Abstract

Law as provisions and norms that have special characteristics such as protecting, regulating and providing balance in maintaining the public interest. Therefore, violating legal provisions that cause harm from someone's negligence and cause interference with the public interest can cause reactions from. Provisions that apply to someone who neglects and disturbs the balance of the public interest are legal provisions that apply in the life of social groups at that time, not past legal provisions that have been in force or are being planned to come into effect. This study aims to see the law as a social justification, social control and social empowerment so that it can present a law based on justice. This research uses qualitative research methods with literature studies, namely by collecting data through reference books, journals, scientific articles and others. The conclusions of this study are 1) law is a tool for realizing and creating peace in social life and a means for realizing social justice, both birth and bathing as well as driving development for the community. 2) As a social tool, law means something that can determine human behavior where the law tries to direct people to behave properly in accordance with the rules so that peace and control are realized. 3) Positive impacts as social engineering can change certain patterns in a society, both in the sense of strengthening a habit into something more believed, as well as in the form of other changes. automatically there will be people who agree and disagree and then see what is happening in society, so that there are people who violate the law and so on

Abstract

Implementation is a way or process of application carried out by students, after getting material or theory from educators then students realize what they learn through action. Education is a way that can change human behavior or mindset. While the moral is the nature, attitude, temperament or habits inherent in humans. While the scout movement is a form of integration that has been formed and regulated in Act Number 12 of 2010 concerning the Scout Movement. Hidden Curriculum is one of the strategies that proves that hidden curriculum can influence the learning process especially in instilling moral values. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive type. The informants in this study were the Trustees and Students of Madrasah Scout Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Medan. The results showed that the scouts of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 1 Medan had implemented the moral values in the Scout Movement activities well. This is evidenced by a special program of moral education, scouting activities containing moral education, special programs containing moral values such as the implementation of social services or fundraising, then mutual cooperation conducted at school or outside school. However, the Boy Scouts at MIN 1 Medan continue to implement improvements in improving moral education and to realize students or scout members who are dharma-based and have Satya teachings.

Abstract

In accordance with the formulation of the problem, this study aims to find out: PAI teachers 'strategies in implementing the hidden curriculum to increase the learning activity of students, Implementation of the hidden curriculum carried out by teachers to increase students' learning activeness, Barriers faced by teachers in implementing hidden curricula and solutions against the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the hidden curriculum.The research method used is seen from the type of research is qualitative research, and in the data collection process, the authors use the method of observation, interviews and documentation. As for the analysis, the writer uses a qualitative descriptive analysis, which is in the form of written or oral data from the person or actor being observed so that in this case the writer conducts research that describes the actual situation as a whole. The results of the research conducted indicated that, among others: There was a strategy of Islamic Education teachers in implementing the hidden curriculum to increase the learning activity of students. The implementation of the hidden curriculum carried out by the teacher to increase the learning activeness of students is so diverse. There are obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the hidden curriculumas well, the lack of teacher understanding in the use of IT in the learning process, the lack of facilities and infrastructure in the learning process, the presence of students a little late in the learning process. There are various solutions to the obstacles faced by teachers in implementing the hidden curriculum.

Abstract

This study aims: (1) To determine how the instructional design of Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMP Negeri 20 Medan. (2) To find out how the implementation of Islamic Religious Education teacher teaching at SMP Negeri 20 Medan. (3) To find out what the teaching media for the Islamic Religious Education teacher at SMP Negeri 20 Medan. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out, namely examining all data, reducing data, presenting data, and concluding existing data.

