Abstract

Manajemen keuangan adalah aktivitas-aktivitas yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan dana secara menyeluruh untuk memenuhi tujuan dari perusahaan. Oleh karena itu penting bagi setiap kegiatan usaha memiliki manajemen keuangan termasuk UMKM. Dalam karya ini akan dibahas masalah mengenai pencatatan transaksi keuangan masih dilakukan secara sederhana dan kurang memadainya SDM dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan pada UMKM MInuman Serbuk Rasa Cayang. Tujuannya yaitu menata dan digitalisasi dalam pencatatan keuangan UMKM minuman serbuk rasa cayang dan melakukan edukasi SDM dalam menggunakan aplikasi BukuKas dan melakukan pencatatan keuangan yang benar. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu diawali dengan analisis masalah yangada pada UMKM, menentukan tujuan, mencari solusi dari masalah dengan melakukan instalasi aplikasi, mengadakan pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Dari kegiatan ini dihasilkan penginstalan aplikasi BukuKas dan melakukan penataan akan aktivitas keuangan dari UMKM Minuman Serbuk Rasa Cayang. Setelah itu, Pelatihan diadakan untuk memebrikan edukasi terhadap SDM yang ada di UMKM Raca cayang menegnai pencatatan keuangan dan penggunaan aplikasi BukuKas. Kegiatan ini di akhiri dengan evaluasi penggunaan Aplikasi BukuKas. Penggunaan Aplikasi BukuKas memudahkan dan menghemat waktu UMKM Minuman Serbuk Rasa Cayang dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas UMKM.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy on the performance of employees in the engineering and processing division of PT Hasta Putera Perkasa Surabaya. The research method used is descriptive and associative. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, questionnaires, literature study and documentation. Data analysis techniques performed were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, analysis of the coefficient of determination, partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneous hypothesis testing (F test). From the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination, an R2 value of 0.529 is obtained, which means that the influence of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy on employee performance is 52.9%. simultaneously emotional intelligence (X1) and self-efficacy (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Meanwhile, based on the t test, the results show that emotional intelligence (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) and self-efficacy (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan teknologi yang semakin maju, masyarakat semakin sadar akan pentingnya kebutuhan informasi. Dunia digital dan internet juga berdampak pada dunia pemasaran, dengan perusahaan dan organisasi semakin menyadari pentingnya strategi pemasaran yang terintegrasi. Digital marketing dapat memudahkan para pelaku bisnis untuk memantau dan menyediakan segala kebutuhan dan keinginan calon pelanggan. Ada berbagai cara untuk memasarkan produk melalui media sosial, salah satunya adalah desain grafis. Desain grafis sendiri digunakan untuk menyampaikan pesan yang tepat sasaran dengan konsep komunikasi dan kreativitas menggunakan berbagai media dan teknik. Tujuan dari proyek ini untuk mengaplikasikan desain grafis dalam memasarkan aplikasi Bangbeli yang diharapkan dapat membantu memulihkan perekonomian masyarakat khususnya pelaku UMKM sebagai mitra usaha untuk mendapatkan penghasilan tambahan. Pada project ini penulis menggunakan skema diseminasi hasil dengan membagikan pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang diperoleh kepada masyarakat agar dapat dimanfaatkan secara lebih luas oleh masyarakat. World Health Organization., (2018), menurutnya diseminasi hasil merupakan proses mengkomunikasikan informasi yang berkaitan dengan penelitian atau temuan kepada pemangku kepentingan yang relevan untuk menginformasikan kebijakan, praktik, dan pengambilan keputusan. Hasil proyek ini diharapkan dapat mendorong terobosan baru bagi masyarakat berupa aplikasi yang dapat memberikan tambahan penghasilan dari rumah.

