Abstract

The background of this research was the village administration performance in Nita Sub-district had not been maximized. This research aimed to (1) determine the description of village administration performance, work facilities, and teamwork of the villages in Nita Sub-district, Sikka Regency; and (2) analyze the influence of work facilities and teamwork on the village administration performance in Nita Sub-district, Sikka Regency both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research was village apparatus in Nita Sub-district as many as 36 people. This research was conducted by census or saturated due to limited population. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive and inferential statistical methods, namely multiple linear regression. The hypothesis testing was done through the t-test and F-test. The results of descriptive analysis showed that the variables of employee performance, work facilities, and teamwork were categorized as good. The statistical results of the t-test showed that partially the work facility and teamwork variables had a significant effect on employee performace. The results of the F-test statistic showed that simultaneously the work facility and teamwork variables had a significant effect on the employees’ performance. The results of the determination analysis indicated that the two independent variables in this research could explain the fluctuation of village administration performance in Nita Sub-district by 56,3%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of planning, research and development agency in increasing local tax revenues in Sikka Regency. The data collecting techniques used in this writing were observation, interviews and documentation at Bapelitbang, especially in the economy sector and natural resources (PSDA) which has an obligation to monitor and evaluate the receipt of regional original income including regional tax revenue. The results of this writing showed that Bapelitbang also plays a role in increasing local tax revenues through the preparation of local tax plans that take into account factors such as revenue potential, efficiency, and service quality. On the oher hand, the economic and natural resources sectors must perform a large number of duties, but this was still a problem due to a lack of personnel in these sectors. This condition makes it difficult for them carry out theeir role in monitoring and coordinating regional tax revenues.

Abstract

This research was grounded on the issue of employee job satisfaction at the Hiro Heling Credit Cooperative. This research aimed to (1) Know the description of employee job satisfaction, organizational culture, and organizational commitment. (2) analyze the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously.The population in this study were KSP Kopdit Hiro Heling office employees, totaling 63 people. Due to limited population, this research was conducted through census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive methods. Hypothesis testing was done through the F-test and t test.The descriptive analysis shows that the variables of employee job satisfaction, organizational culture, and organizational commitment were categorized as good. The results of the t-test statistic revealed that partially, organizational culture and organizational commitment had a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. The results of the F-test statistics show that simultaneously, the two independent variables had a significant influence on employee job satisfaction. The determination analysis shows that the magnitude of the contribution of organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee job satisfaction at the Hiro Heling Credit Cooperative had a 61% impact on employee work satisfaction at the Hiro Heling Credit Cooperative, whereas 39 % were influenced by factors other than the research variables.
