Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of work discipline, leadership style, and job training on employee performance at the Makassar sub-district office. This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research with a simple correlation analysis approach and multiple linear regression to measure the relationship between variables. The choice of this method was based on the formulation of the problem. The research was carried out at the Makassar sub-district office in August-December 2021. The sample in this study consisted of 50 employees of the Makassar sub-district office, as well as all the employee population of the office. The data analysis technique used a simple linear regression analysis approach with the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that leadership style, work discipline, and training simultaneously had a significant influence on employee performance in Makassar City, Sub-District Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai hubungan antara motivasi dan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai melalui komunikasi di Kecamatan Tellu Siattinge Kabupaten Bone. Hal penting yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara motivasi dan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai melalui komunikasi. Penelitian ini merupakan Jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Dalam penelitian ini, pengukuran konstruk dan hubungan-hubungan antar variabel dilakukan dengan teknik multivariat Structural Equation Modelling (SEM)-PLS. Sampel yang diambil dari populasi betul-betul representative (mewakili) berjumlah 112 responden menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran angket dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh diolah dengan metode statistik yaitu melalui analisis deskriptif, analisis kuantitatif, pengujian outer model dan pengujian inner model. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi dengan kinerja pegawai melalui komunikasi dan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai melalui komunikasi. Artinya tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi dan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja pegawai melalui komunikasi di Kecamatan Tellu Siattinge Kabupaten Bone.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan dan Bauran Pemasaran terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa pada PT. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero) cabang Sampit di Kalimantan Tengah. Populasi yang digunakan dalam Penelitian ini adalah para pengguna jasa pada PT. Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (PERSERO) cabang Sampit di Kalimantan Tengah terdiri atas obyek dan subyek yang mempunyai kualitas dan karakteristik tertentu yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti untuk dipelajari dan kemudian ditarik kesimpulan”. Dengan jumlah Populasi sebanyak 225 orang pelanggan yang tetap menggunakan kapal Pelni selama tiga tahun berturut-turut, yaitu dari tahun 2018, 2019 dan 2020. Dengan menggunakan rumus slovin maka di dapat angka 144 orang sebagai sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis secara deskriptif – kualitatif terhadap Loyalitas Pengguna Jasa dan Analaisis Regresi Linear Berganda, penelitian asosiatif, atau penelitian yang akan menguji ada tidaknya pengaruh antara variabel yang dikaji, dengan menggunakan data berjenis kuantitatif, (singarimbun et.al.,2005:5), dengan pengujian analisis: Uji Normalitas. Uji Validitas dan uji Reliabilitas dengan Formulasi koefisien adalah pearson Product test dengan program spss versi 23.00. Berdasarkan pengujian secara simultan Kualitas Layanan dan Bauran Pemasaran Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Jasa Pada PT. Pelayanran Nasional Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Sampit di Kalimantan Tengah berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan.

Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to analyze the effect of organizational culture on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Polewali Mandar, 2) to analyze the influence of competence on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Polewali Mandar, 3) to analyze the effect of motivation on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Polewali Mandar, and 4) To analyze simultaneously the influence of organizational culture, competence and motivation on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers at Polewali Mandar. The analytical method used in this study is the Multiple Regression analysis method. The research data were obtained from 50 Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teachers in Polewali Mandar. The research approach is a causal approach that is explanatory in nature. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah at Polewali Mandar, this shows that the better the organizational culture, the better it will affect teacher performance, 2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah at Polewali Mandar, this shows that the higher the competence, the better the effect on teacher performance, 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah at Polewali Mandar, this shows that the higher the motivation teacher work, it will also have a good effect on teacher performance, and 4) Organizational culture, competence and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Polewali Mandar, this shows that the better organizational culture, competence and work motivation teacher, then ak It also has a good effect on teacher performance.
