Abstract

Perkembangan PT Bosowa Berlian Motor tidak cukup hanya dengan modal kuantitas tapi harus dibarengi dengan kualitas yang mumpuni dalam terjun ke dunia otomotif dimana persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif dalam dunia otomotif saat ini dalam segi pemasaran, servis maupun purna jual, jika tidak didukung dengan sumber daya manusia dan pengelolaan manajemen yang baik maka bisa dipastikan PT Bosowa Berlian Motor tidak mampu bersaing dengan kompetitor yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan pada PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Kendari, gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja pada PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Kendari, dan kesejahteraan dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja pada PT Bosowa Berlian Motor. Metode penelitian yg digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan model Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan transaksional dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan pada PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Kendari kearah positif dan signifikan, gaya kepemimpinan trasaksional dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja kearah positif dan signifikan pada PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Kendari kearah positif, dan kesejahteraan dapat meningkatkan motivasi kerja kearah positif dan signifikan pada PT Bosowa Berlian Motor Kendari.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of discipline and motivation on employees' work ethic at the General Election Supervisory Board (Bawaslu) office in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The research objective is to enhance employees' work ethics through discipline and motivation at the Bawaslu office in Southeast Sulawesi. The study population comprises all office workers at the General Elections Supervisory Agency in Southeast Sulawesi Province. The sample size was determined to be 65 employees using the probability sampling formula. The research methodology used quantitative descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the data. The findings reveal that both work discipline and motivation significantly and positively affect the work ethic of office employees at the General Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) in Southeast Sulawesi Province, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment, motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Dua Tiga Sejahtera. The object of this research is the work environment, motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Dua Tiga Sejahtera. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Dua Tiga Sejahtera as many as 33 employees. While the sample in this study were all employees, namely 33 respondents. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25 software. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that (1) work environment, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance; (4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
