Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh latihan latihan reaksi bervariasi dan latihan reaksi tetap terhadap kecepatan reaksi penjaga gawang Semarang Goalkeeper Academy tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 12 penjaga gawang, sedangkan sampelnya menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes kecepatan reaksi dengan alat Whole Body Reaction. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan two group pre-test–post-test. Analisis data menggunakan uji t. Hasil analisis data diperoleh (T-hitung) untuk variable latihan reaksi bervariasi sebesar 8,000 dengan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,05, yang berarti bahwa variable tersebut signifikan. Hasil uji keberartian variable latihan reaksi tetap, diperoleh (Thitung) sebesar 2,693 dengan nilai sig 0,043 < 0,05, yang berarti bahwa variable tersebut signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil data di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh latihan reaksi bervariasi dan latihan reaksi tetap terhadap kecepatan reaksi penjaga gawang.  Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ The purpose of this research is to find out the influence among the varied reaction exercise and the remain reaction exercise to the reaction speed of the goalkeeper of Semarang Goalkeeper Academy 2015. This research used an experimental method. The population of this research were 12 goalkeeper, while the sample using total population technique. The instrument test using the reaction speed test with the Whole Body Reaction tool. The design of this research used the two grouppre-test-post-test. The data analysis used the t test. Results of the data analysis using the t test was obtained (T-h) for a varied reaction exercise variable amount 8,000 with sig 0,000 < 0,05 which means that the variable is significant. Results of the significance test of the remain reaction exercise variable was obtained (T-h) amount of 2,693 with sig 0,043 < 0,05 which means that the variable is significant. Based on the results of the data above, it can be concluded that there is any influence of varied reaction exercise and remain reaction exercises toward the reaction speed of the goalkeeper of Semarang Goalkeeper Academy 2015.
