Abstract

This journal examines the Influence of a Country's Regulatory Policy in the Implementation of Multinational Capital Budgeting with the aim that writers and readers know what influence a state regulation can have in the implementation of multinational capital budgeting. In compiling this journal the author uses descriptive qualitative research methods where research references are taken from written notes, typed interview transcripts, and video or audio recordings containing related information. Meanwhile, the data collection technique used by the researcher is by using various references from previous studies, books, and the internet. The main result of this study is the evidence that capital budgeting for domestic companies in Kenya differs significantly from the structure adopted by multinational companies operating in the country. In this journal, the authors argue that differences in capital budgeting border on capital-intensive and host country laws. Due to different operating policies around the world, subsidiaries of multinational companies adopt unique capital budgeting techniques to reflect the regulatory policies of the host country. In addition, the net present value guides how MNCs determine their capital budgets as each business entity's objective is to remain afloat and competitive. Abstract

Tourism and the creative economy are sectors that are promising and have a great opportunity to support the economy, so they need to be a top priority. However, the reality is that the development of creative economy-based tourism potential has faced many problems, such as inadequate human resources and even insufficient promotion, so that many domestic and foreign tourists are not aware of the existence of unique and attractive destinations in East Java. Preliminary case studies have been carried out involving 25 communities to analyze the problems that occur in tourism and the creative economy in East Java Province. Based on the results of the study, the development of e-tourism-based promotions is crucial amidst the rise of technological developments. The Vacancy website is an e-tourism-based promotion that can accommodate the needs of tourism and the creative economy in East Java. In addition, promotion is also a major factor in supporting the introduction of creative economy-based tourism. This Vacancy website is able to provide accurate information related to tourism and the creative economy and facilitate accessibility to destinations with the support of various existing features such as recommendations, accommodation, regional culture, and other complete features.

Abstract

A business policy strategy is an important element that must be carefully formulated and studied by a company so that it does not cause multiple interpretations and is in accordance with the objectives of establishing a business or company. Reviewing this statement, the authors compiled a study using descriptive qualitative research methods with PT Ananda Sukses Mandiri as the unit of analysis within a certain period of time (cross action). The goal is that the reader can understand in more detail about the business policy strategy, and PT Ananda Sukses Mandiri can get to know the business policy strategy it has and understand what impact it will have from implementing the business policy strategy so that the company can have options whether to maintain a business policy strategy that is owned or renovate and add new business policy strategies. As for the results of his research, there are several business policy strategies that should be maintained and there are also business policies that require improvement at the implementation and formulation stages.
