Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the understanding of partners related to CV and increase expertise in making digital portfolios. This activity was preceded by analyzing the current situation faced by the partners. From the results of this analysis, the team concluded that a training activity related to the importance of digital portfolios for students was needed. The partners of this community service activity are students who are studying at Universiti Sabah Malaysia and Jakarta State University. This activity was done online via the Zoom application on Monday, July 10th 2023. Based on the evaluation results of this activity, students' understanding and abilities had increased about digital portfolio creation

Abstract

Archive management as archive storage, which is the process of maintaining and securing company records or records, in the success of records management must run on a process that includes classification, creation, receipt, and maintenance of records. This study aims to determine the archive storage system, guidelines for lending archives and obstacles to borrowing archives. This study uses a qualitative method in a descriptive form with a case study approach. The subjects in this study were 4 (four) people using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the study show that there are two archive storage systems in Company X, namely, active archives and inactive archives. Borrowing archives is in accordance with applicable procedures, however, problems in the borrowing of archives still often occur because in the procedure there is no period of time for borrowing archives, this makes employees forget about returning archives and lack of employee awareness of the importance of archives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengulas tentang Analisis Fasilitas Perkantoran pada Badan Kepegawaian Negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fasilitas perkantoran yang ada di Badan Kepegawaian Negara dan juga mengetahui kekurangan fasilitas perkantoran di Badan Kepegawaian Negara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan uji transferabilitas test dan juga dependabilitas test untuk pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan teknik wawancara dan juga observasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunkana metode stratified sampling. Stratified sampling adalah teknik penggunakan untuk memilih shampel yang mewakili berbagai kelompok atau strata dalam populasional secara proporsional. Dengan strata strata sampling dilakukan dengan digunkankan teknic purposive sampling. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa pada Badan Kepegawaian Negara fasilitas perkantoran sudah cukup memadai dan modern tetapi ada juga beberapa kekurangan yaitu area tempat parkir yang kurang luas dengan jumlah karyawan yang dapat dikatakan banyak. Selain itu ada beberapa perangkat lunak yang telah usang atau sudah lambat saat dijalankan dan ini dapat berakibat terhadap hasil kinerja karyawan.
