Abstract

Students of Special Education (SE) are expected to have a high interest in the social service work field so that there is a compatibility with their education. However, the education selection of SE students is not always based on interest in the social service work field, so there is a possibility that SE students will not pursue a career in social service work field after they graduated. This study aims to determine the interest of SE students in the social service work field in the SE field. The respondents were 73 fifth semester SE students of Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS), consisting of 54 female students and 19 male students. The sampling technique used is a non-random purposive sampling. RMIB interest test and a career interest questionnaire are used to collect the data. Data were analyzed by using frequency analysis. The results shows that (1) Based on the RMIB interest test, 79% of SE-UNS students have a high interest in the social service work field; (2) Based on the questionnaire, 60% of SE-UNS students choose to work in the social service field, such as teachers, social workers, heads of social foundations, sign language interpreters, principals, and social volunteers. Thus, it can be concluded that the majority of SE-UNS students have had interests in the social service work field in accordance with the SE field.

Abstract

This study aims to map the competencies of teachers in inclusive schools based on the participation of teachers in attending inclusive education training. The subjects of this study were classroom teachers in inclusive schools. Around 38 teachers were selected as samples through purposive random sampling technique. Data were collected using a competency measurement instrument with a reliability value of 0.91. The results obtained were then analyzed using ANOVA one way. Descriptive statistical results show that from the respondents, the mean value of 61.50 was obtained where the lowest value (minimum) was 40 and the highest value (maximum) was 88. Based on One Way ANOVA results, teacher competency scores indicated P (P-value) = 0,000 where P-Value 0,000 <0.05 and F-Value> FTable 24.993> 3.27. This means that there is significant difference in teachers' pedagogical competence based on the involvement in the inclusion training. The findings also showed that 61% of 38 respondents felt it was very necessary to hold training on inclusive education, while 37% said it was necessary enough and 3% said it was not necessary. The materials needed for inclusive education teachers, are in the themes of the understanding of children with special needs, types of children with special needs, the characteristics of children with special needs, how to do identification of special needs, curriculum adaptation for special needs, Individual Learning Program (ILP), learning strategies for special needs, evaluation of learning, the Regulation on education, understanding of full inclusion and segregation, and the inclusive teachers? role on supervising the students? assignments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) mengetahui pengaruh blended learning terhadap penguasaan materi Bahasa Indonesia, 2) mengetahui respons mahasiswa tunarungu dan tunanetra terhadap pemanfaatan aksesibilitas dalam blended learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian mix method. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh blended learning digunakan Randomized Posttest only Control Group Design. Populasinya adalah mahasiswa semester 3 Pendidikan Khusus Universitas Sebelas Maret dan sampelnya yaitu kelas A sebagai kelas eksperimen, kelas B sebagai kelas kontrol. Untuk mengetahui respons mahasiswa tunarungu dan tunanetra melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil uji t penguasan materi didapat thitung = 6,64 &gt; = ttabel =1,66, menunjukkan ada perbedaan, sedangkan untuk uji lanjut yaitu uji Tuckey menunjukkan Qhitung = 7,55 &gt; Qtabel = 2,85, menunjukan bahwa penguasaan materi mahasiswa yang menggunakan blended learning lebih tinggi daripada konvensional. Respons mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan blended learning dalam mata kuliah bahasa Indonesia berdasarkan hasil observasi sangat aktif, wawancara cukup baik, dan dokumentasi sangat baik. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah 1) ada pengaruh blended learning terhadap penguasaan materi Bahasa Indonesia, 2) respons mahasiswa tunarungu dan tunanetra sangat baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model blended learning terhadap pemahaman materi pada mata kuliah Pembelajaran IPA bagi ABK pada kelas inklusi di perguruan tinggi. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain eksperimen kuasi One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 38 orang mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh mata kuliah Pembelajaran IPA bagi ABK pada kelas inklusi di perguruan tinggi. Dua di antara subjek tersebut adalah mahasiswa berkebutuhan khusus tunanetra dan tunarungu. Pengukuran terhadap pemahaman materi dilakukan sebanyak dua kali, yaitu sebelum dan sesudah penerapan blended learning diberikan. Hasil yang didapatkan dianalisis menggunakan paired t-test. Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa terdapat kenaikan rata-rata skor pretes (65,16) dan skor posttes (73,87), dengan nilai t=-9,321 dengan p=0,0001 (p&lt;0,05). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada penerapan blended learning terhadap peningkatan pemahaman mata kuliah Pembelajaran IPA bagi ABK pada kelas inklusi di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran umum pelaksanaan penyuluhan bagi siswa berkebutuhan khusus dengan memanfaatkan e-commerce di internet. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan melalui wokshop, yang dilaksanakan di SLB ABCD YPALB Cepogo Boyolali. Subjek sasaran pelatihan adalah siswa tunarungu di SLB ABCD YPALB Cepogo Boyolali sejumlah 8 siswa. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam kegiatan ini yakni berdasarkan wawancara dan observasi akhir, setelah pemaparan dan pelatihan mengenai mekanisme strategi pemasaran guna meningkatkan penjualan barang dan jasa dengan aplikasi shopee, menunjukkan: (1) sebanyak 53,3% peserta yang sudah memasarkan produknya menggunakan media internet, belum mengetahui bagaimana cara membuat iklan berbayar, sehingga pada saat memaparkan materi di jelaskan bagaimana mekanisme membuat iklan berbayar di shopee. Pada sesi ini peserta banyak yang diskusi dan sekaligus langsung mencoba iklan berbayar dengan nominal Rp 5000,- per hari dan belajar memilih kata kunci yang bagus. (2) 75% peserta paham mengenai mekanisme strategi pemasaran dalam kegiatan usaha guna peningkatan penjualan barang dan jasa menggunakan aplikasi shopee; (3) 80% peserta sudah membuka toko di shopee; dan (4) 50% peserta telah menerapkan iklan berbayar di shopee dan sisanya masih menerapkan iklan kata kunci secara gratis
