Abstract

Value is the achievement of student learning outcomes cumulatively in a one semester. Cumulative means the average of the average value assignments, daily test, mid semester test and end of semester test. Then in every educational institution there is a KKM value (Minimum Completeness Criteria) which is a reference for completeness from the final result of student score. At this time, almost all educational institutions, both public and private, are careful in processing student score data, because of the importance of the value that will be issued to determine student achivment. The value data processing that occurs at SMP Negeri 6 Pelepat Ilir is currently still by copying or duplicating student data file, causing a buildup of data which has an impact on the difficulty of getting value data information because they have to open the data files one by one. The purpose of this study is to facilitate teachers in processing student score data at SMP Negeri 6 Pelepat Ilir by using the PHP programming language and using the phpmyadmin database. Thhe result of this study are the axistence of an information system for processing student grades data will provide convenience for teachers in processing student grades.

Abstract

AMIK Mahaputra Riau merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta yang berlokasi di provinsi Riau, AMIK Mahaputra Riau didirikan pada tahun 2002 dan memiliki satu program studi yaitu Manajemen Informatika tingkat Diploma III. Pada saat ini proses belajar mengajar secara daring atau online masih menggunakan beberapa sistem external seperti zoom meeting, google meet dan edmodo. Kemudian ketua prodi juga tidak dapat memantau kegiatan pembelajaran karena tidak adanya akses sebagai admin di dalam sistem external yang digunakan. Oleh karena itu penulis ingin memberikan solusi kepada pihak Kampus AMIK Mahaputra Riau, untuk membuat suatu aplikasi berbasis web dimana dapat mempermudah mahasiswa dan dosen dalam proses belajar mengajar serta dapat membantu ketua prodi dalam memonitoring kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh dosen dan mahasiswa. Penulis menggunakan metodologi pengembangan sistem, dan UML sebagai tools dalam tahap perancangan. Oleh karena itu penulis telah menyelesaikan membangun sistem informasi E-learning berbasis web agar meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi mahasiswa dan dosen dalam proses belajar mengajar dan juga dapat mempermudah dosen dalam pemberian tugas dan materi, serta membantu ketua prodi dalam memonitorinng kegiatan pembelajaran

Abstract

At present, BPOM Pekanbaru, in the field of inspection, still uses manual methods for archiving and tracking. Therefore, employees need a long time to do archives because they are still inputted into the Microsoft Excel application. Besides that, to know the status of the submission letter, employees have to go back and forth asking and checking documents from related parties to see whether it has been followed up or not. The purpose of this research is intended for employees who have access rights to make it easier to do archives. For employee tracking activities, it is enough to check the status of the system regarding the progress of the letter and whether it has been followed up or not. The method used is a waterfall; this method is suitable for archiving and tracking problems in the inspection division because it starts from the stages of problem analysis, system design, building the system, and testing the system that has been built. The results of this study are in the form of an archive and tracking information system in the inspection division so that employees can be facilitated in archiving and monitoring documents that have been submitted.

Abstract

The minutes of the meeting are recordings made as a conclusion of the discussions that take place in the meeting process, while the appointment of officials is the assignment of duties to officials in accordance with their respective fields. The current recordings of the minutes of the meeting are still done manually; the minutes are recorded closely at the meeting and are stored in the archive of the notes until they are stacked and vulnerable to damage. The current staff assignment is still done manually by the chief of the service, who makes the staff appointment letter, then prints the staff assignments and gives them to the staff through the staff and general officers department, so it will take quite a long time. The methods used in the minutes of the meeting and the appointment of staff are prototype methods where data collection techniques are used, including interviews and observations, whereas the design methods in this design are described as using case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. The objective of the research is to transform the manual system into a web-based system that can be accessed online as well as to provide ease in managing the minutes of meetings and staff appointments at the Food Plant and Horticulture Service.

Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem pembayaran berkembang seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi. Pembayaran dapat dilakukan secara manual dengan menyerahkan uang secara langsung atau secara online dengan pembayaran transfer bank. Assa Rent Car adalah perusahaan rental mobil di Pekanbaru. Proses pembayaran booking mobil masih menggunakan sistem manual, sehingga admin menghadapi beberapa masalah. Misalnya, mereka harus mengecek pembayaran yang dilakukan pelanggan dengan melihat mutasi rekening bank, yang menghambat kinerja admin. Penulis menciptakan sistem rental mobil yang terintegrasi dengan payment gateway untuk mempermudah proses transaksi di Assa Rent Car Pekanbaru. Sistem ini juga dapat menyimpan semua transaksi di dalamnya. Midtrans adalah payment gateway yang menggunakan metode SNAP. Sistem Rental Mobil dibangun menggunakan konsep Model View Controller (MVC) dengan Framework Laravel, bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Prepocessor), MySQL sebagai database server, dan Visual Studio Code sebagai text editor. Hasil pengujian sistem Black-box menunjukkan bahwa sistem memiliki kemampuan untuk mengelola booking mobil secara online, menampilkan profil pengguna dan informasi tentang mobil yang disewakan, menggunakan payment gateway untuk menangani pembayaran untuk booking mobil, memantau status transaksi, dan mencetak laporan transaksi.
