Abstract

Tulisan ini menyoroti dinamika politik Nahdlatul Ulama dalam perspektif sosiologis, historis, dan antropologis. Berdasarkan kenyataan yang ada, dinamika politik NU nampaknya telah merambah pada berbagai aspek, meliputi aspek keagamaan, politik, dan budaya. NU pernah terlibat dalam dunia politik. Organisasi ini pernah juga menyatakan keluar dari dunia politik Kemampuan NU dalam beradaptasi dengan perkembangan dan tuntutan zaman telah membuat organisasi ini tetap eksis di tengah arus perubahan politik masyarakat dan menjadi suatu organisasi keagamaan terbesar di Indonesia.

Abstract

Ethics is a study of the legitimate and correct deeds and moral choices made by a person. In Greek is also known as ethos, which means custom habits. While in Arabic ethics is also known as Akhlak which means morality, temperance, conduct or character. Simply put, business ethics means learning about which is good/bad, right/wrong in the business world based on the principles of morality. This research is backed by the habit of sellers/traders in the market of Langsa city in the application of business ethics in Islam that emphasized on the ethics of trading. The purpose of this research is to know how an objective picture of the implementation of business ethics in conducting sales transactions in the traditional market of the Langsa city, and how Islamic reviews on the application of ethical trading in conducting Buy and sell transactions in the market. This research is a field research. The results of this research show that the implementation of trading transactions in the market of Langsa city has been executed well and is seen from two variables used two variables (attitudes of faith and habits) dominant show agreed with each A given statement. This indicates that business ethics in sales transactions that have been applied by traders are derived from the hereditary inheritance from parents (parental advice) or obtained by self-taught (natural) with ethical consideration and Unethical.

Abstract

تركز هذه الرسالة على الانعكاس السياسي لتواني تولوتانج كمجموعة أقلية في فترة حملة الانتخابات الرئاسية لعام ٢٠١٩. غالبًا ما يتم التعامل مع مجموعات الأقليات بشكل خاص من قبل مجموعة الأغلبية وحتى الدولة ، وهو ما يمكن رؤيته من خلال الروايات المحدودة عنها خلال الانتخابات الرئاسية بالأمس. في هذه النقطة ، يهدف هذا البحث إلى النظر إلى انعكاس تواني تولوتانغ السياسي كمجموعة أقلية في لحظة فترة الانتخابات الرئاسية لعام ٢٠١٩ ، خاصة من وجهة نظر الدستور الديمقراطي والتعاليم الإسلامية. تطبق هذه الدراسة نهج Edmund Husserl للظواهر المتعالية لفهم هذه الظاهرة من خلال مقابلة مع مخبر من مجتمعهم يُدعى Uwa Jappi Pattedungi. لتحليل البيانات التي تم العثور عليها من المقابلة ، تم اتخاذ عدة خطوات ، وهي جمع المعلومات من المخبرين ؛ تصنيف نتائج المعلومات ؛ تحليل التصنيف واستخلاص النتائج. تثبت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن الانعكاس السياسي لمجموعة تواني تولوتانج يستند إلى قيمة حكمتهم المحلية في شكل قيمة التسامح. - سورة النحل (٩٠) و سورة النساء (١٣٥) . ولكن ، فقد أعيد بناء إمكانية الحكمة المحلية في حركة "الشعبوية السياسية" نتيجة استقطاب الدعم السياسي ، خاصة تجاه الجماعات التي تميل أكثر إلى موقف التفرد في السياسة. لإختمام هذه المشكلة ، من الضروري إصلاح المؤسسات والعقليات التي يمكن رؤيتها من خلال التواصل السياسي الذي يركز أكثر على قيمة المساواة في العلاقة بين الأغلبية

Abstract

Globalisation, information, and communication technology have changed human communication. The internet gave birth to social media and a new communication trend. Digital, such as computer-mediated, communication replaces traditional communication. Face-to-face communication can now be done via social media, which blurs space and time. The benefit is that social media is not controlled by mainstream media, which decides what to publish. Social media lets any communication actor broadcast messages to the public at any time. Some communication actors are government officials, or political actors. Anwar Ibrahim, the prime minister, wants to build political trust and support through vertical and horizontal political communication. Anwar Ibrahim regularly uses Twitter to engage with residents, show his actions, and express his attitude, commitment, and government vision. Politicians must adjust to social media's power. This study uses Nvivo 12 Pro for social media analysis. According to Nvivo, Anwar Ibrahim's political communication concentrated on his actions, government matters, political affairs, and maintaining his relationship with citizens and the king.

Abstract

Background: Online media is currently starting to adopt Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques as an instrument in producing news so that it can be in the top position of search engines. This is the case with Detik.Sulsel, which is one of the regional channels on the detik.com online media, which continues to experience an increasing trend in the number of online visitors. Purpose: This research aims to determine the application and flow of SEO techniques in detik.Sulsel news production at the on page and off page levels as well as to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing SEO techniques in detik.Sulsel. Methods: This research uses descriptive qualitative with data collection methods namely in-depth interviews, nonparticipant observation and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Results: The results of this research show that SEO optimization at the on page level in detik.Sulsel has been implemented in accordance with SEO standards and emphasizes three main strategies in the news production process, namely content quality, credibility and relevance of articles created according to readers' needs. Detik.Sulsel always balances SEO and journalistic rules that must not be violated. At the off page level SEO optimization detik.Sulsel has also implemented special strategies such as internal links which are carried out only on internal detik.com, implementing an anchor article strategy, utilizing social media, and optimizing the available web analytics to the maximum. Conclutions: Then the research results also show that there are four supporting factors, namely an organized editorial system, meetings and evaluations, supporting advanced technology, and having article writing guidelines that apply SEO techniques. Implications: The inhibiting factor is that the Google algorithm is always changing, so SEO specialists must always follow and understand the latest algorithms.

Abstract

This study aims to examine communication techniques in Adi W Gunawan's hypnotic activities. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection by means of observation, interviews, and documentation, the main data sources are Adi W Gunawan, his assistants, team, trainees, and clients, while the supporting data sources are from relevant articles and books. The collected data is analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the research data was carried out by triangulating techniques and sources. The research findings show that one of Adi W Gunawan's hypnotic activities occurred due to the authority and credibility of Adi W Gunawan as chairman of the Indonesian Clinical Hypnotherapy Association (AHKI), an expert in mind technology, completed two doctoral studies, actively participated in training and workshops, trained as a public speaker . Communication in hypnosis activities uses repetitive and imaginative techniques by optimizing verbal and vocal aspects with a higher percentage of visual aspects during therapy, balancing visual, vocal and verbal during training, and highlighting verbal and visual aspects when communicating using media. In this study, researchers also found that in communicating requires empathy, self-confidence, and belief in the heart and mind related to the communication process carried out so that the expected communication goals can be achieved, the researchers call this hypnotic communication or hypnotic communication.
