Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan guna mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, komunikasi, serta motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di Chez Gado-Gado Restoran Seminyak, Bali. Populasi yang dipakai ialah karyawan pada Chez Gado-Gado Restoran Seminyak, Bali dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 33 karyawan. Data dianalisis memakai Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Korelasi Parsial, Korelasi Berganda, serta Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil yang didapatkan, yakni (1) kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (2) komunikasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) secara simultan kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawanMengacu pada hasil, bisa disimpulkan bahwa kepemimpinan, komunikasi, serta motivasi sangat berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Chez Gado-Gado Restoran Seminyak, Bali.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan, Komunikasi, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan Restoran.AbstractThis research aims to determine the influence of leadership, communication, and motivation on employee performance at Chez Gado-Gado Restoran Seminyak, Bali. The population in this research is the employees of Chez Gado-Gado Restoran, Seminyak, Bali and a sample of 33 is drawn. Data is analyzed using the multiple linear regression test, the partial correlation analysis, the multiple correlation analysis, and the coefficient of determination test. The results of the study found that (1) the leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance, (2) the communication has a significant positive effect on employee performance (3) the motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, and (4) the simultaneous leadership, communication, and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. Based on the result can be concluded that the leadership, communication, and motivation are very influential partially and simultaneous on employee performance at Chez Gado-Gado Restoran Seminyak, Bali.Keywords: Leadership, Communication, Motivation, Restaurant employee performance.