Abstract

The implementation of character education in Ma'had which is full of noble values in its existence has succeeded in shaping the attitudes and behavior of santriwan and santriwati which are expected to have good character, through the application of a distinctive teacher strategy capable of realizing religious human resources. Ma'had Tahfidz Kampung Qur'an is a non-formal institution that pays attention to strengthening character education, especially religious values, honesty, discipline, and hard work. It is hoped that this value will become an icon that can become a foothold for value transfer so that the vision and mission which is expected to be able to create religious human resources and always interact with the Koran towards the person of Insan Kamil. This research uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach and descriptive methods. Data collected through observation, interviews, and document study. Data analysis techniques by means of data reduction, data presentation, examination of conclusions and verification. The results of this study are (1) the teacher's strategy in integrating character values for students and students in ma'had (2) the impact of character values for students and students in ma'had through religious, honesty, discipline, and working, (3) Supporting factors and inhibiting Character values for santriwan and santriwati through religion, honesty, discipline, and hard work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan transaksi murabahah di PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Pembantu Katamso, mengetahui kesesuian PSAK No. 102 di PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Pembantu Katamso serta mengetahui kendala yang dihadapi di PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Pembantu Katamso. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskritif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data Sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara secara langsung pada pihak PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Pembantu Katamso, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh dari data-data yang telah diolah dan disajikan oleh pihak PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Pembantu Katamso seperti data laporan keuangan dan data-data yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data-data penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan akuntansi syariah berdasarkan PSAK No. 102 pada pembiayaan murabahah di PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Pembantu Katamso belum sepenuhnya menerapkan aturan yang sesuai dengan PSAK No. 102 yang menyatakan bahwa pada saat perolehan aset murabahah diakui sebagai persediaan sebesar biaya perolehan pada PT. Bank BNI Syariah Cabang Pembantu Katamso tidak mengakui adanya persediaan, karena dalam pembiayaan murabahah banyak dilakukan dengan wakalah.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan PSAK No. 106 di PT. BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Medan dan kesesuaian PSAK No. 106 dengan penerapan pembiayaan musyarakah. Desain penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Medan sedangkan objek penelitian adalah pembiayaan musyarakah. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pembiayaan musyarakah pada PT. BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Medan yang meliputi (1) pengakuan akuntansi terhadap pembiayaan musyarakah yang terdiri dari pengakuan investasi, pengakuan kerugian atas kelalaian nasabah, pengakuan piutang, dan pengakuan beban telah sesuai dengan PSAK No. 106; (2) pengukuran akuntansi terhadap pembiayaan musyarakah telah sesuai dengan PSAK No. 106; (3) penyajian akuntansi terhadap pembiayaan musyarakah belum sesuai dengan PSAK No. 106. Karena kas yang diserahkan kepada nasabah disajikan sebagai pembiayaan musyarakah bukan investasi musyarakah; (4) pengungkapan akuntansi terhadap pembiayaan musyarakah tidak dapat dianalisis karena PT. BNI Syariah Kantor Cabang Medan tidak membuat catatan atas laporan keuangan

Abstract

this study was to determine: 1) the communication strategy of supervisors in improving the professionalism of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 15 Langkat; 2) The media used by supervisors in carrying out communication at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 15 Langkat; and 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for Supervisory Communication Strategies in increasing the professionalism of teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 15 Langkat.This thesis research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The collection techniques used interview, observation and documentary studies, while to strengthen the validity of the data findings and the authenticity of the research, the researcher referred to the use of data validity standards consisting of creadibility, transferability, dependability and comfirmability. The results of this study are: 1) supervisory communication strategies in increasing the professionalism of teachers at MIN 15 Langkat in the form of interpersonal techniques with open, informative, persuasive, educational and instructive; 2) The media is used by supervisors in carrying out communication at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 15 Langkat in addition to holding face-to-face communication also using information communication technology (ICT) using the WhatsApp application by creating a group for 15 Langkat Madrasah, this media is considered quite effective in carrying out madrasah development activities as a whole, including specifically the principal and teachers; and 3) Supporting factors for the effectiveness of supervisory communication strategies in increasing the professionalism of teachers due to the emergence of a good sense of togetherness and kinship so far. This sense of togetherness and kinship makes a strong bond in the communication process in madrasas and there are no significant obstacles in communicating with supervisors.

Abstract

Teachers use learning strategies to ensure that learning goes well, efficiently and optimally. After carrying out the evaluation, the teacher carries out follow-up to achieve the minimum standard of student completeness. This study aims to explain how teachers use teaching strategies in the classroom. The research conducted obtained data through interviews and observations in class IX with several PAI subject teachers. The data validation method used is the triangulation technique. The data analysis technique consisted of data reduction (data selection), data presentation (data display), and then conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed that the teacher's strategy in teaching in class IX MTsS Hubbul Wathan Modal Bangsa in using strategies in class is good, this is evidenced by an orderly learning process, students' understanding that is easy to understand and accompanied by the use of IT-based media that helps students to deepen the material presented.
