Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to analyze the effect of organizational culture on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Polewali Mandar, 2) to analyze the influence of competence on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Polewali Mandar, 3) to analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Polewali Mandar, and 4) To analyze simultaneously the influence of organizational culture, competence and motivation on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers at Polewali Mandar. The analytical method used in this study is the Multiple Regression analysis method. The research data were obtained from 50 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Polewali Mandar. The research approach is a causal approach that is explanatory in nature. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah at Polewali Mandar, this shows that the better the organizational culture, the better it will affect teacher performance, 2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah at Polewali Mandar, this shows that the higher the competence, the better the effect on teacher performance, 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah at Polewali Mandar, this shows that the higher the motivation teacher work, it will also have a good effect on teacher performance, and 4) Organizational culture, competence and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Polewali Mandar, this shows that the better organizational culture, competence and work motivation teacher, then ak It also has a good effect on teacher performance.

Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership on discipline at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency, 2) to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency, 3) to analyze the effect of discipline on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency, and 4) to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance through discipline at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency. The analytical method used in this research is path analysis method. The research data were obtained from 38 teachers at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency. The research approach is a causal approach that is explanatory in nature. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The principal's leadership has a positive and significant effect on discipline, this means that the principal's leadership can improve teacher discipline at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi Mamasa Regency, 2) Principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, p. this means that the principal's leadership can improve teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency, 3) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, this means that discipline can improve teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi Mamasa Regency, and 4) Principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance through discipline, this means school principal leadership can improve performance teachers through teacher discipline at SMP Negeri 1 Mambi, Mamasa Regency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kelengkapan isntansi dan inspirasi tugas terhadap Kinerja Pekerja di Isntansi Pemerintahan Tamalanrea. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket pada pekerja dengan sampel sebanyak 25 orang. Hasil penelitian tersebut telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya, dan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan assosiatif dengan teknik analisis data regresi linear berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS IBM 26 dalam menguji data penelitiannya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kelengkapan istansi (X1) dan variabel inspirasi tugas (X2) berhubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pekerja di Isntansi Pemerintahan Tamalanrea Kota Makassar (Y). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang sangat besar antara  Kelengkapan Istansi dan Inspirasi Tugas terhadap  Kinerja Pegawai
