Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze: (1) The influence of leadership style on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) Southeast Sulawesi Province, (2) The influence of knowledge management on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) Southeast Sulawesi Province, and (3) The influence of organizational commitment on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) Southeast Sulawesi Province. The population in this study were all Civil Servants at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) Southeast Sulawesi Province, totaling 113 employees. Withdrawal of samples by census method so that sampling is not required The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS), with the calculation process using SmartPLS software.The results showed that: (1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Southeast Sulawesi Province, (2) Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Ham, Southeast Sulawesi Province, (3) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, spirit at work and compensation on employee performance in Secretariat of the Regional Representative Council of North Buton Regency. The research approach is quantitative. The population of this study was 35 employees of Secretariat of the Regional Representative Council of North Buton Regency. The number of samples used was 35 people with census techniques. The collected data was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) using the SmartPLS M3 Ver. 2The results of the analysis show that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a parameter coefficient value of 0.282853, which means that the better work discipline then the resulting performance will be better. Spirit at work has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a parameter coefficient of 0.293047, which means that the better the perceived spirit at work will have an impact on the resulting increase in performance. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a parameter coefficient of 0.400234, which means that the better the compensation given then will have an impact on the better performance produced.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and explain the leadership style in mediating role of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Southeast Sulawesi province. The approach of this research is a survey method with a reseach expalanatory reseach. Collecting data in the research done by using the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population of this study were employees of the Central Statistics Agency southeast Sulawesi province 50 people while the sampling technique used is accidential sampling. Analytical equipment used to test the hypothesis is Partial Least squer (PLS). The results showed that the style of leadership and a significant positive effect on emotional intelligence and employee satisfaction, Then the emotional intelligence and significant positive effect on employee satisfaction and leadership style. Finally, this research can prove that the leadership style acts as a partial mediation (partial mediation) effect between intelligence emosionl and employee satisfaction. That is significantly influenced by the style of leadership in emotional intelligence and leadership style influence employee satisfaction and emotional intelligence significantly influence employee satisfaction.Keywords: leadership style, emotional intelligence, and job satisfaction
