Islam is a religion that is rahmatan lilaa'lamin. Therefore, as a Muslim, it is obligatory to apply it and spread peace. The scholars have agreed that there is the knowledge that is obligatory 'ain, namely knowledge that is obligatory for everyone specifically for himself, and knowledge that is obligatory for kifayah if it is carried out by some people, then the obligation of others falls. The science that everyone must know is the science of monotheism which is related to the syahadatain, and beliefs about Allah swt. the almighty one who has no partners has no likeness to Him, has neither begotten nor begotten, and the belief that Allah swt. This research is a form of research (library research), namely research conducted using library sources, both from books and journals related to and supporting this research. The conclusions that can be drawn from the discussion above are first, monotheism education is a basic concept so that humans know human nature. Humans will obey Allah's commands and stay away from His prohibitions when humans have truly united Allah. This will be based on the actions of humans who always surrender to Allah for all aspects that humans want. Second, the purpose of monotheistic education in the discussion above emphasizes monotheism uluhiyyah, rububiyyah, and asma wa adjectives, and the realization of the content of monotheism. Third, the implication of monotheism education for educational institutions is that it is able to make humans conform to a number of things (holding fast to the values of monotheism, strong faith, and attachment to great obedience to Allah SWT and learning fundamentally). Islam has a very broad scope of study, among which the most important is the understanding of the creed and its implementation on moral development from it. This paper aims to analyze the methods in the study of faith and morality within the scope of Islam. Development of writing materials using the literature study method from related reference sources in order to enrich the body of knowledge on the study of faith and morality along with the method of approach. Based on this study, it was found that in understanding the study of aqeedah and morals, the steps in choosing a method and the accuracy of its use are determining factors for success in deepening the study of Islamic aqeedah and morals. This article aims to explain the administrative rules for the implementation of the pilgrimage in 1947-1950, the period of the State of East Indonesia, which was always changing. This study uses historical methods consisting of heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. The data used is in the form of archives and books. The results of the study found that the factors that resulted in the regulations issued by the State of East Indonesia government were always different every year due to the social aspect which was marked by the number of registrants who exceeded the quota given so that the State of East Indonesia government had to pay attention to applicants who were on the waiting list, in contrast to political aspects in the form of the entry of new areas controlled by the Dutch so that quotas must also be given to these regions.Keywords: Hajj Administration, State of East Indonesia, South Sulawesi.

Teachers use learning strategies to ensure that learning goes well, efficiently and optimally. After carrying out the evaluation, the teacher carries out follow-up to achieve the minimum standard of student completeness. This study aims to explain how teachers use teaching strategies in the classroom. The research conducted obtained data through interviews and observations in class IX with several PAI subject teachers. The data validation method used is the triangulation technique. The data analysis technique consisted of data reduction (data selection), data presentation (data display), and then conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that the teacher's strategy in teaching in class IX MTsS Hubbul Wathan Modal Bangsa in using strategies in class is good, this is evidenced by an orderly learning process, students' understanding that is easy to understand and accompanied by the use of IT-based media that helps students to deepen the material presented. The Ability of PAI Teachers in Developing Teaching Materials for Islamic Religious Education at MAS Nurul Furqoon Binjai. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of teaching materials for Islamic Religious Education at Mas Nurul Furqoon. This study uses a qualitative approach with the CIPP technique, then the instruments used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study stated that the development of teaching materials is very important for learning activities in the classroom, because the development of teaching materials is able to make students more easily understand in understanding the material and are more active in knowing more about the material being taught. This research shows that PAI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Furqoon Binjai have good competence in the field of PAI and seek to continuously improve their abilities through training and supervision conducted by the school. This shows the school's commitment to ensure that PAI teachers remain professional and ready to face the times in the world of education. The conclusion of this study is that the teacher's ability to develop teaching materials for Islamic Religious Education at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Furqoon Binjai is quite good. PAI teachers at the school have good competence in various aspects of learning and are constantly working to improve their skills. In the context of PAI learning, these teachers are able to create positive and effective learning experiences for students, as well as contribute to the formation of students' personalities and morals in accordance with Islamic teachings.
