Abstract

Kedudukan pemimpin dalam organisasi mempunyai peran dan fungsi yang sangat strategis terhadap maju dan tidaknya organisasi. Oleh karenanya kehadiran pemimpin harus mampu menjadi solusi dalam perkembangan organisasi, maka pemimpin harus memiliki disiplin ilmu yang sangat luas dan mampu berdiri tegak dalam keadaan apapun terhadap perkembangan organisasinya. Pemimpin yang adaptif mampu melihat tantangan dan peluang sebelum keduanya terjadi, kemudian memposisikan organisasi mencapai tujuan-tujuan terbaiknya. Hal itu berarti bahwa seorang pemimpin adaptif dituntut untuk bisa mengkolaborasikan antara kesanggupan, kemampuan, keahlian, yang sangat efektif di semua tempat, lingkungan dan keadaan. Konflik organisasi adalah sesuatu hal yang pasti terjadi dan tidak dapat dihindari. Akan tetapi kehadiran pemimpin dituntut untuk mampu menyelesaikan konflik yang terjadi pada organisasi tersebut. Dalam artikel ini penulis mencoba menganalisis beberapa tipe kepemimpinan untuk menyelesaikan konflik organisasi. Metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode pustaka berdasarkan sumber-sumber pustaka yang dikaji. Adapun hasil analisis penulis terhadap kepemimpinan yang sangat sesuai dengan permasalahan organisasi adalah tipe kepemimpinan transformasional.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an understanding of the implementation of conflict management strategies to prevent violence in schools. The research method used is a literature study. The literature study approach requires a number of reading materials to be carried out by managing research materials, taking notes while reading, and gathering information from the library. This study found several things about the correlation between conflict and violence that occurred in the school environment. Conflicts that arise in schools can be reduced and even overcome by using conflict management techniques to the maximum extent possible. In addition, this study discusses effective conflict management in schools which is important for preventing violence. This involves taking proactive and reactive actions to resolve conflicts before they lead to violence. It also involves education and training for students, teachers and staff to resolve conflicts peacefully. Good conflict management can help create a safe and conducive school environment for learning. Therefore, good conflict management in schools is very important to prevent violence and ensure student safety. Keywords: Conflict, Conflict Managemen, Violence in Schools

Abstract

Total Quality Management (TQM) needs to be carried out in educational institutions as a form of efforts to improve the quality of education. This is important for carrying out management functions in every educational institution. This study discusses the implementation of total quality management (TQM) in educational institutions and efforts to improve the quality of education in achieving predetermined quality standards. Every educational institution should show better quality. This is intended so that educational institutions continue to gain the trust of the community and stakeholders. One way to keep getting this is to make continuous improvements, both from physical and non-physical aspects. So that it becomes a quality educational institution and its quality is guaranteed. The implementation of TQM in the world of education provides continuous improvement which refers to the quality standards of educational institutions as the basis for developing quality. Abstract

Quality management in Islamic education is inseparable from integrated quality management or Total Quality Management (TQM) which is a process and basic philosophy that will be successful if implemented simultaneously at all levels in the organization. Commitment or awareness is needed to carry out cultural changes that are oriented towards improving quality and improving the entire process continuously, comprehensively and continuously. This study aims to find out how the Quality Management of Islamic Education is in the perspective of the verses of the Qur'an. The writing method in this study uses qualitative research methods, by conducting literature searches, searching relevant sources and searching data via the internet, electronic media, and some relevant literature. Quality education will produce intelligent and competitive human resources. Quality national education is contained in Government Regulation Number 9 of 2005 concerning National Education Standards which contains eight national education standards, so that it can be said that Islamic education institutions are quality if they implement eight national education standards
