Heterogeneous students from various backgrounds have their own challenges in creating harmony on campus. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence student harmonization in the midst of social heterogeneity in the Pancasila and Citizenship Education Department( PPKN), Faculty of Social Sciences( FIS) Muhammadiyah University( UNIMED). This study uses a qualitative approach by using observation and making a questionnaire in the form of a Google form link which will be filled out by students. The results showed that the factors that influence student harmonization in the midst of social heterogeneity in the PPKN FIS UNIMED Department are social interaction, fair rewards, understanding of culture, ethics, and norms, as well as the facilities available.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan pengalaman masyarakat pengguna jaminan kesehatan dari Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) dan masyarakat umum dari segi kualitas pelayanan yang mereka terima. Layanan kesehatan prima adalah layanan yang mengutamakan kebutuhan, harapan, dan nilai pasien, menjadikan pemenuhan kebutuhan tersebut sebagai kondisi yang diperlukan untuk memuaskan masyarakat sebagai pengguna akhir layanan kesehatan. Tingkat kepuasan pasien ditentukan oleh seberapa baik keinginan dan kebutuhan mereka terpenuhi selama kegiatan, pekerjaan, atau pengalaman lainnya. Efek dari ketidakpuasan pasien termasuk penurunan kepercayaan pada penyedia layanan mereka dan peningkatan keluhan dan gangguan selama mereka tinggal di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif ditambah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif di satu lokasi di Medan Denai, menggunakan skala kepuasan untuk mengetahui seberapa puas pengguna BPJS relatif terhadap populasi umum.Terkait kebijakan pemerintah dalam mengadakan BPJS keshatan untuk kepentingan kesehatan masyarakat dapat dikatan sudah terrealisasi dengan baik. Namun pada implementasinya masih ada sebagian sebagian tenaga kerja yang melayani dalam kesehatan terkadang menyimpang dari pekerjaannya.

This research article describes community participation in the village head election in Cinta Rakyat Village. The problem in this research is the problem of human resources who do not yet have awareness in politics which has an impact on political participation rates. The type of research used by the researcher is qualitative research and in collecting data the researcher carried out direct observations, using interview techniques and documentation studies. Based on this research, it can be illustrated that community participation in the election of village heads in Kampungsawah Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency is still very low, seen from the indicators discovered by Ramlah Surbakti, namely: 1) Political awareness. 2) Trust in the government. 3) Socioeconomic status. The reason for the low political participation rate in this research is due to a lack of political awareness so that many people are reluctant to vote if there are no village head.

Indonesian elections serve as a fundamental manifestation of democracy and a mechanism through which citizens assert their sovereignty over the state and government. The engagement of novice voters in Sidodadi Ramunia Village during the General Election offers a compelling area of study. New voters often exhibit distinct characteristics compared to older generations, such as being more critical, independent, and dissatisfied with the status quo, with a propensity for change. These traits are conducive to fostering a well-informed electorate, characterized by voters who make rational and considered choices. This study focuses on novice voters in Sidodadi Ramunia Village, who are anticipated to sustain their political engagement. Their continued participation in the democratic process is crucial for advancing Indonesia's democracy. Ideally, these new voters will make informed decisions based on acquired knowledge and ethical considerations, free from any manipulative influences. The research methodology employed is qualitative, involving interviews and literature reviews from various journals. Qualitative methods are valuable for providing a thorough and nuanced examination of phenomena. The research findings are presented descriptively and qualitatively, with data derived from interview transcripts and articulated in narrative form rather than numerical terms. The research findings indicate that government entities, educational institutions, community organizations, and mass media play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive political education to first-time voters. This can be achieved through civic education programs, open forums for discussion, and the dissemination of accurate and readily accessible information.

This article or writing aims to find out how the campus policy is teaching through the independent campus program at Medan State University. As is well known, the teaching campus is one of the public policy products proclaimed by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs, Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture. This program aims to provide opportunities for students to be able to hone leadership, character and have teaching and learning experiences. This journal writing uses a research method, namely a qualitative descriptive method. In this study, primary data was obtained directly from students through observation and interviews at the research location that was used as the sample, namely at UNIMED Jalan Jl. Williem Iskandar Pasar V Medan Estate, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra 20371. Data collection techniques in this study were library research and field studies. This study concludes that the evaluation criteria have been met, but there are also those that have not been fully achieved. However, most of the results of the research that has been conducted show that the evaluation criteria for each indicator have been met, this indicates that the evolution of the campus teaching program provides good results at least for now.

General elections are a means for the people to show that they have sovereignty. This concept implies that the people are the highest power holders in the country and they themselves determine the form and way the government is run. The implementation of regional head elections also reflects this understanding. In general, general elections aim to ensure that the transfer of government power occurs peacefully, regularly, and in accordance with the mechanisms guaranteed and regulated by the constitution. Political culture is a system of values and beliefs held by a society. However, each element of society has a different political culture, for example between society and its elites. It is necessary to develop a political-cultural character where "political" activities are no longer the arena of the ruling elite, but as a means of fulfilling the basic needs of the people in producing mutual benefits (public goods). The method used is library research, collecting data by searching for sources and constructing them from various sources such as books, journals and existing research. The result is that qualitative research is carried out with a research design where the findings are not obtained through statistical procedures or in the form of calculations, but rather aims to reveal phenomena holistically-contextually by collecting data from natural settings and using researchers as key instruments. To understand political culture, you must first understand the meaning of culture and politics.

The purpose of this study is to find out the role of the village government in distributing social assistance, the obstacles faced and the efforts made by the Medan Estate village government in distributing social assistance to villagers. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive type of research. The collected data is then grouped and analyzed based on the similarity of the data type with the aim of drawing conclusions from the data obtained. From this study, it can be concluded that the role of the Medan Estate Village government in distributing social assistance is to collaborate with all village officials and the obstacle in distributing this assistance is the many envy of fellow residents and the efforts made by the village community. The goal of the village government in distributing social assistance is to establish good communication with the community so that programs at the village level can run smoothly.

Pemuda sebagai agen perubahan merujuk pada peran penting generasi muda dalam menginisiasi, mendorong, dan mewujudkan perubahan positif dalam masyarakat. Di Desa Cinta Rakyat memiliki organisasi kepemudaan yakni karang taruna. Karang taruna ikut serta dalam berpartisipasi atau berperan dalam mensukseskan Pilkada. Dalam isu-isu pelaksanaan pemilihan kepala daerah, Oleh karena itu, kehadiran dan kontribusi dari karang tarunasangat penting. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Bentuk Partisipasi Organisasi Kepemudaan (Karang Taruna) dalam Proses Pemilihan Kepala Daerah di desa Cinta Rakyat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan obeservasi, wawancara yang mendalam (indepth interview) dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD,) serta penulusuran pustaka. Analisa data dilakukan dalam berbagai tahapan analisis data diantaranya melalui reduksi data, penyajian atau display data serta kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa organisasi Karang Taruna Desa Cinta Rakyat memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam pemilihan kepala daerah, didorong oleh sejumlah faktor pendukung yang mendukung partisipasi aktif mereka. Dukungan kuat dari masyarakat, kerjasama yang erat dengan pemerintah desa, dan inovasi dalam strategi kampanye menjadi pilar utama yang memperkuat peran karang taruna. Melalui kampanye yang kreatif, sinergi dengan pemerintah desa, dan kepercayaan masyarakat, karang tarunamampu menjadi agen perubahan yang membentuk dan memperkaya proses pemilihan kepala daerah.
