Abstract

Penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) sangat penting dalam pekerjaan seharihari baik pekerjaan formal dan informal, maka itu manfaat menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) saat bekerja sangat besar dalam pencengahan kecelakaan dan penyakit akibat kerja tetapi tidak menjamin semua pekerjaan akan memakainya. Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk Mengetahui Faktor- Faktor Yang Berhubungan Dengan Keluhan Akibat Tidak Menggunakan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) Pada Pekerja Las di Bengkel Las yang berlokasi di Jalan Mahkamah Kelurahan Mesjid pada tahun 2019. Adapun penelitian ini adalah survei analitik dengan menggunakan Cross Sectional dengan sampel 30 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa data chi-square untuk mengetahui hubungan yang signifikan antara, APD, Cara Kerja, Lama Kerja dengan Keluhan Pada Pekerja Las. Penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan APD dengan Keluhan Pada Pekerja Las, kemudian adanya hubungan Cara Kerja dengan Keluhan Pada Pekerja Las, dan tidak adanya hubungan Lama Kerja dengan Keluhan Pada Pekerja Las

Abstract

WHO pada tahun 2014, diperkirakan terdapat 126 per 100.000 penduduk kasus kejadian TB HIV secara global. Sebanyak 12 provinsi telah ditetapkan sebagai daerah prioritas intervensi HIV dan perkiraan jumlah penderita HIV/AIDS di Indonesia sekitar 190.000 hingga 400.000. Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan desain studi kasus kontrol. Populasinya adalah 316 Odha TB Paru dan HIV non Tuberkulosis yang berkunjung ke RS H. Adam Malik Medan. Sampel terdiri dari 63 kasus dan 63 kontrol, diambil dengan teknik consecutive sampling, dan data dianalisis menggunakan regresi logistik berganda pada = 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CD4 pada OR=4,102 (95%CI;1,511-11,135), IMT pada OR=7,920 (95%CI;3,507-17,888), kadar hemoglobin pada OR=2,465 (95%CI;1,044- 5.820 dan riwayat keluarga dengan TB paru pada OR=5.463 (95%CI;2,039-14,631) berpengaruh terhadap kejadian TB paru pada penderita TB Paru HIV/AIDS. Variabel yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kejadian tuberkulosis paru pada penderita HIV/AIDS Tuberkulosis Paru adalah riwayat keluarga dengan tuberkulosis paru. Ada pengaruh antara CD4, IMT, kadar hemoglobin dan riwayat keluarga TB paru terhadap kejadian TB paru pada pasien HIV/AIDS. Memberikan waktu kepada pasien HIV/AIDS dalam rangka meningkatkan penyuluhan gizi dan pasien HIV/AIDS menjadi lebih baik dan berpesan kepada masyarakat/pasien memperhatikan status gizi pasien HIV/AIDS dan memahami hubungannya dengan tuberkulosis paru dan riwayat keluarga dengan kondisi tuberkulosis paru.

Abstract

ABSTRAKBeban kerja adalah salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan perawat untuk dapat memberikanpelayanan. Berbagai macam tugas keperawatan yang harus dilakukan saat menangani pasien sepertipengurusan jaminan pasien, mendorong pasien, mengantar kain laundry untuk dicuci, tuntutan pasien dankeluarga pasien yang sedang dirawat yang ingin mendapatkan perhatian yang baik dan lebih dengan seiringmeningkatnya jumlah pasien pada waktu tertentu ketika shift kerja, terutama shift kerja sore dan shift kerjamalam diprediksi menjadi beban kerja yang berat bagi para perawat. Kelelahan kerja adalah salah satu faktorpenurun kinerja yang dapat meningkatkan tingkat kesalahan di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui “Hubungan Beban Kerja Dengan Kelelahan Kerja Pada Perawat di Gedung Instalasi Rawat InapTerpadu (Rindu) B di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat H. Adam Malik Medan”. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat surveianalitik dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 98 perawat diGedung Instalasi Rawat Inap Terpadu (Rindu) B di Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat H. Adam Malik Medan. Teknikpengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Uji statistik dilakukan dengan uji chi square.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan beban kerja dengan kelelahan kerja dari hasil uji chisquare diperoleh nilai pvalue 0,001 (P˂0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah adanya hubungan bebankerja dengan kelelahan kerja perawat. Untuk mengurangi kelelahan kerja diharapkan kepada pihak RumahSakit Umum Pusat H. Adam Malik Medan bahwa perlu dibuat dan diterapkannya suatu kebijakan terkait denganmengembangkan karir untuk para perawat yang berdasarkan kompetensi dan semangat kinerja agar paraperawat dapat termotivasi dan dapat bekerja dengan semangat.Kata kunci: Beban kerja, kelelahan kerja, perawat, rumah sakitDaftar Pustaka: 10 (2013 – 2018)

