<![CDATA[This research aims to examine the influence of Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on the Ethical Behavior of Secretariat Employees of the Directorate General of Customs and Excise. Data collection in this research used secondary data from the company and a questionnaire in the form of Google forms using random sampling techniques. The sample used in this research was 170 employees from a total population of 250 employees. This research uses SPSS by calculating multiple regression analysis and testing data hypotheses. <![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hal-hal berikut: 1) Bagaimana pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa; 2) Bagaimana pengaruh disiplin terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa; dan 3) Bagaimana pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui survei dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 100 responden mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Analisis data dalam penelitian data menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Seluruh perhitungan penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4 versi 4.0.9.2. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, 2) Lingkungan disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, dan 3) Fasilitas belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh kesiapan belajar, interaksi dengan teman sebaya, dan dukungan keluarga terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif serta analisis deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran online berupa kuesioner. Sample penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 204 responden mahasiswa dari berbagai universitas yang ada di Indonesia. Kemudian data diolah menggunakan smart pls 4.0.9.2 menggunakan SEM dengan model regresi linier berganda dan menggunakan Outer Mode. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa kesiapan belajar memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Mahasiswa yang merasa lebih siap untuk belajar cenderung mencapai hasil yang lebih baik dalam studi mereka. Selain itu, interaksi positif dengan teman sebaya juga berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung belajar dan berkontribusi pada peningkatan prestasi akademik. Dukungan keluarga juga terbukti memiliki dampak positif, dengan mahasiswa yang merasa didukung oleh keluarga mereka cenderung meraih prestasi yang lebih baik.]]>

<![CDATA[Human resources (HR) are extremely vital to a company's operations in the current era of globalization. In order to create a productive work environment or performance, high motivation is needed given by superiors to subordinates. This requires the company to provide motivation in accordance with the aim of raising the enthusiasm of employees in the work environment in order to achieve the common goals that have been set. The purpose of this study was to analyze the work motivation of employees in PD. XYZ. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive approach. Data collection is done by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study say that the motivation of keryawan work in PD. XYZ is already fairly high, but there are several things that cause a lack of enthusiasm at work due to lack of appreciation from superiors even though they have worked optimally]]>

<![CDATA[Through the results of observations and in-depth interviews, it is evident that most teachers (85%) who are school cooperative managers have never had the opportunity to attend training/workshops on the management of school cooperatives that are good and right. Most teachers who become school cooperative managers (90%) do not have an economic / accounting education background. Most school cooperatives in public vocational high schools majoring in technology and engineering are not legal entities. The solutions offered are training and mentoring as well as improving the legal status of school cooperatives to become cooperative legal entities. The method or approach offered to solve partner problems is training, mentoring, and supervision. At the time of the training, we provided material regarding Recognize Self Potency and also provided the SIKOP software and the guidebook.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low entrepreneurial intention among students of state universities in Jakarta. This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and subjective norms on the entrepreneurial intentions of students of the Faculty of Economics, The State University of Jakarta, Class of 2019. This study uses a survey method with a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The data collected was analyzed using tools in the statistical application program, namely Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). The population consisted of 160 students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, Class of 2019. This study found that entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions, and subjective norms also had a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial intentions of students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, Class of 2019.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengelolaan sarana dan prasaraa kantor pada LKPP Jakarta yang meliputi siklus pengelolaan, penjadawalan dan upaya dalam mencegah kerusakan sarana prasarana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subjek Penelitian ini yaitu Kepala Biro Hubungan Masyarakat dan Umum dan Karyawan Pengelola BMN pada kantor LKPP Jakarta. Pengumpulan data data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, data display, dan menarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan sarsana dan prasarana dilakukan perencanaan untuk jangka waktu dua tahun kedepan, pengadaan terjadi dari adanya proses perencanaan, Ditribusi sarana dan prasarana terjadi dengan penyerahan berita acara, Pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana bersifat incidental dan rutin. Inventarisasi sebagai bentuk data arsip sarana dan prasana. Penghapusan Sarana dan Prasarana dilakukan untuk kondisi barang yang sudah tidak layak pakai. Pengelolaan dilakukan untuk memberikan dampak yang optimal terhadap pekerjaan karyawan.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis pelatihan handcraft macrame pada PT SIMPUL TALI Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yaitu dengan menggambarkan dan menganalisis permasalahan yang ditemukan. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui buku-buku, penelitian sebelumnya, dan artikel yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik dan karyawan yang terlibat secara langsung dalam proses pelatihan handcraft macrame. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT Simpul Tali Indonesia mengadakan pelatihan handcraft macrame secara langsung untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan karyawan, tetapi waktu pelatihan yang cukup terbatas dan jadwal pelatihan yang tidak menentu menyebakan pelatihan tidak dilakukan secara efektif. Disarankan PT SIMPUL TALI Indonesia untuk menambah jam dan bisa membuat jadwal pelatihan agar bisa memaksimalkan pelatihan kedepannya]]>

<![CDATA[Archiving is one of the office jobs that is experiencing digital transformation. Digital archives make it easy for employees to complete their work however, it does not rule out that digital archives have weaknesses that can reduce employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the digital filing system used by the X University Faculty of Medicine, find out whether the system used was effective or not, and find out the weaknesses of the digital archiving system. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that digital archives help employees complete work more quickly and make it easier for employees to carry out administrative activities in agencies. However, behind that it is necessary to repair, improve and upgrade the system so that problems do not occur and can be used more optimally.]]>
