectional study approach to see the causal relationship between independent and dependent variables measured, assessed and researched at the same time to determine the relationship of noise intensity with work stress in the working environment of RSU Royal Prima. A total of 35 workers at RSU Royal Prima (7 April - 7 May )in the section (genset, laundry, Sanitation), who experienced low work stress as many as 2 people (5.7%), workers who experienced moderate work stress as many as 27 people (77.1%), and who experienced high work stress as many as 6 people (17.1%), with an average noise in the three points is 98.96 dBA. Based on the results of statistical tests using chi- square, p value (0.004) < 0.05 which means there is a relationship between noise and work stress. Keywords: Noise, Work stress, Work safety
