The purpose of this research is to find out the principal's program in creating a school organizational system and how the principal's strategy is in forming a school organizational system. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The informant of this research is the school principal. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions by testing the validity of the data using credibility, transfer, dependability and suitability tests. The results of this study indicate that: the school principal is to make an organizational system and school arrangement, including making the school organizational structure contained in the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture. Middle school, hereinafter abbreviated as SMP, is a form of formal education unit that organizes general education at the junior secondary education level. The organizational design for junior high schools has actually been regulated in Permendikbud No. 6 of 2019. Keywords: Concept Nature, the System in Schools

The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation and learning of the yellow book which was carried out at Islamic boarding schools. This research is a qualitative research, researchers conduct research naturally to capture everything that happens in the field directly to be used as data. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The approach used is descriptive. The informants of this study were the head of the madrasah and teachers. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions by testing the validity of the data using credibility, transfer, dependability and suitability tests. The results of this study indicate that: The implementation of learning the yellow book at Islamic boarding schools is so that students have extensive religious knowledge and quality intellectuals so that they are able to practice it in everyday life and have noble character or piety morality (religious quality) in the students themselves. The process of innovation in the learning of the yellow book can be seen when the teacher enters the classroom, the teacher of the yellow book says greetings, in unison the students immediately stand up and then answer the teacher's greeting and the students sit after the teacher sits down and it has become a habit for the yellow book teaching teachers before reading the teachers' book. previously presented surah al-Fatihah to the Prophet and the author of the book, then the teacher started reading the yellow book with various kinds of material or different books according to the book to be taught. Educational planning is a conscions effort and decision-making that has been carefully agread upon about things to be done in the future within a school instution for the purpose that have been planned beforehand. The reseach method used in this study is quantitative whit data collected using interviews, observation, and document, and documents. As for the qualifications regarding the results of reseach in the field regarding educator and educational planning at Madrasah Nurun Nabi Al-Islami, namely preparing teacher who have expertise in their scientific field, so that in carrying out the learning process teachers are expected to be able to convey material in accordance with learning objective, it is mandatory to be able to read the koran properly and correctly in terms of tajwid, makhrojil letters, educational staff who are in the madrasa are in the madrasa are dressed in Muslim and Muslim women.
