Abstract

Librarians in their profession in the library must have adequate knowledge in all fields. As we know that the task of librarians, reference librarians especially severe because it requires special skills because the information presented comes from a special collection. Therefore, a reference librarian should have the skills, one of which effective communication associated with their professionalism in carrying out its duties are to serve, assist, guide, and became a consultant for user information as well as the high demands of science should be mastered. This is what lies behind the authors research on effective communication skills in serving the reference librarian at the Library of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine the general effective communication skills, how to build effective communication and the factors that hinder effective communication skills in serving the reference librarian at the library of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitative research approaches. The research results indicate that communication reference librarian in serving users are already skilled and effective. As for how to build effective communication is done by reference librarian in serving users is how to understand and fulfill the aspects of effective communication as a full relief, tolerance, respect / respect, empathy, caring, polite, caring, can be heard, clearly, trust, caring and humble attitude. The factors that hinder effective communication skills in serving the reference librarian at the library UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta that psychological factors, systematic, and ecological.

Abstract

AbstractThe tomb of Gunung Jati is one of the graves of wali sanga on the island of Java. Gunung Jati tomb according to the community other than as a place of communication with the Creator is also regarded as a place for ngalap blessing, so that every day is never empty, especially in the month of maulid, especially on 12 Rabiul Awal most crowded pilgrims. The various cultures of the people who visit the tomb have their own goals and wishes, for example wanting to reach all their wishes and ideals, wealth, dating, career, having children and so on. The author raised the title because seeing the phenomenon of society from the traditional era until the postmodern period has not happened cultural shift, one of them is the culture of pilgrimage grave sali wali.Based on the phenomenon that the authors see every month Rabi’ul Awal, especially on the 12th of Ramadan pilgrims more than usual day, because on that date the gates of the tomb opened so that the visitors can be allowed to enter, but also the palace of the elders also opened. The princesses and the sultanate of cirebon sultanate held a question, marching around the palace’s environs to wash away the sultan’s kris. That’s what makes visitors more than usual. Tomb of Sunan Gunung Jati as one of the religious tourism visited by all walks of life, especially villagers often hold sali wali tour / pilgrimage of Wali Sanga that is visiting all guardians with the aim to synergize, dhikr with Allah through the guardian, also ngalap blessing of 7 kinds wells in the area of Cirebon.This research uses qualitative research approach of reseachal library. Data-bricks used using primary and secondary data. The analysis used using content analysis.AbstrakMakam gunung Jati adalah salah satu makam wali sanga di pulau jawa . Makam gunung Jati menurut masyarakat selain sebagai tempat komunikasi dengan Pencipta juga dianggap sebagai tempat untuk ngalap berkah, sehingga setiap hari tidak pernah sepi, terutama pada bulan maulid khususnya tanggal 12 Rabiul Awal paling rame peziarahnya. Bercorak ragam budaya masyarakat yang berkunjung ke makam mempunyai tujuan dan keinginan masing-masing,misalnya menginginkan tercapai segala keinginan dan cita-citanya, kekayaan, jodoh, karier,mempunyai anak dan lain sebagainya. Penulis mengangkat judul tersebut karena melihat fenomena masyarakat dari zaman tradisional sampai zaman posmodern belum terjadi pergeseran budaya, salah satunya adalah budaya ziarah makam wali sanga.Berdasarkan fenomena yang penulis lihat setiap bulan Rabi’ul Awal terutama tanggal 12 Rabiul Awal peziarahnya melebihi hari biasa, karena pada tanggal tersebut pintu-pintu gerbang makam dibuka sehingga penggunjung diperbolehkan masuk, selain itu juga kraton kesepuhan juga dibuka. Para putri dan panggeran kesultanan cirebon menggadakan peranyaan, berbaris mengitari lingkungan keraton untuk membasuhi keris-keris peninggalan sultan. Peritiwa itulah yang membuat pengunjung lebih banyak dari hari biasa. Makam Sunan Gunung Jati sebagai salah satu wisata religi yang dikunjungi oleh semua lapisan masyarakat, terutama masyarakat desa sering mengadakan wisata wali sanga/ziarah Wali Sanga yaitu mengunjungi semua wali dengan tujuan untuk bersinergi, berdzikir dengan Allah melalui para wali, juga ngalap berkah dari 7 macam sumur yang ada di kawasan cirebon. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif library reseachal. Data-bata yang digunakan menggunakan data-data primer dan sekunder. Analisis yang digunakan menggunakan content analysis.