Abstract

Occupational health is a part of public health or public health applications in a working society and community in the workplace environment, which aims to improve work productivity and the highest degree of health. Low back pain or Low Back Pain is pain that is felt in the lower back region, between the corners of the lowest ribs to the sacrum. The working conditions of shrimp fishermen in Belawan Sicanang Medan Belawan who can cause lower back pain are the focus of this study. This research use cross sectional method and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) for ergonomic assessment process. The results of this study indicate a relationship to three aspects in Shrimp Fishermen workers namely age, work attitude, and years of work. Meanwhile there are two variables that have no relationship with lower back pain, namely Body Mass Index (BMI) and smoking habits.

Abstract

Nursing performance is a work achievement shown by nurses in order to produce good output for patients and the nurses themselves, in this case the head of the room is a component that plays an important role in producing good performance. The initial survey conducted by researchers by distributing questionnaires, it was found that many nurses said the head of the room did not appreciate the work progress achieved by nurses, there was no reprimand made to nurses who made mistakes, the head of the room never gave a reward as an acknowledgment of the nurse's performance. . The head of the room also does not want to accept comments and suggestions from the nurse, the head of the room does not show things that can attract nurses' work interest, the head of the room does not carry out routine supervision of nursing tasks performed by nurses. This research was conducted at the Medan City Sarah General Hospital in 2020 with the aim of knowing the relationship between leadership style and communication of the head of the room with the performance of inpatient nurses. The design of this study was an analytic survey using a cross sectional design with 25 respondents. The research sample was taken using total sampling that is taking the total population of the respondents. Based on statistical tests using the chi-square test, the results of the leadership style with the performance of inpatient nurses with a value of ρ-value (1,000)> 0.05 and communication with the performance of inpatients with the results of ρ-value (0.002) <0.05. The conclusion from the above research is that there is a significant relationship between the head of the room communication with the performance of inpatient nurses and there is no significant relationship between the leadership style of the head of the room and the performance of inpatient nurses.

Abstract

School children are the nation's next generation. Therefore, it is necessary to improve human resources from an early age. Providing good nutrition, will affect the growth and development of a child. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between eating and breakfast patterns and learning achievement of elementary school children. The type of research used is quantitative research with a literature study design. The literature used is literature published from 2013 to 2020. The results of data analysis show that there is a relationship between eating and breakfast patterns and learning achievement of elementary school children. The results of data analysis showed that there were 3 research locations, namely in Java 60% (6 articles), Sulawesi 30% (3 articles), Kalimantan 10% (1 article). Using correlation research 50%, analytic survey research 20%, and 30% other research. Data analysis was made in univariate and bivariate ways. The variables used in each study were diet, breakfast, and learning achievement. From this research, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between eating and breakfast patterns and learning achievement of elementary school children. So further research is expected to develop other factors that can affect student achievement.

