Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus kepada hubungan hukum para pihak yang terlibat kedalam kepemilikan hak cipta, antara pengguna dan pemilik platfrom Roblox, serta mengetahui hak dan kewajiban para pihak dalam menentukan perlindungan aset dan kemanfaatan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan konseptual (conseptual approach). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hubungan hukum Kekayaan Intelektual mengenai pelanggaran merek dagang, hak atas layanan Roblox, hak untuk User Generated Content, hak dan model modifikasi, hak audiensi. Selain itu, ditemukan mengenai hubungan hukum antarai pengguna dengan pemilik platform dalam memberikan hak dan lisensi abadi, di seluruh dunia metaverse, bersifat non-eksklusif, dan bebas royalti untuk tujuan menghosting, menyimpan, mentransfer, menerjemahkan, melokalkan, menampilkan secara publik, publik, mereproduksi, memodifikasi, meningkatkan, mendistribusikan, dan diunggah pada Platform dan sehubungan dengan jasa dan sebaliknya.

Abstract

Islamic Jurisprudence is a system of laws and principles that govern human life in the Islamic religion. In Indonesia, Islamic Fiqh has long been involved in the political arena, especially in law making and political decision making. This article aims to explore the relationship between Islamic Jurisprudence and politics in Indonesia, and its implications for political decision-making in the country. The method used in this research is literature study and literature review. The results of the research show that Islamic Fiqh has long been involved in the political arena in Indonesia, both in making laws and in making political decisions. However, the relationship between Islamic Jurisprudence and politics in Indonesia is not always harmonious. especially in the context of differences of opinion between various groups or schools of thought in Islam. This study provides important implications for political decision-making in Indonesia, particularly in efforts to harmonize the principles of Islamic Jurisprudence with democratic norms and principles.

Abstract

Stimulation of early childhood development varies widely, from expensive methods to utilizing recycled materials. The stimulation of early childhood development at TK Bustanul Athfal Ketegan Sidoarjo is still relatively limited. The goal of this activity is to enhance the cognitive and motor skills of young children and improve the educators' skills at TK Bustanul Athfal Ketegan Sidoarjo by creating stimulation play media using recycled materials as a tool for early childhood learning. The method for this activity includes presentations and training for educators on how to create cognitive and motor development stimulation media for children using recycled materials, as well as engaging in role-playing activities to utilize these stimulation media. The benefits of this activity include expanding the variety of learning media and enhancing the knowledge and skills of educators at TK Bustanul Athfal Ketegan Sidoarjo in creating learning stimulation media for their students using recycled materials. While a small portion of the teachers has not fully understood APE (Early Childhood Stimulation), 90% have comprehended the effective methods of creating and applying APE block number and APE Flashcard

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Fatwa MUI (Majelis Ulama Indonesia) terhadap pembuatan produk politik, salah satunya adalah Peraturan Daerah Kota Semarang Nomor 1 Tahun 2021 Tentang Produk Makanan Halal. Metode penelitian ini adalah normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach) dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach). Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan Fatwa MUI No. 44/2020 berdampak pada produk politik dengan mempromosikan nilai-nilai Islam dan etika, mendorong transparansi serta kualitas program politik, serta mengingatkan pada pengawasan dan akuntabilitas. Peran masyarakat dalam pengawasan dan larangan klaim palsu dalam kampanye juga ditekankan. Secara keseluruhan, fatwa ini mengintegrasikan nilai agama, transparansi, dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam proses politik.

Abstract

Improving the UMKM economy through business legality strategies is a key step in supporting the growth of this sector. With valid business legality, UMKM can more easily access loans, attract investors and enter export markets. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research were found in developing business operations, creating new jobs, and increasing production. Investor support brings additional innovation and resources, strengthening business competitiveness. As UMKM grow, the local and national economy receives positive impacts, including increasing income and reducing poverty levels. Business legality is the foundation for the success of UMKM in contributing to the economy.
