Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of discipline and motivation on employees' work ethic at the General Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) office in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The research objective is to enhance employees' work ethics through discipline and motivation at the Bawaslu office in Southeast Sulawesi. The study population comprises all office workers at the General Elections Supervisory Agency in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The sample size was determined to be 65 employees using the probability sampling formula. The research methodology used quantitative descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the data. The findings reveal that both work discipline and motivation significantly and positively affect the work ethic of office employees at the General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) in Southeast Sulawesi Province, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and understand the supervision of occupational safety and health (K3) of the Transmigration and Manpower Office of Southeast Sulawesi Province in realizing the culture of K3 occupational safety and health at PT. Virtue Dragon Nickel Industry (VDNI). The location of this research is PT. Virtue Dragon Nickel Industry (VDNI). The type and amount of data in this study are in the form of primary data obtained through direct interview techniques. While secondary, namely data obtained through literature studies by referring to literature, journals, and various other information related to the problem under study. The data collection methods that will be used in this study are Interviews and Documentation. Data analysis techniques are: Qualitative data analysis is inductive. The results of the study concluded that the supervision of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) by the Transmigration and Manpower Office can realize the culture of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) at PT. VDNI where the implementation process is carried out by applicable regulations such as: (a). The determination of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) supervision standards is carried out by Permenaker No. 33 of 2016 concerning procedures for labor supervision, which includes; planning, implementation, and reporting. (b). Conducting K3 assessment standards by article 50 of Permenaker No. 5 of 2018 concerning Occupational Safety and Health (K3), (c). Comparing the implementation of work between the standards set by the Transmigration and Manpower Office of Southeast Sulawesi and the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) at PT. VDNI. (e). Conducting work improvements by providing coaching and training such as heavy equipment operator training so that some heavy equipment operator officers have an operator license from the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. Abstract

The training was conducted with the aim of increasing the capacity of knowledge, understanding, and analytical skills for members of small and medium industries, especially about efforts to increase human resources and industrial competitiveness. Method of implementation of Community Service (PKM) activities in the form of technical guidance. The speakers in this training are academics from the PKM STIE Enam Enam Kendari Team, and at the end of the activity will be given a handbook material. Community service activities at Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Kendari City have been carried out with positive results on the development program and the implementation of quality management and management of SME centers. In the implementation of these activities, the following conclusions can be drawn: 1). The low knowledge of SME about the importance of quality management; 2). The establishment of independent SME groups from various businesses both on the scale of small, medium and large enterprises will make it easier to obtain credit assistance and management coaching systems to increase production volumes; 3). Consultation and quality management coaching in Small and Medium Industries; 4). Application of quality management.

Abstract

This article is the result of research and discussion which aims to identify and analyze the Public Service System at the Anduonohu Lurah Office, Kendari City. Located in Poasia District, Anduonohu Village, Kendari City, Southeast Sulawesi, this research used a qualitative method based on field studies to find sources and information directly. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 5 informants representing several characteristics such as gender and age differences. The results of this study indicate that the Public Service System at the Anduonohu Village Office, Kendari City, is practically good. However, the results of this study also illustrate that there is still a need for development and improvement, especially in terms of implementing time in completing services and the friendliness of employees to the public as service users in the future. This research is important for academics to serve as a reference and as a theoretical framework for conducting evaluations in improving public service systems. For local governments, this research can also be used as a reflection for improvement in terms of the quality of the public service system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Dua Tiga Sejahtera. The object of this research is the work environment, motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Dua Tiga Sejahtera. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Dua Tiga Sejahtera as many as 33 employees. While the sample in this study were all employees, namely 33 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that (1) work environment, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance; (4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi terhadap tambahan penghasilan pegawai, pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh tambahan penghasilan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai, peran TPP sebagai mediasi dalam meningkatkan pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini 15% dari jumlah populasi yakni sebanyak 77 Orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Struktural Equation Model berbasis Partial Least Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tambahan penghasilan pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, Tambahan penghasilan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, Tambahan penghasilan pegawai berperan positif dan signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.

Abstract

Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara membutuhkan pegawai yang sesuai dengan tuntutan pekerjaan, namun seringkali terdapat ketidaksesuaian kompetensi antara pegawai dengan tugas yang diemban, Melalui pengembangan kompetensi yang tepat, Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja dan mencapai tujuan pembangunan secara lebih efisien. Dalam hal ini, analisis komprehensif terhadap kesenjangan kompetensi dan strategi pengembangan yang tepat menjadi kunci keberhasilan di masa depan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Kompetensi Manajerial pada dan Kompetensi Teknis pada Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian mengemukakan bahwa Pengembangan kompetensi manajerial di Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara menekankan aspek penting seperti kemampuan berpikir konseptual, integritas, motivasi, komitmen terhadap organisasi, kerjasama lintas departemen, pelayanan yang baik, keteraturan dalam proses operasional, pengambilan keputusan efektif, kepemimpinan yang baik, dan kemampuan teknis yang diperlukan untuk menghadapi perubahan lingkungan kerja yang dinamis. Ini melibatkan komunikasi yang efektif, pengaturan organisasi, penggunaan data untuk pengambilan keputusan, serta kemampuan untuk belajar dan beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi terbaru. Dengan memadukan semua elemen ini, Sekretariat Daerah dapat mempertahankan posisi unggulnya di tengah tantangan era modern yang kompleks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Pengalaman kerja dan keterampilan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Biro Administrasi Pimpinan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Adapun penentuan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode sensus yaitu jumlah sampel diambil dari keseluruhan jumlah populasi sebanyak 87 pegawai. Adapun teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel, dan sofware SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Pengalaman kerja dan keterampilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Biro Administrasi Pimpinan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara; (2) Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Biro Administrasi Pimpinan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara; dan (3) Keterampilan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Biro Administrasi Pimpinan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.