Abstract

Vital archives are vital records and also records the class that requires special treatment both in terms of security and protection, because the information it has is closely related to the existence and survival of the organization. Therefore, there is no reason whats over for the organization to ignore the existence of these vital records. Vital records protection is a preventive action performed before the occurrence of an event that affects the damaged and destruction of records. This is what lies behind the author to reveal about the protection of vital records at the National Library and Regional Archives in Yogyakarta. As this study aims to determine the general protection of vital records at the National Library and Regional Archives in Yogyakarta. Based on the results of this study concluded that, protection of archives vital conducted by the National Library and Regional Archives in Yogyakarta, which prefer the physical archive vital itself to remain intact saved and survived the disaster, and archive vital is stored on each work unit always use it.Arsip vital merupakan arsip dinamis dan juga arsip kelas satu yang memerlukan perlakuan khusus baik dalam hal pengamanan maupun perlindungan, karena informasi yang dimilikinya sangat terkait dengan keberadaan dan kelangsungan organisasi. Oleh karenanya, tidak ada alasan apapun bagi organisasi untuk mengabaikan keberadaan arsip vital ini. Proteksi arsip vital merupakan tindakan preventif yang dilakukan sebelum terjadinya suatu peristiwa yang berdampak kepada rusak dan musnahnya arsip. Inilah yang melatarbelakangi penulis untuk mengungkap tentang proteksi arsip vital pada Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah di Yogyakarta. Adapun penelitian ini secara umum bertujuan untuk mengetahui proteksi arsip vital pada Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah di Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, proteksi arsip vital yang dilakukan oleh Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Daerah di Yogyakarta, yaitu lebih mengutamakan fisik dari arsip vital itu sendiri supaya tetap utuh tersimpan dan selamat dari berbagai bencana, dan arsip vital tersebut disimpan pada setiap unit kerja yang selalu memanfaatkannya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the problems of national education in Indonesia in a global context. This research method uses library research. The results showed that national education experienced problems including the first, the Philosophical Mistakes that interpreted the quality of education with the Achievement Index, second, Weakening the Empowerment of Educators (Teachers), Third Education Management was centralized, structuralistic, and bureaucratic, fourth, the learning system is paternalistic, harismatic, militaristic, monologue. Improvement efforts can be taken through three steps, namely First, build awareness at all social levels. Second, strengthening the epistemology of education on humanize humans. Third, strengthening the management of social awareness-based education.Keywords: National education problems in Indonesia, national education in the global era, Nassional Education Solutions in the Global Era. AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui permasalahan pendidikan Nasional di Indonesia dalam konteks global. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan nasional mengalami permasalahan diantaranya pertama, kekeliruan filosofis yang mengartikan mutu pendidikan dengan Indeks Prestasi, kedua, lemahnya pemberdayaan tenaga pendidik (pengajar), ketiga manajemen pendidikan bersifat  sentralistik, strukturalistik, birokratik, keempat, sistem pembelajaran  bersifat paternalistik, harismatik, militeristik, monolog. Upaya perbaikan yang bisa ditempuh melalui tiga langkah yaitu pertama, membangun kesadaran pada semua lapisan masyarakat. kedua,  penguatan epistemologi pendidikan untuk memanusiakan manusia, ketiga,  penguatan manajemen pendidikan berbasis kesadaran sosial.Kata Kunci: Masalah pendidikan Nasional di Indonesia, pendidikan Nasional di era global, Solusi Pendidikan Nassional di Era Global.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari variabel orientasi pasar, orientasi kewirausahaan, dan keunggulan bersaing pada  kinerja pemasaran, serta keunggulan bersaing sebagai variabel intervening pada home industry emping melinjo di Kecamatan Ambal Kabupaten Kebumen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua home industry emping melinjo di Kecamatan Ambal Kabupaten Kebumen sebanyak 2.522 unit usaha. Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan rumus Slovin, error ditetapkan 9,8%. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan incidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Analisis data berupa  deskriptif persentase dan path analysis menggunakan program IBM Statistics SPSS 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orientasi pasar berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan pada kinerja pemasaran. Orientasi kewirausahaan dan keunggulan bersaing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja pemasaran. Orientasi pasar dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kinerja pemasaran melalui keunggulan bersaing. Simpulannya adalah kenaikan dari orientasi pasar belum tentu  meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran home industry emping melinjo di Kecamatan Ambal Kabupaten Kebumen.

