Abstract

This article discusses the problems experienced by converts to Islam in Trenceng Hamlet. Many residents of Dukuh Trenceng have embraced Islam but they face many religious problems such as religious facilities and coaching. The purpose of this service is to provide guidance, strengthen religious concepts, practice worship training. As for coaching through the literacy program, there are three programs; regular studies, practical worship practices and learning to read the Al-Quran using the wafa method. This service activity also has a positive impact on the Dukuh Trenceng converts group, which can increase obedience and enthusiasm for worship.

Abstract

PLN is a monopoly trading company that sells electrical energy sources and manages all aspects of electricity in Indonesia, especially the Ponorogo area. In Ponorogo there is a company under the auspices of the Indonesian Electrical and Mechanical Contractors Association (AKLI) with the company name PT. Heroine of Eternal Blessing. In carrying out its work PT. Srikandi Berkah Abadi did not run smoothly, but there were many obstacles that disrupted the work process, one of which was the data input process. In this research we used a descriptive qualitative method where we carried out observations and direct interviews while conducting KKL within a period of 1 month. Based on the results of research that has been carried out previously, conclusions can be drawn, including: We carry out data processing activities on the implementation of connection work in people's homes, process data input on network maintenance and changes, and input employee hard disk data. While we were carrying out the KKL for 1 month, the problems we experienced were the ones we mentioned above, when inputting data in Microsoft Excel, it often had errors, crashes, and exited so that the data we were working on was lost and not saved.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di desa Rejosari, Madiun yang terdiri dari 8 perwakilan masyarakat desa 5 laki-laki dan 3 perempuan. Pengangguran terbuka yang terus meningkat menjadi fokus utama pemerintah untuk menurunkan prosentase. Upaya yang dilakukan adalah menumbuhkan wirausaha baru di masyarakat dengan mempertimbangkan potensi sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia. Dengan tumbuhnya wirausaha baru diharapkan bisa memberikan kesempatan kerja bagi pengangguran. Metode pelaksanaan pada pengabdian ini fokus pada dua aspek yaitu manajemen sumber daya manusia, aspek produksi dari ternak dan aspek pemasaran. Pendampingan terhadap TKM diharapkan hasil dari usaha peternakan akan meningkatkan kemampuannmenganalisis kebutuhan, penyelesaian masalah,flesibilitas dalam bertindak sehingga hasil yang diharapkan maksimal. Pendampingan bantuan usaha ternak kambing di kelompok ternak Cahaya Mandiri supaya bisa memantau perkembangan ternak dan hasil sehingga kambing yang sudah beranak supaya bisa digulirka kepada anggota kelompok ternak yang lain dan kwalitas ternak juga dijaga biar hasil penjualan bisa tinggi. Kata kunci : TKM, Kelompok Ternak, TKS, Pengangguran, Pendampingan Abstract This research was conducted in the village of Rejosari, Madiun, which consisted of 8 village community representatives, 5 men and 3 women. Open unemployment which continues to increase is the main focus of the government to reduce the percentage. Efforts are being made to foster new entrepreneurs in the community by considering the potential of natural resources and human resources. With the growth of new entrepreneurs, it is expected to provide job opportunities for the unemployed. The method of implementing this service focuses on two aspects, namely human resource management, production aspects of livestock and marketing aspects. Assistance to TKM is expected that the results of the livestock business will increase the ability to analyze needs, solve problems, flexibility in acting so that the expected results are maximized. Assistance for goat farming assistance in the Cahaya Mandiri livestock group so that they can monitor livestock development and yields so that goats that have given birth can be rolled out to other members of the livestock group and the quality of the livestock is also maintained so that sales results can be high.
