Abstract

Organization and communication are two things that cannot be separated, where one is related to the other. Organization is the art of organizing something, while communication is a means of conveying the intentions of the organization. Presumably the ability of school/madrasah principals needs to pay attention to these two aspects so that as leaders, managers (madrasah heads) are able to lead Islamic educational institutions to become superior educational institutions. This type of research uses qualitative research methods, namely research methods used to examine natural objects as experiments. The results of this study indicate that communication is a process of exchanging ideas, messages and contacts, as well as social interaction, including the main activities in human life. Etymologically, the term communication comes from the Latin word communication which is derived from the word communis which means making togetherness or building togetherness between two or more people. Communication in educational organizations can take place at any time involving people who are in the organization, both superiors, subordinates or elements of leadership and subordinates, between teachers and students at school, as well as between students and other students, as well as between teachers and parents. students and so on. Abstract

Syarah is a scholar’s attempt to find the meaning of hadith texts. So it can be concluded that sharh hadith is for an explanation of the meaning of the text, pronunciation or sentences related to the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. This research is a library research and is included in the category of qualitative research. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the science of sharh al-hadith, as well as the history of its development. The results of this study indicate that the syarah of hadith includes: 1) Explaining the quantity and quality of hadith, both from the sanad side and from the matan side, and both global and detailed. This includes an explanation of the paths of transmission, an explanation of the identities and characteristics of the narrators, as well as an analysis of matan in terms of linguistic rules. 2) Describe the meaning and intent of the hadith. This includes explaining how to read certain pronunciations, explaining sentence structure, explaining lexical and grammatical meanings and the intended meaning. 3) Describe the meaning and intent of the hadith. Abstract

This study set out to determine how to acquire, plan for, and use facilities and infrastructure to improve learning quality, as well as how to keep facilities and infrastructure up to date and how to plan for and maintain facilities and infrastructure to do so. This study utilizes subjective exploration techniques with a naturalistic methodology, getting information sources from the genuine circumstance. interviews, observation, and documentation studies are the data collection methods. After that, (a) reduction, (b) presentation, and (c) conclusion are used in the data analysis method. The review uncovered the accompanying: 1) Planning of facilities and infrastructure based on a needs analysis and teacher or other staff member suggestions. Facilities and infrastructure are prioritized according to their importance and the amount of money available. 2) Purchasing facilities and infrastructure from predetermined budgets or readily available funds. 3) There are predetermined procedures and timetables for making use of facilities and infrastructure. 4) The upkeep of the infrastructure and facilities that are available is the responsibility of each and every member of the school community, which includes students, teachers, special officers, and principals. 5) Facilities and infrastructure supervision is directly accountable to the deputy head of facilities and infrastructure. A crucial component of efforts to improve school quality is the management of infrastructure and facilities. Naturally, improving the quality of education in schools necessitates paying attention to how to effectively and efficiently manage good facilities and infrastructure in order to achieve learning objectives. Abstract

The draft School Revenue and Expenditure Budget (RAPBS) is carried out through a process of managing school funds, of course involving various parties such as the school principal who regulates financial nets and their management is carried out by treasurers and other components that assist the process of implementing school finances. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of financial planning (RAPBS) school income and expenditure budget plans in school development. This research was carried out with a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation as well as literature studies and group discussions. The results of this research are that the acceptance component of SMK Al Washliyah 9 Perbaungan is optimized by using educational funding sources, namely the existence of regular BOS funds sourced from APBN revenues. Reporting on the accountability of the RAPBS is carried out only to the extent of the school principal. And will be conveyed at the meeting with the parties involved in it. The principal submits a report, especially regarding school financial receipts and expenditures. Evaluation is carried out every quarter or per semester. The conclusion from this study is that good use of the RAPBS has made school development better, including: character education, human resource development and the use of technology.