Abstract

AbstractThis Classroom Action Research was aimed to improve students’ reading comprehension of biographical recount text through Survey, Question, Read, Recite, and Review (SQ3R) technique. The tenth grade students of SMKN 3 Pontianak were the subject of this research. The findings showed that the students’ problems in understanding biographical recount text especially in finding main idea and detail information were solved by using SQ3R as their reading technique. The students also responded to the implementation of SQ3R technique positively. They become active learners in generating questions, providing and presenting the answers and discussing their work together. Based on the findings, it is concluded that SQ3R technique can improve comprehension in reading biographical recount text by providing a structured stages for reading activities.  Key words: Reading Comprehension, Recount Text, SQ3R Technique

Abstract

AbstractIntroverted personality is a personality that has a good understanding of the world in itself. Every student in the Marketing Department is expected to have an ectrovert personality, be open to the people around, but in reality there are still students who are introverted. The purpose of this study is to overview of students with introverted personality in class X MARKETING DEPARTMENT OF PONTIANAK 3 STATE VOCATIONAL SCHOOL. (1) Factors that cause students with introverted personality in class X of the Marketing Department of Public High School 3 Pontianak. (2) Impact that occurs on students who have introverted personality in class X Marketing Department of Vocational High School 3 Pontianak. (3) The Role of Counseling Teachers towards students with introverted personality in Class X of the Marketing Department of Public High School 3 Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method and the form of research is a form of survey research. The subjects this study were three students. His research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the research that caused introverted students because of: internal factors and external factors. Abstract

This study aims to know the relevance of Al-Ghazali’s tazkiyatun-nafs concept to Islamic education. This study uses the library research method with content analysis. The results showed that there were two relevance of al Ghazali's thinking about tazkiyatunnafs towards Islamic Education, namely first, that the purity of soul (tazkiyatun nafs) in Islamic education became a basic and very important thing for students to acquire useful knowledge. Science comes from Allah Swt The Most Holy. Second, A healthy soul as a result of tazkiyatun-nafs is the key to the success of students amid the millennial life that has a very rapid change through information technologyAbstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui relevansi konsep tazkiyatun-nafs Al-Ghazali dengan pendidikan Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode library research dengan content analysis.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Relevansi pemikiran al Ghazali tentang tazkiyatunnafs terhadap Pendidikan Islam di era millennial ada dua yaitu pertama, kebersihan jiwa (tazkiyatun nafs)  al Ghazali dalam pendidikan Islam  menjadi hal yang bersifat dasar dan sangat penting untuk dimiliki anak didik agar memperolah ilmu yang bermanfaat.  Karena Ilmu itu datangnya dari Allah Swt yang Maha Suci, shalatnya jiwa, dan peribadatannya batin kepada Allah Swt.