Abstract

Surabaya city is one of the areas in Indonesia which has a large population. The large number of residents moving of Surabaya City has prompted Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil as a Regional Apparatus in charge of population administration and civil registration in the Surabaya to improve the management of the population administration for its citizens. The purpose of the community service carried out is to help the Surabaya city in improving the quality of Population Administration service assistance and increasing citizen awareness of population Administration arrangements so that later a conscious community environment area can be realized it. and get the maximum Kalimasada data. The results that have been achieved that the writer can complete data on Kalimasada RW 07 Dukuh Sutorejo sub-district and provide understanding to residents about Population Administration and be able to create alternatives that can make it easier for residents to manage it.

Abstract

Ambulu Village is a village in Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency which has several MSME actors including potato donut sellers, pastry sellers, food sellers, caterers, and others. This research focuses on the development of product innovation at Barokah 717 SMEs in Ambulu Village. UMKM Barokah 717 is one of the UMKM that produces banana and cassava chips in Ambulu Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency which is liked by the local community and becomes souvenirs for tourists who are in Probolinggo. Based on the results of interviews with MSME actors, it was found that their products were sold conventionally so that consumers were only in Ambulu Village and its surroundings. Therefore, it is necessary to design product development starting from packaging, branding, to product innovation so that it can expand market share. The results of this research are also expected to improve the community's economy and advance other MSMEs so that they can innovate in producing a higher quality product and are able to penetrate a wider market.

Abstract

The rapid development of internet technology in the current era has changed the paradigm of traditional marketing into digital marketing using internet media, which is known as digital marketing. Digital marketing plays an important role in the success of MSME marketing because it allows analysis of new target markets, consumer behavior and product information. However, only a few MSMEs have an understanding of this digital technology-based marketing strategy. As a form of contribution to community service, students from UPN "Veteran" East Java invited and provided an understanding to the Super Klasik Feed MSME about the importance of digital marketing as a marketing strategy. The methods used include observation, interviews, digital marketing implementation, and activity evaluation. The results obtained by MSME Feed Super Klasik are an understanding of the importance of digital marketing as a marketing strategy, and students succeed in sharing knowledge through the implementation of creating Instagram social media accounts.

Abstract

The development of the digital era is growing rapidly until now. Digitalization has spread to various fields, especially in the business sector. Almost all companies, from small to large, use digitalization as their marketing policy and strategy. This study aims to analyze the influence of the digital era on company business policies and strategies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The researcher conducted an analysis referring to the relevant data. Examines the theory with the influence between variables from data collected from journals and articles for the last five years. Abstract

The level of success in a country can be described by the rate of its economic growth which can be assessed from many aspects such as the value of export activities and import activities which have some influence on the trade balance in a country. Globalization and the era of free trade provide many opportunities for export companies to enter the world market as well as demand the readiness of a company to compete. Theories on international trade are proven to explain several personal business behaviors that are closely related to international trade activities. With good economic growth it will increase national income, people will be more prosperous in terms of the economy. In the last decade, there have been many studies stating that export activities can boost the growth of an economy because they can generate foreign exchange that can be used to finance internal sector development. This problem can arise when the relationship in the economy of a country with other countries both bilaterally and multilaterally so that it can cause several problems that can interfere with the course of international trade so that it can run smoothly, so to overcome some problems it is necessary to find a solution immediately, this is to improve the quality of life of the community. Abstract

A business policy strategy is an important element that must be carefully formulated and studied by a company so that it does not cause multiple interpretations and is in accordance with the objectives of establishing a business or company. Reviewing this statement, the authors compiled a study using descriptive qualitative research methods with PT Ananda Sukses Mandiri as the unit of analysis within a certain period of time (cross action). The goal is that the reader can understand in more detail about the business policy strategy, and PT Ananda Sukses Mandiri can get to know the business policy strategy it has and understand what impact it will have from implementing the business policy strategy so that the company can have options whether to maintain a business policy strategy that is owned or renovate and add new business policy strategies. As for the results of his research, there are several business policy strategies that should be maintained and there are also business policies that require improvement at the implementation and formulation stages.