Abstract

WHO recommends GeneXpert Mycobacterium tuberculosis; Rifampicin as an initial examination for the diagnose of drug-resistant tuberculosis and drug-sensitive tuberculosis in pulmonary TB patients. The GeneXpert MTB/RIF examination is a molecular examination method with Nucleic Acid Amplification Technology (NAAT) which can diagnose TB and resistance to Rifampicin within 2 hours. The aims of this study is to determine the comparison of GeneXpert MTB/Rif Diagnostic Test with Drug Sensitivity Culture in Detecting Rifampicin M. tuberculosis resistance in TB patients at H. Adam Malik Hospital, Medan. The sample in this study was the entire population of suspected pulmonary TB at H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan who had MTB examination results. Post; rif. res. The sample size was using total sampling, namely the sampling technique where the number of samples was the same as the population, namely 128 patients in 2020. The results of the Rifampicin TCM Antibiotic Test were found that 128 people had Rifampicin Resistant results. Based on the percentage of the results of the MGIT Antibiotic Sensitivity Test, 125 people were found to have Rifampicin Resistant results and 3 people had Rifampicin Sensitive results. Based on the results, it can be seen that the sensitivity value of the TCM tool to DST MGIT culture is 97.7%. The Conclusions of these Research is the ability of the GeneXpert MTB/Rif method to detect rifampin resistance can be used as a screening tool to diagnose rifampin-resistant TB.

Abstract

   Tuberculosis (TB) is still one of the infectious diseases that burden the community, and this condition is exacerbated by the increase in degenerative diseases such as Diabetes Mellitus (DM). Diabetes Mellitus as the 'mother of disease' makes people more susceptible to infectious diseases, which as TB. In addition, DM also reduces the cure rate for TB disease suffered by the community. With these conditions, the team decided to conduct health education for the people of Gebang Village to increase knowledge and public awareness of the risk of TB disease in DM patients. The counseling was conducted at the Gebang CFG Health Center. Counseling was carried out using the Lecture method and the media leaflet, discussion, and question and answer. Evaluation of the implementation of counseling was carried out by looking at the number of participants' attendance and the increase in community knowledge. The results of the evaluation carried out stated that the attendance of participants was 100%. The results of the evaluation of increasing knowledge from the results of the pre-test and post-test, where the results of the analysis showed a significant difference in knowledge between the pre-test and post-test of the participants. Increased knowledge in the community was expected to increase public awareness of the risk of TB disease in DM to create an independent community to maintain their health.

Abstract

   Bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis is the cause of the infectious disease Tuberculosis. In adults, it is estimated that there are 2 million deaths every year, so that tuberculosis is the most infectious disease in the world. Factors that cause a person to get TB, namely when the immune system decreases and other supporting factors such as age, education level, smoking, alcohol, malnutrition, diabetes, and adherence to treatment, based on the service team, It is known that knowledge about how to prevent and treat Tuberculosis Disease is less known by patients and families. so that counseling is important to be held at H. Adam Malik Hospital Medan because it is a problem encountered by partners. This counseling was held at H. Adam Malik Hospital, Medan. The method in this service is carried out through questions and answers, discussions and lectures/counseling, The results we obtained were that the patient and patient's family were active and enthusiastic patients and their families to ask questions so they are committed to maintaining cleanliness, maintaining sanitation hygiene, and being obedient to taking medication completely increased and their knowledge will increase about Tuberculosis.

Abstract

Social anxiety is a problem that many students encounter; this can have an impact on hampering optimal academic or social development for them at school. Students with social anxiety will have problems forming or maintaining friendships, avoid going into group situations, and be socially isolated or bullied, and this causes them to avoid certain schools or classes. Although not all individuals who experience social anxiety consistently avoid social evaluative situations, most report an inability to interact in social gatherings. Social anxiety problems will interfere with individual activities and lives if not addressed immediately, so counseling is essential. This service is carried out at SMK Negeri 2 Semarang City. The devotion method uses cinematherapy techniques. The service results show the counselee's enthusiasm to participate in the counseling session from beginning to end. Counselees learn to dare to ask questions, discuss in groups, and try to apply the examples they get in the cinematherapy technique.
