Abstract

In actual quality, manufacturers show that quality has a system, which can be called a quality assurance system, that allows the production wheel to consistently produce products according to certain standards or specifications. Thus a product is said to be of high quality as long as the product is consistent with the demands of the maker. Meanwhile, in terms of perceived quality, quality is defined as something that satisfies or exceeds customer desires. In this case, it is the customer who determines or evaluates a quality product or service. This study aims to obtain information about Teacher's Perception of Academic Quality Improvement Based on Management Information Systems at SD Negeri 067240 Tembung in terms of aspects: quality and management information systems. This type of research is descriptive research. The population of this study were all 11 teachers at SD Negeri 067240 Tembung. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Data was collected by observation and interviews with teachers and staff at the school. The results showed that: 1. Teachers' perceptions of improving the quality of education at SD Negeri 067240 Tembung were considered weak. The number of those who complain that they are not capable and lack of expertise makes the quality of education in these schools decline. 2. Teachers' perceptions of using Management Information Systems in schools are also considered weak. Some senior teachers who only rely on school operators make the information system not run as smoothly as it should

Abstract

The emergence of educational innovation in Indonesia is a creative and progressive response of leaders and experts and educators in implementing the national education system. The strategic role of planners, program implementers, and evaluators to respond to all internal and external changes requires a positive response to all events that shake managerial power, human resources, and organizational culture in schools, madrasas, and Islamic boarding schools to be able to carry out change or innovation. Because educational innovation necessitates a renewal in management, curriculum, learning technology with networks and modernization of educational facilities and infrastructure. This paper examines the idea of ​​the importance of Islamic education innovation in madrasas, pesantren and Islamic religious schools as a sub-system of national education.

Abstract

The implementation of tasks in the education unit is considered very important in order to achieve the specified targets. The implementation of tasks is given to systems that are considered capable of carrying them out. The purpose of this study is to analyze the system of task distribution in educational units in islamic boarding schools. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques include interviews with key informants, observations, reference tracing and documentation. Data analysis in this study using data reduction, data presentation (data display), and conclusion drawing by taking into account data validity standards. The results of this research show that the division of tasks in the education unit must be in accordance with professional individuals with the meaning in accordance with their respective expertise / fields. This aims to avoid neglecting the tasks carried out because they cannot be done optimally. Keywords: Education; Boarding; System; Assignment

Abstract

The system is a collection of objects that have relationships with each other. The components in this system must be integrated with each other. As a result, the most important factor in integrating existing components in a system is the relationship. The purpose of this study is to examine the system's classification and relationships as the core of the system. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research and is included in the qualitative research category. Sources of research data were obtained from related books and journals as well. Data collection techniques include collecting literature data or library materials related to the discussion in the research. The results of this study indicate that there are eight system classifications, and relationships are the core of the system. Keywords: System Classification, System Core Relations, Systems Approach

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the principal's program in creating a school organizational system and how the principal's strategy is in forming a school organizational system. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The informant of this research is the school principal. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions by testing the validity of the data using credibility, transfer, dependability and suitability tests. The results of this study indicate that: the school principal is to make an organizational system and school arrangement, including making the school organizational structure contained in the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture. Middle school, hereinafter abbreviated as SMP, is a form of formal education unit that organizes general education at the junior secondary education level. The organizational design for junior high schools has actually been regulated in Permendikbud No. 6 of 2019. Keywords: Concept Nature, the System in Schools

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the monitoring and evaluation system of the education system approach. The process of monitoring the implementation of subordinate work is carried out to obtain facts, data and information in the process of efforts to achieve goals, whether in accordance with predetermined standards and no deviations occur. Monitoring requires leaders to directly see the process that occurs, as well as with the support of documents and opinions from those being monitored, this is done as validation and validity of the monitoring process. The system approach is a way to identify needs, select problems, compile identification of problem solution requirements, create several alternative solutions, evaluate the results of revising requirements on part or all systems related to limitations in meeting needs. Education as an open system, really requires a systems approach in its development. Because, with the open system, education will always try to update itself so that it remains relevant and not outdated. The risk of this open system is that education will always encounter problems every time changes are made, so it requires a robust system approach to find a solution. Abstract

This study discusses the organizational development and empowerment system at MIS Al-Iqro. The research focus of this research is the system of development and empowerment in the madrasah. This study used qualitative research which explained descriptively regarding the development and empowerment of organizational culture in the madrasah. The data obtained from this study came from the head of the madrasa as the leader of the madrasa as well as its stakeholders such as deputy principals and teachers involved in organizational culture at the madrasa. While the technique of collecting data from interviews, observation as well as documentation related to the organizational structure of the madrasah. Abstract

Based on the formulation of the research problem, the aims of this study are: (1) To find out the forms of negative puberty behavior of class VII students that occur at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Morawa. (2) To find out the efforts made by counseling teachers in providing group guidance services to reduce the negative behavior of puberty students of class VII SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Morawa. (3) To find out the obstacles in providing group guidance services to reduce the negative behavior of puberty students of class VII SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Morawa. This research is a type of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. In the process of collecting data, researchers used methods of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the negative forms of puberty behavior of class VII students that have been implemented at Tanjung Morawa 2 Public Middle School are more towards conformity, emotional, boredom, and bullying. The obstacles in implementing group guidance services at SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Morawa are obstacles in facilities and infrastructure, obstacles in time, obstacles in the stages of implementing group guidance services.

Abstract

The library is the most appropriate place to provide knowledge for studying, reading, conducting research, and also seeking answers to every problem that arises, whether it is a problem that concerns the human individual or problems that exist in society, nation and state. Libraries must be managed with good management so that the library can run well and be enjoyed by visitors who come to the library. Library management ensures that all efforts to achieve library goals utilize human and non-human resources while still paying attention to functions, roles and expertise. Human resources play an important role as organizers and the key to the success of a library. Libraries as information units will have good performance if they are managed with quality human resource management. With good human resource management, library activities will achieve the stated goals.

Abstract

The role of libraries is very important in supporting teaching and learning activities and research. Through library materials available in the library, library users can obtain the information and knowledge needed to improve the quality of life and work. Therefore, it is necessary to know strategies for strengthening libraries, as well as modern and successful libraries in supporting learning. In utilizing developments in information technology, libraries use them to provide services to the community. A digital-based library that makes it easier for students to obtain information, learning resources that are expected to support the quality of the learning process, support assignment activities in independent learning. So, here it is necessary to see how modern libraries provide good services to the community.
